Claims (9)
- 複数の油圧ポンプ(31、32)と、複数の油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)と、前記油圧ポンプ(31、32)の圧送能力を設定するための複数の負荷感知弁(33、34、35)とを有する油圧システムであって、
前記複数の負荷感知弁(33、34、35)の開口断面積が調整可能であり、
配分ユニット(36、37)が、前記油圧ポンプ(31、32)と前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)との間に配置されており、
前記配分ユニット(36、37)が、第1の切替状態では前記油圧ポンプ(31、32)と前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)との間の第1の油圧経路を、第2の切替状態では前記油圧ポンプ(31、32)と前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)との間の第2の油圧経路を形成し、
当該油圧システムが、前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)の状態値を入力変数として処理し、前記配分ユニット(36、37)の前記切替状態に関する制御信号を決定する制御機構(38)を備え、
前記複数の負荷感知弁(33、34、35)と前記複数の油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)との間には第1の配分ユニット(36)が配置され、前記複数の油圧ポンプ(31、32)と前記複数の負荷感知弁(33、34、35)との間には第2の配分ユニット(37)が配置されており、
前記制御機構(38)が、前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)が1つより多くの前記油圧ポンプ(31、32)の供給を受けるように前記配分ユニット(36、37)に対する制御要求を決定するよう設計されていることを特徴とする、油圧システム。 - 前記状態値が、前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)の現在の負荷圧力を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記配分ユニット(36、37)が、前記複数の負荷感知弁(33、34、35)と前記複数の油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記配分ユニット(36、37)が、前記複数の油圧ポンプ(31、32)と前記複数の負荷感知弁(33、34、35)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記制御機構(38)が、前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)を少なくとも2つのグループに分けるために、前記状態値を評価するように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の油圧システム。
- 第1のグループの前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)の現在の負荷圧力が、第2のグループの前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)の現在の負荷圧力よりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の油圧システム。
- 第1のグループの前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)の負荷圧力振動が、第2のグループの前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)の負荷圧力振動よりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記制御機構(38)が、第1のグループが第1の油圧ポンプ(31)の供給を受け、第2のグループが第2の油圧ポンプ(32)の供給を受けるように、前記配分ユニット(36、37)に対する制御要求を決定するよう設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の油圧システム。
- 複数の油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)が複数の油圧ポンプ(31、32)を使用して供給を受け、前記油圧ポンプ(31、32)の圧送能力が複数の負荷感知弁(33、34、35)を使用して設定される油圧システムを制御するための方法であって、
前記複数の負荷感知弁(33、34、35)の開口断面積が調整可能であり、
前記油圧ポンプ(31、32)と前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)との間に配置された配分ユニット(36、37)を用いて、前記油圧ポンプ(31、32)から前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)までのさまざまな油圧経路の切り替えが行われ、
制御機構(38)が、前記配分ユニット(36、37)の切替状態に関する制御信号を決定するために、前記油圧消費器(23、24、25、26)の状態値を入力変数として処理し、
