Claims (25)

前記SSM流体が固体粒子と泡立ち防止剤と液体を含む、積層造形部品のビルド材の表面を平滑化する装置。 - 前記SSM流体の少なくともいくらかを保持する能力を備えたタンクをさらに含む請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記SSM流体を望ましい温度まで加熱する能力を備えたヒータをさらに含む請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記1つ以上のノズルの少なくとも1つが、
前記SSM流体の流れを受け入れる第1の流入口、
空気の流れを受け入れる第2の流入口、
SSM流体が前記ノズルの外に出ることが可能な流出口をさらに含み、

- 前記第1の方向が水平方向であり、
前記第2の方向が垂直方向である請求項8記載の装置。 - 前記第1のノズルが、前記第1のノズルと前記支持表面の間の距離を変更するものとして構成された調節可能なマウントに固定されている請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記第2のノズルが、前記第2のノズルと前記支持表面の間の距離を変更するものとして構成された調節可能なマウントに固定されている請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2のノズルの一方または両方が、前記ノズルを平面運動で移動させるものとして構成されたアクチュエータに直接または間接的に接続されている請求項7、8、9、10、11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記SSM流体のpHを監視するものとして構成されたpHモニタをさらに含む請求項1記載の装置。
