Description
- 1000MPa以上、好ましくは1180MPaを超える、さらには1220MPaを超える極限引張強度と、
- 表面の少なくとも96%で良好なリン酸塩処理性と、
を同時に有する冷間圧延鋼板を利用可能にしてこれらの問題を解決することである。
Ms=565-(31*[Mn]+13*[Si]+10*[Cr]+18*[Ni]+12*[Mo])-600*(1-EXP(-0,96*[C]))
に従って計算される。
Bs=839-(86*[Mn]+23*[Si]+67*[Cr]+33*[Ni]+75*[Mo])-270*(1-EXP(-1,33*[C]))
Ms=565-(31*[Mn]+13*[Si]+10*[Cr]+18*[Ni]+12*[Mo])-600*(1-EXP(-0,96*[C]))
を使用して行われる。
Claims (15)
- 熱処理冷間圧延鋼板であって、前記鋼板が、重量パーセントで、
0.18%≦炭素≦0.24%、
1.5%≦マンガン≦2.5%、
1.2%≦ケイ素≦2%、
0.01%≦アルミニウム≦0.06%、
0.2%≦クロム≦0.5%、
リン≦0.02%、
硫黄≦0.03%、
を含み、及び任意選択的に、以下の元素
ニオブ≦0.06%、
チタン≦0.08%、
バナジウム≦0.1%、
カルシウム≦0.005%
を1つ以上含み、及び残部が鉄及び不可避不純物から成り、前記鋼板の微細組織が、面積分率で、0%~15%の焼戻しマルテンサイト、10%~15%の残留オーステナイト、及び任意選択的に最大30%のフェライトを含み、残部がベイナイトでできており、ベイナイト含有量が少なくとも55%であり、及び前記鋼板の両表面に3ミクロン以下の内部酸化物層を有し、
1000MPa以上の引張強度及び96%以上のリン酸塩処理被覆率を示す、熱処理冷間圧延鋼板。 - 組成が、2.0%~2.3%のマンガンを含む、請求項1に記載の熱処理冷間圧延鋼板。
- 組成が、最大0.013%のリンを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理冷間圧延鋼板。
- 微細組織が、60%を超えるベイナイトを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理冷間圧延鋼板。
- 残留オーステナイトが、0.9~1.15%の間の炭素濃度を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の熱処理冷間圧延鋼板。
- 1050MPa以上の引張強度及び98%以上のリン酸塩処理被覆率を示す、請求項1~5に記載の熱処理冷間圧延鋼板。
- 両表面に厚さ最大2ミクロン以下の内部酸化物層を有する、請求項1~6に記載の熱処理冷間圧延鋼板。
- 両表面に厚さ最大1ミクロン以下の内部酸化物層を有する、請求項7に記載の熱処理冷間圧延鋼板。
- 熱処理冷間圧延鋼板の製造方法であって、以下の連続ステップ:
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の鋼組成を提供して半完成品を得るステップ、
- 前記半完成品を1000℃~1280℃の間の温度に再加熱するステップ、
- 完全にオーステナイト範囲で前記半完成品を圧延するステップであって、熱間圧延仕上げ温度が850℃以上であり、熱間圧延鋼板を得るステップ、
- 前記鋼板を30℃/秒を超える冷却速度で500℃以下の温度にまで冷却し、並びに前記熱間圧延鋼板を巻き取り、及び巻き取られた鋼板の温度を570℃未満に維持するステップ、
- 前記熱間圧延鋼板を冷却するステップ、
- 前記熱間圧延鋼板にスケール除去工程を実施するステップ、
- 前記熱間圧延鋼板を500~750℃の間の温度で1時間~96時間、焼鈍に供するステップ、
- 前記熱間圧延焼鈍鋼板に任意のスケール除去工程を実施するステップ、
- 前記熱間圧延鋼板を35~90%の間の圧下率で冷間圧延し、冷間圧延鋼板を得るステップ、
- 次に、前記冷間圧延鋼板を1~20℃/秒の間の速度で、少なくとも100秒間の均熱時間でAc1~Ac3+50℃の間の均熱温度にまで連続焼鈍するステップであって、前記温度及び時間が最低70%のオーステナイトが得られるように選択されるステップ、
- 次に、前記鋼板を10℃/秒を超える速度でMs-20℃~Ms+40℃の間の温度にまで冷却するステップであって、Msは冷却前の初期オーステナイトのMs温度であるステップ、次に、
- 前記冷間圧延鋼板を350℃~450℃の間で200~1000秒間保持するステップ、次に
- 前記鋼板を200℃/秒以下の冷却速度で室温にまで冷却するステップ
を含み、
前記熱処理冷間圧延鋼板が、請求項1、4、5、7及び8のいずれか一項に記載の微細組織及び内部酸化物層を有し、請求項1又は6に記載の引張強度及びリン酸塩処理被覆率を有する、
方法。 - 熱処理冷間圧延鋼板の製造方法であって、以下の連続ステップ:
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の鋼組成を提供して半完成品を得るステップ、
- 前記半完成品を1000℃~1280℃の間の温度にまで再加熱するステップ、
- 完全にオーステナイト範囲で前記半完成品を圧延するステップであって、熱間圧延仕上げ温度が850℃以上であり、熱間圧延鋼板を得るステップ、
- 前記鋼板を30℃/秒を超える冷却速度で500℃以下の冷却温度にまで冷却し、並びに前記熱間圧延鋼板を巻き取り、及び巻き取られた鋼板の温度を570℃未満に維持するステップ、
- 前記熱間圧延鋼板を冷却するステップ、
- 前記熱間圧延鋼板を350℃~500℃の間の温度で1時間~96時間、焼鈍に供するステップ、
- 前記熱間圧延鋼板に、それを焼鈍する前又は後に、少なくとも1つのスケール除去工程を実施するステップ、
- 前記熱間圧延鋼板を35~90%の間の圧下率で冷間圧延し、冷間圧延鋼板を得るステップ、
- 次に、前記冷間圧延鋼板を1~20℃/秒の間の速度で、少なくとも100秒間の均熱時間でAc1~Ac3+50℃の間の均熱温度にまで連続焼鈍するステップであって、前記温度及び時間が最低70%のオーステナイトが得られるように選択されるステップ、
- 次に、前記鋼板を10℃/秒を超える速度でMs-20℃~Ms+40℃の間の温度にまで冷却するステップであって、Msは冷却前の初期オーステナイトのMs温度であり、次に、
- 前記冷間圧延鋼板を350~450℃の間で200~1000秒間保持するステップ、次に
- 前記鋼板を200℃/秒以下の冷却速度で室温にまで冷却するステップ
を含み、
前記熱処理冷間圧延鋼板が、請求項1、4、5、7及び8のいずれか一項に記載の微細組織及び内部酸化物層を有し、請求項1又は6に記載の引張強度及びリン酸塩処理被覆率を有する、方法。 - 前記熱間圧延鋼板の巻き取り前の前記冷却温度が、150℃~500℃の間に設定される請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記冷間圧延鋼板が、800℃~900℃の間で100秒~1000秒の間、連続焼鈍される、請求項9~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理された冷間圧延鋼板が、室温への冷却後に亜鉛又は亜鉛ベースの合金でさらにコーティングされる、請求項9~12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 車両の構造部品又は安全部品の製造のための、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板又は請求項9~13に記載の方法に従って製造された鋼板の使用。
- 請求項14に従って得られた部品を含む車両。
