Claims (9)
- 複数の空間(11,12)に区画された荷室、を有する車両(10)に搭載される輸送用冷凍装置(100)であって、
それぞれの前記空間に配置され、冷媒と前記空間内の空気との熱交換を行う複数の室内用熱交換器(121,122)と、
冷媒と外気との熱交換を行う室外用熱交換器(120)と、
前記室外用熱交換器と前記室内用熱交換器との間で冷媒を循環させるよう、冷媒を送り出す複数の圧縮機(111,112)と、
前記圧縮機から送り出された冷媒が循環する経路を切り換える複数の切り換え弁(101,102)と、を備え、
それぞれの前記圧縮機が直列に繋がる経路を冷媒が循環する状態であって、全ての前記室内用熱交換器が蒸発器として機能する状態である第1状態と、
それぞれの前記圧縮機が直列に繋がる経路を冷媒が循環する状態であって、全ての前記室内用熱交換器が凝縮器として機能する状態である第2状態と、
それぞれの前記圧縮機が並列に繋がる経路を冷媒が循環する状態であって、複数の前記室内用熱交換器のうちの一部が蒸発器として機能し、複数の前記室内用熱交換器のうちの他部が凝縮器として機能する状態である第3状態と、
それぞれの前記圧縮機が並列に繋がる経路を冷媒が循環する状態であって、全ての前記室内用熱交換器が凝縮器として機能する状態である第4状態と、
をとり得るように構成されており、
前記第1状態において、前記室外用熱交換器を通過した冷媒が前記室内用熱交換器に向かう流路の途中となる位置には、通過する冷媒の流路を絞る室外用絞り機構(140)が設けられており、
前記室外用絞り機構をバイパスする流路である室外用バイパス流路(150)と、
前記室外用バイパス流路の開閉を切り換える室外用開閉弁(160)と、を更に備え、
前記第1状態において、前記室外用熱交換器を通過した冷媒が前記室内用熱交換器に向かう流路の途中であって、前記室外用絞り機構よりも下流側となる位置には、通過する冷媒の流路を絞る室内用絞り機構(141,142)が設けられており、
前記室内用絞り機構をバイパスする流路である室内用バイパス流路(151,152)と、
前記室内用バイパス流路の開閉を切り換える室内用開閉弁(161,162)と、を更に備え、
前記室内用絞り機構、前記室内用バイパス流路、及び前記室内用開閉弁は、いずれも、それぞれの前記室内用熱交換器に対応して個別に設けられており、
複数の前記圧縮機には第1圧縮機(111)と第2圧縮機(112)とが含まれており、
複数の前記室内用熱交換器には第1室内用熱交換器(121)と第2室内用熱交換器(122)とが含まれており、
前記第3状態においては、
前記第1圧縮機から送り出された冷媒が、前記室外用熱交換器、前記室外用バイパス流路、前記第1室内用熱交換器に対応して設けられた前記室内用絞り機構(141)、及び前記第1室内用熱交換器をこの順に通り、
前記第2圧縮機から送り出された冷媒が、前記第2室内用熱交換器、前記第2室内用熱交換器に対応して設けられた前記室内用バイパス流路(152)、前記第1室内用熱交換器に対応して設けられた前記室内用絞り機構、及び前記第1室内用熱交換器をこの順に通る輸送用冷凍装置。 - 前記第3状態において、前記第2圧縮機から送り出された冷媒が前記第2室内用熱交換器に向かう流路の途中となる位置には、
前記第2状態において、前記第1圧縮機から送り出された冷媒が前記第2圧縮機に向かって流れることを防止するための開閉弁(103)が設けられている、請求項1に記載の輸送用冷凍装置。 - 前記第2状態において、前記第1圧縮機及び前記第2圧縮機から送り出された冷媒が前記第2室内用熱交換器に向かう流路の途中となる位置には、開閉弁(172)が設けられており、
前記第3状態においては、
前記開閉弁は閉じられた状態となり、
前記第2圧縮機から送り出された冷媒は、前記開閉弁と前記第2室内用熱交換器とを繋ぐ流路の途中となる位置(J3)に供給される、請求項1に記載の輸送用冷凍装置。 - 前記室外用絞り機構と前記室内用絞り機構とを繋ぐ流路の途中となる位置には、循環する冷媒の一部を液相の状態で貯留する液容器(180)が設けられており、
前記液容器は、
貯留している冷媒を前記室外用絞り機構に向けて排出する場合、及び、貯留している冷媒を前記室内用絞り機構に向けて排出する場合、のいずれにおいても、液相の冷媒のみを排出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の輸送用冷凍装置。 - 前記第1状態、前記第2状態、前記第3状態、及び前記第4状態の間を切り換える制御を行う制御装置、を更に備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の輸送用冷凍装置。
- 複数の前記空間には第1空間(11)と第2空間(12)とが含まれており、
前記第1空間の気温が所定の第1設定温度よりも高く、且つ前記第2空間の気温が所定の第2設定温度よりも高いときには、
前記制御装置は前記第1状態に切り換える制御を行う、請求項5に記載の輸送用冷凍装置。 - 複数の前記空間には第1空間と第2空間とが含まれており、
前記第1空間の気温が所定の第1設定温度よりも高く、且つ前記第2空間の気温が所定の第2設定温度よりも低いときには、
前記制御装置は前記第3状態に切り換える制御を行う、請求項5に記載の輸送用冷凍装置。 - 複数の前記空間には第1空間と第2空間とが含まれており、
前記第1空間の気温が所定の第1設定温度よりも低く、且つ前記第2空間の気温が所定の第2設定温度よりも低いときには、
前記制御装置は、前記第2状態又は前記第4状態に切り換える制御を行う、請求項5に記載の輸送用冷凍装置。 - 前記第1空間の気温と前記第1設定温度との差が所定の第1閾温度差以上である場合、又は、前記第2空間の気温と前記第2設定温度との差が所定の第2閾温度差以上である場合には、前記制御装置は前記第4状態に切り換える制御を行い、
それ以外の場合には、前記制御装置は前記第2状態に切り換える制御を行う、請求項8に記載の輸送用冷凍装置。
