Description
本発明は、冷暖房換気マルチ空気調和機に関し、より詳細には、1つの室外機として冷暖房と換気運転を同時に実行できる冷暖房換気マルチ空気調和機に関する。
〔関連技術〕
本願は、韓国特許出願第10-2020-0123155号(出願日:2020年9月23日)に基づくパリ条約4条の優先権主張を伴ったものであり、本願発明は、当該韓国特許出願に開示された内容に基づくものである。参考のために、当該韓国特許出願の明細書、特許請求の範囲及び図面の内容は本願明細書の一部に包摂されるものである。
〔本発明の一の態様〕
本発明にあっては、以下の一の態様を提案することができる。
〔1〕
冷暖房マルチ空気調和機であって、
室内に設置され、室内熱交換器及び室内膨張バルブを備える少なくとも1つの室内機と、
前記室内機と冷媒配管を介して(通じて)連結され、室外熱交換器、複数の圧縮機、室外膨張バルブ、及び四方バルブを備える室外機と、
前記冷媒配管を介して前記室内機及び室外機と連結され、外気を除湿及び換気して前記室内に供給する外気専用換気ユニットと、を備えてなり(を含んでなり;により構成されてなり)、
前記室外機は、前記外気専用換気ユニットと前記室内機の運転モードに応じて前記圧縮機を制御して前記外気専用換気ユニットと前記室内機の両方ともに冷媒を提供(付与;供給)することを特徴とする、冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。

前記室外機は、
第1圧縮機と、
前記第1圧縮機と直並列連結可能な第2圧縮機と、
前記第1圧縮機及び第2圧縮機の間に連結され、前記第1圧縮機と前記第2圧縮機を連結又は遮断する圧縮機バルブと、を備えることを特徴とする、〔1〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔3〕
前記圧縮機バルブは
前記第1圧縮機の出口側と前記第2圧縮機の入口側を連結又は遮断することを特徴とする、〔2〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔4〕
前記圧縮機バルブがオンモードであるとき、前記室外機の圧縮比が大きくなることを特徴とする、〔3〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔5〕
前記冷媒配管は、
高圧の液体冷媒が流れる液管連結配管と、
高圧の気体冷媒が流れる第1気管連結配管と、
低圧の気体冷媒が流れる第2気管連結配管と、を備えることを特徴とする、〔4〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔6〕
前記第2気管連結配管は、前記第2圧縮機の入口側に連結されているものを更に備えることを特徴とする、〔5〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔7〕
前記冷媒配管は第1圧縮機の入口側に前記外気専用換気ユニットからの冷媒を流す共通管を更に備えることを特徴とする、〔6〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔8〕
前記液管連結配管は、前記外気専用換気ユニットに分枝(分岐)されて前記外気専用換気ユニットに液体冷媒を流動する換気液管配管を更に備えることを特徴とする、〔7〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔9〕
前記室内機の冷房運転時に前記第2気管連結配管を介して前記室内機から気相冷媒が前記第2圧縮機に提供され、前記共通管を介して前記外気専用換気ユニットから気相冷媒が前記第1圧縮機に提供されることを特徴とする、〔8〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔10〕
前記第1圧縮機に提供される前記気相冷媒の圧力は、前記第2圧縮機に提供される前記気相冷媒の圧力より高いことを特徴とする、〔9〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔11〕
前記室内機の暖房運転時に前記室内機から液相冷媒が前記換気液管配管を介して前記外気専用換気ユニットに提供されることを特徴とする、〔10〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔12〕
前記室内機の暖房運転時に前記第1及び第2圧縮機は、前記外気専用換気ユニットからの気相冷媒を圧縮して前記第1気管連結配管を介して前記室内機に提供することを特徴とする、〔10〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔13〕
前記室内機の暖房運転時に前記第1圧縮機と前記第2圧縮機を直列連結して前記外気専用換気ユニットからの気相冷媒を圧縮して前記第1気管連結配管を介して前記室内機に提供することを特徴とする、〔12〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔14〕
前記第1圧縮機と前記第2圧縮機の圧縮比は、室内湿度に応じて可変することを特徴とする、〔13〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔15〕
前記冷暖房マルチ空気調和機は、
複数の前記室内機に冷媒を分配する分配器を更に備え、
前記分配器は、
前記室内機と連結された気体配管に低圧気体冷媒を流す低圧バルブと、
前記室内機と連結された気体配管に高圧気体冷媒を流す高圧バルブと、を備えることを特徴とする、〔14〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔16〕
前記冷暖房マルチ空気調和機は、
前記第1圧縮機の入口側に連結され、前記気相冷媒を捕集(収集)し、前記第1圧縮機に提供する第1アキュムレータと、
前記第2圧縮機の入口側に連結され、前記気相冷媒を捕集し、前記第2圧縮機に提供する第2アキュムレータと、を更に備えることを特徴とする、〔14〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
〔17〕
前記暖房運転モードで前記第2気管連結配管に冷媒が流れないことを特徴とする、〔16〕に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。

