Claims (16)
- 無線通信するための無線通信部を保護する保護材であって、
発泡合成樹脂で形成された基材と、
前記基材の少なくとも表面を覆う、ポリウレア樹脂を含むコーティング層と、を備えている、
保護材。 - 前記無線通信部は、アンテナ部を備えており、
前記保護材は、
前記アンテナ部を保護するレドームである、
請求項1に記載の保護材。 - 前記コーティング層は、前記基材の前記表面および裏面の双方に設けられており、
前記基材の表面に設けられた前記コーティング層の厚みは、前記基材の裏面に設けられた前記コーティング層の厚みに比べて大きい
請求項1または2に記載の保護材。 - 前記コーティング層は、前記無線通信部が電波を送信または受信する方向に設けられた部分の厚みが、他の部分の厚みより小さい
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の保護材。 - 前記コーティング層は、前記基材の表面および裏面の双方に設けられており、
前記基材の裏面に設けられた前記コーティング層には、前記無線通信部が電波を送信または受信する方向に設けられた部分に貫通孔が形成されている
請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の保護材。 - 前記保護材は、筒形状に形成されており、
前記筒形状の側面方向が、前記無線通信部が電波を送信または受信する方向である
請求項4または5に記載の保護材。 - 前記コーティング層の比誘電率εrは、2以上4以下である
請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の保護材。 - 前記基材の発泡倍率が50倍以上であり、
前記基材の厚みが1mm以上5cm以下であり、
前記基材の表面に設けられた前記コーティング層の厚みは、0.1mm以上0.5mm以下である
請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の保護材。 - 前記ポリウレア樹脂は、ポリイソシアネート化合物と、合成樹脂とが混合されており、
ポリイソシアネート化合物と合成樹脂との容積比が、1:0.5から1:1.5である
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の保護材。 - 前記ポリウレア樹脂は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンまたは六方晶窒化ホウ素を含有する
請求項9に記載の保護材。 - 前記ポリウレア樹脂には、2,2-ビス(3-アミノ-4-メチルフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパンおよびビス(γ-アミノプロピル)テトラメチルジシロキサンの少なくとも一方が添加されている
請求項9または10に記載の保護材。 - 無線通信するための無線通信部と、
請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の保護材と、を備える、
無線通信装置。 - 前記無線通信部は、パラボラ型またはダイポール型のアンテナ部を含んでおり、
請求項12に記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記無線通信装置は、無線通信端末と通信するための基地局アンテナ装置、車載用アンテナ装置、または無線タグ装置の何れか一つである
請求項13に記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記無線通信装置は、IoT(Internet of Things)通信モジュールである、
請求項12または13に記載の無線通信装置。 - 前記無線通信部が前記保護材によって包囲されている
請求項15に記載の無線通信装置。
