Description
本出願は、2016年12月9日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/432384号の優先権を主張するものであり、その開示の全容が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
例示的実施形態
1. ポリマー層を含み、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク(いくつかの実施形態では、伸びたストランド)及び連結領域を示すポリマー多層フィルム(ランダムなネットワークは第1の光学濃度を有し、連結領域は第2の光学濃度を有し、第1の光学濃度は第2の光学濃度よりも高く、連結領域の少なくとも一部に開口部が存在する(すなわち、スルーホールが存在しない)であって、ポリマー層が、残りのポリマー多層フィルムから分離可能である、ポリマー多層フィルム。
2. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(いくつかの実施形態では、少なくとも2、3、4、5、6、又は更には少なくとも7つの、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を各々が示す、更なるポリマー層)を更に含む、例示的実施形態1に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。いくつかの実施形態では、層の全て、又は層のいくつかが、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す別の層に隣接している。いくつかの実施形態では、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を各々が示す、1つ以上の更なるポリマー層は、感圧接着剤を含み、その各々は、第1の感圧接着剤と同じであっても異なっていてもよく、又は互いに異なっていてもよい。

4. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す少なくとも1つの層が、少なくとも1%(いくつかの実施形態では、少なくとも5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45、50、55、60、65、70、75%、又は更には少なくとも80%、いくつかの実施形態では、1~80%の範囲)の開放気孔率を有する、例示的実施形態1~3のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
5. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す層が、感圧接着剤を本質的に含まない、例示的実施形態1~4のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
6. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す層が、感圧接着剤を含む、例示的実施形態1~4のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。

13. 第1の連続層が、スキン層である、例示的実施形態7~12のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
14. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す第2の層を更に含む、例示的実施形態7、12、又は13のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
15. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す第2の層が、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を含む第1の層とは異なる、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を有する、例示的実施形態14に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
16. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す第1の層が、感圧接着剤を含まず、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す第2の層が、感圧接着剤を含む、例示的実施形態15に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。

39. 例示的実施形態1~35のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、グラフィック物品。
40. 例示的実施形態1~38のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、テープ(例えば、ダクトテープ)。
7層のフィルムを製造するには、7層環状積層ダイ(Labtech Engineering(Samut Prakan,Thailand)から商品名「COEX7層」(LF-400型)で入手)を使用して、7枚の積層ダイプレートのみが存在することを除き、図3及び図3Aに示される装置を使用した。ダイへの空気流を手動で制御し、約2:1のブローアップ比とした。続いて、気泡を、ダイの上で約3メートル(10フィート)に押しつぶし、巻き取った。供給材料を送り込むには、約30:1の長さ対直径比を有する、7個の独立した直径20mmの押出機によった。
ポリマー多層フィルムを調製するには、第1、第2、第3、第4、及び第5の押出機に低密度ポリエチレンのみを入れたこと、第6の押出機に非晶質ポリ乳酸(NatureWorks LLC(Minnetonka,MN)から商品名「INGEO 4060 D」で入手)を入れたこと、及び第7の押出機に、同じ化学的発泡剤の、スチレンエチレンブチレンスチレン(SEBS)コポリマー(PolyOne(Avon Lake,OH)から商品名「KRATON G 1657」で入手)とのブレンドを入れたことを除いて、実施例1に記載のようにした。ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す得られたフィルムを、残りのポリ乳酸フィルム及びポリエチレンフィルムから分離した。得られたポリマー多層フィルムの画像を図5(ストランド503のランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域504を御覧のこと)及び図5Aに示す。
Claims (13)
- 複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層を含むポリマー多層フィルムであって、前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層の各層が、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示し、前記ストランドのランダムなネットワークが、第1の光学濃度を有し、前記連結領域が、第2の光学濃度を有し、前記第1の光学濃度が前記第2の光学濃度より大きく、前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層の前記層が、残りのポリマー多層フィルムから分離可能である、ポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層のうちの1つの層の前記ストランドのランダムなネットワークと前記連結領域とが、前記ポリマー多層フィルムの構造化及び/又はテクスチャ化された表面を形成する、請求項1に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層における少なくとも1つのポリマー層が、少なくとも20%の開放気孔率を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 連続層を更に含み、前記連続層が、前記連続層の第1主表面から前記連続層の第2主表面まで延びる開口部を含まない、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記連続層が感圧接着剤を含まず、前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層における層が、感圧接着剤を含む、請求項4に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記連続層が第1の感圧接着剤を含み、前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層における層が、第2の感圧接着剤を含む、請求項4に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記連続層が、スキン層である、請求項6に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層における層が、前記ポリマー多層フィルムの前記第1の主表面又は前記第2の主表面のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