Claims (15)
- 冷暖房マルチ空気調和機であって、
室内に設置され、室内熱交換器及び室内膨張バルブを備える複数の室内機と、
前記室内機と冷媒配管を介して連結され、室外熱交換器、複数の圧縮機、室外膨張バルブ、及び四方バルブを備える室外機と、
前記冷媒配管を介して前記室内機及び室外機と連結され、外気を除湿及び換気して前記室内に供給する外気専用換気ユニットと、を備えてなり、
前記室外機は、前記外気専用換気ユニットと前記室内機の両方ともに冷媒を提供し、
前記室外機は、
第1圧縮機と、
前記第1圧縮機と直列連結可能又は並列連結可能な第2圧縮機と、
前記第1圧縮機及び第2圧縮機の間に連結され、アキュムレータを用いずに、前記第1圧縮機の出口側と前記第2圧縮機の入口側を連結又は遮断する圧縮機バルブと、を備え、
前記室内機が暖房運転であり、前記外気専用換気ユニットがオンになる時、前記第1圧縮機と前記第2圧縮機は並列連結し、及び、
より高い除湿効率が要求される時、前記圧縮機バルブにより前記第1圧縮機と前記第2圧縮機は直列連結される、ことを特徴とする、冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記圧縮機バルブがオンモードであるとき、前記室外機の圧縮比が大きくなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記冷媒配管は、
高圧の液体冷媒が流れる液管連結配管と、
高圧の気体冷媒が流れる第1気管連結配管と、
低圧の気体冷媒が流れる第2気管連結配管と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記第2気管連結配管は、前記第2圧縮機の入口側に連結されているものを更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記冷媒配管は第1圧縮機の入口側に前記外気専用換気ユニットからの冷媒を流す共通管を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記液管連結配管は、前記外気専用換気ユニットに分枝されて前記外気専用換気ユニットに液体冷媒を流動する換気液管配管を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記室内機の冷房運転時に前記第2気管連結配管を介して前記室内機から気相冷媒が前記第2圧縮機に提供され、前記共通管を介して前記外気専用換気ユニットから気相冷媒が前記第1圧縮機に提供されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記第1圧縮機に提供される前記気相冷媒の圧力は、前記第2圧縮機に提供される前記気相冷媒の圧力より高いことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記室内機の前記暖房運転時に前記室内機から液相冷媒が前記換気液管配管を介して前記外気専用換気ユニットに提供されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記室内機の暖房運転時に前記第1及び第2圧縮機は、前記外気専用換気ユニットからの気相冷媒を圧縮して前記第1気管連結配管を介して前記室内機に提供することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記室内機の暖房運転時に前記第1圧縮機と前記第2圧縮機を直列連結して前記外気専用換気ユニットからの気相冷媒を圧縮して前記第1気管連結配管を介して前記室内機に提供することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記第1圧縮機と前記第2圧縮機の圧縮比は、室内湿度に応じて可変することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
- 前記冷暖房マルチ空気調和機は、

前記第2圧縮機の入口側に連結され、前記気相冷媒を捕集し、前記第2圧縮機に提供する第2アキュムレータと、を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。 - 前記暖房運転モードで前記第2気管連結配管に冷媒が流れないことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の冷暖房マルチ空気調和機。
