Description
メシマコブ(Phellinus linteus)は、2020年11月12日に日本独立行政法人 製品評価技術基盤機構(National Institute of Technology and Evaluation;NITE)特許生物寄託センター(International Patent Organism Depositary;IPOD)に寄託され、受託番号がNITE BP-03321である。メシマコブは、また、2019年7月18日に台湾新竹食品路331号財団法人食品産業開発研究所バイオリソースセンター(BCRC)に寄託され、且つ受託番号がBCRC 930210である。
Claims (7)
- 単一の有効成分としてメシマコブの抽出物を含み、前記メシマコブは2020年11月12日に日本独立行政法人 製品評価技術基盤機構(National Institute of Technology and Evaluation;NITE)特許生物寄託センター(International Patent Organism Depositary;IPOD)に寄託され、受託番号がNITE BP-03321であり、且つ2019年7月18日に台湾財団法人食品産業開発研究所バイオリソースセンター(BCRC)に寄託され、且つ前記メシマコブの受託番号がBCRC 930210である筋管直径の維持用の組成物であって、前記メシマコブの抽出物は、25℃、pH5、0.5kg/cm 2 の気圧、1.0VVMの空気通気速度及び80rpmの攪拌速度で14日間のメシマコブの発酵、引き続き、100℃で30分間の熱水抽出、及び/又は25℃で1時間のエタノール抽出から由来した、水抽出物及び/又はアルコール抽出物である、組成物。
- 前記エタノール抽出は、600W、40kHzの超音波での超音波振動処理と組み合わされる請求項1に記載の筋管直径の維持用の組成物。
- 前記水抽出物の動物の筋細胞に対する有効投与量は、5μg/mL~15μg/mLである請求項2に記載の筋管直径の維持用の組成物。
- 前記アルコール抽出物の動物の筋細胞に対する有効投与量は、0.5μg/mL~1.5μg/mLである請求項2に記載の筋管直径の維持用の組成物。
- 前記組成物がマウスに投与される場合、前記単一の有効成分の有効投与量は、400mg/kg.体重(body weight;bw)/日間~600mg/kg.bw/日間である請求項1に記載の筋管直径の維持用の組成物。
- 前記組成物が人体に投与される場合、前記単一の有効成分の有効投与量は、2300mg/60kg.bw/日間~2500mg/60kg.bw/日間である請求項1に記載の筋管直径の維持用の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、医薬組成物又は食品組成物であり、且つ食品又は薬学的に受容可能な担体、賦形剤、希釈剤、補助剤、防腐剤、充填剤及び/又は添加剤を含む請求項1に記載の筋管直径の維持用の組成物。
