Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つのステーター(5)と1つのローター(6)とを備える電気モーター(4)であって、
上記電気モーター(4)が、アキシャルフラックスモーターであり、
上記ローター(6)及び上記ステーター(5)が、軸方向(8)に沿って互いに隣り合うように配置され、
上記ステーター(5)が、円周方向(22)に沿って共通の第1直径(28)上に互いに隣り合うように配置され、かつそれぞれについて1つのコイル(19)に囲まれている多数のコア(21)を有し、
上記ローター(6)が、支持体(24)上の上記円周方向(22)に沿って共通の第2直径(29)上に互いに隣り合うように配置される多数の磁石(20)を有し、
これらの各磁石(20)が、第1角度範囲(30)にわたって上記円周方向(22)に延びており、
上記各磁石(20)が、第2角度範囲(31)で互いに離間するように配置され、
上記第2角度範囲(31)が、上記第1角度範囲の少なくとも30%であり、上記各磁石(20)が配置される上記支持体(24)の凹部で画定され、
上記支持体(24)が、上記ステーター(5)により誘導で加熱可能とされている電気モーター(4)。 - 上記ローター(6)における上記各磁石(20)と上記支持体(24)との上記ステーター(5)側の表面が互いに平坦になる請求項1に記載の電気モーター(4)。
- 流体(3)を搬送するための少なくとも第1駆動手段(2)と、上記第1駆動手段(2)を駆動するための請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気モーター(4)とを備え、
上記ローター(6)が、駆動シャフト(7)を介して少なくとも上記第1駆動手段(2)に接続されており、
ポンプアセンブリ(1)の操作方法を実行するのに適し、特化したコントロールユニット(18)を有し、
このコントロールユニットが、少なくとも上記ローター(6)を加熱するための上記電気モーター(4)の電気入力の誘導と、上記ローター(6)を駆動するための電気出力と、上記ローター(6)を加熱するための加熱出力とを、少なくとも部分的に互いに独立して制御するポンプアセンブリ(1)。 - 上記ステーター(5)が、液密で上記ローター(6)から離間されるように配置されている請求項3に記載のポンプアセンブリ(1)。
- 上記第1駆動手段(2)が第1筐体(9)内に配置され、
上記第1筐体(9)が、流体入口(10)及び流体出口(11)を有し、
上記ローター(6)が、上記軸方向(8)に沿って上記第1筐体(9)の外に配置されている請求項3又は請求項4に記載のポンプアセンブリ(1)。 - 上記ローター(6)の上記第1筐体(9)側の表面(12)が、上記流体(3)を運ぶのに適した構造を有する請求項5に記載のポンプアセンブリ(1)。
- 請求項3から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のポンプアセンブリ(1)と、上記流体(3)を貯留する少なくとも1つのタンク(15)とを備え、
