Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年12月9日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/432373号の優先権を主張するものであり、その開示の全容が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
例示的実施形態
1. 第1及び第2の対向する主表面を有するポリマー多層フィルムであって、第1の剥離剤を含むとともにストランドのランダムなネットワーク(いくつかの実施形態では、伸びたストランド)及び連結領域を示す少なくとも1つのポリマー層を含む、ポリマー多層フィルム(ランダムなネットワークは第1の光学濃度を有し、連結領域は第2の光学濃度を有し、第1の光学濃度は第2の光学濃度よりも高く、連結領域の少なくとも一部に開口部が存在し、他方、いくつかの実施形態では、層内に開口部が存在しない(すなわち、スルーホールが存在しない)。いくつかの実施形態では、少なくとも2、3、4、5、6、又は更には少なくとも7つのポリマー層は、各々が、剥離剤を含み、かつ/又はストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示し、層の全て、又は層のいくつかは、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す別の層に隣接している。各々の層は、剥離剤を含む別の層に隣接していてもよい。各々の層における剥離剤は、独立して、同じであっても異なっていてもよい。
2. 剥離剤が、アルキルジメチコン、ポリビニルオクタデシルカルバメート、又はエチレンビス−ステアラミドのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、例示的実施形態1に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
3. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す層が、ポリオレフィン材料(例えば、ポリプロピレン及び/又はポリエチレン)、変性ポリオレフィン材料、ポリビニルクロライド、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル(コポリエステルを含む)、ポリ乳酸、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、(メタ)アクリル(例えば、ポリメチルメタクリレート)、ウレタン、アクリルウレタン、エチレンビニルアセテートコポリマー、アクリレート変性エチレンビニルアセテートポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、ナイロン、エンジニアリングポリマー(例えば、ポリケトン及び/又はポリメチルペンタン)、又はエラストマー(例えば、天然ゴム;合成ゴム;イソプレンブロック、ブタジエンブロック、若しくはエチレン(ブチレン)ブロックを含有するスチレンブロックコポリマー;メタロセン触媒によるポリオレフィン、ポリウレタン;若しくはポリジオルガノシロキサン)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、例示的実施形態1又は2のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
4. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す少なくとも1つの層が、少なくとも1%(いくつかの実施形態では、少なくとも5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45、50、55、60、65、70、75%、又は更には少なくとも80%、いくつかの実施形態では、1〜80%の範囲)の開放気孔率を有する、例示的実施形態1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
5. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す層が、感圧接着剤を本質的に含まない、例示的実施形態1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
6. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す層が、感圧接着剤を含む、例示的実施形態1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
7. 第1の連続層を更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
8. 第1の連続層が、ポリオレフィン材料(例えば、ポリプロピレン及び/又はポリエチレン)、変性ポリオレフィン材料、ポリビニルクロライド、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル(コポリエステルを含む)、ポリ乳酸、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、(メタ)アクリル(例えば、ポリメチルメタクリレート)、ウレタン、アクリルウレタン、エチレンビニルアセテートコポリマー、アクリレート変性エチレンビニルアセテートポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、ナイロン、エンジニアリングポリマー(例えば、ポリケトン及び/又はポリメチルペンタン)、又はエラストマー(例えば、天然ゴム;合成ゴム;イソプレンブロック、ブタジエンブロック、若しくはエチレン(ブチレン)ブロックを含有するスチレンブロックコポリマー;メタロセン触媒によるポリオレフィン、ポリウレタン;若しくはポリジオルガノシロキサン)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、例示的実施形態7に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
9. 第1の連続層が、スキン層である、例示的実施形態7又は8のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
10. 1μm〜1000μmの範囲の厚さ(いくつかの実施形態では、25μm〜500μm、50μm〜250μm、又は更には2μm〜10μmの範囲の厚さ)を有する、例示的実施形態1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
11. 染料又は顔料のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む(例えば、白色、黄色、緑色、青色、赤色、橙色、褐色、黒色などの色を付与している)、例示的実施形態1〜10のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
12. 少なくとも1つの帯電防止材料を更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜11のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
13. インク又は塗料受容材料のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜12のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
14. 金属(例えば、アルミニウム、青銅、ステンレス鋼、亜鉛、鉄、スズ、銀、金、及び/又はチタン)粒子を更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜13のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
15. 耐摩耗材料を更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜14のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
16. 滑剤又はブロッキング防止剤のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜15のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
17. ヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)を更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜16のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
18. UV安定剤を更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜17のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
19. 熱安定剤を更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜18のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
20. 親水性材料を更に含む、例示的実施形態1〜19のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
21. 縦方向及び横方向を有し、ポリマー多層フィルムが、横方向において弾性を有する、例示的実施形態1〜20のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
22. 第2の主表面が、接着剤(例えば、感圧接着剤)である、例示的実施形態1〜21のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
23. ライナーを更に含み、ライナーは主表面を有し、その主表面が、ポリマー多層フィルムの第2の主表面に取り付けられている、例示的実施形態1〜22のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
24. ライナーが、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示すポリマー多層フィルムを含む、例示的実施形態23に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
25. ライナーが、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す主表面を有する、例示的実施形態21又は22のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す主表面を有するライナーでは、ライナーに取り付けられたポリマー多層フィルムの主表面は、ライナーの主表面の裏返しにした表面を有する。
26. ライナーの主表面上に接着剤(例えば、感圧接着剤)層を有する、例示的実施形態23〜25のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す主表面を有するライナーでは、ライナーの主表面上の接着剤の主表面は、ライナーの主表面の裏返しにした表面を有する。
27. 例示的実施形態1〜26のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、グラフィック物品。
28. 例示的実施形態11〜26のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、テープ(例えば、ダクトテープ)。
7層のフィルムを製造するには、7層環状積層ダイ(Labtech Engineering(Samut Prakan,Thailand)から商品名「COEX7層」(LF−400型)で入手)を使用して、7枚の積層ダイプレートのみが存在することを除き、図3及び図3Aに示される装置を使用した。ダイへの空気流を手動で制御し、約2:1のブローアップ比とした。続いて、気泡を、ダイの上で約3メートル(10フィート)に押しつぶし、巻き取った。供給材料を送り込むには、約30:1の長さ対直径比を有する、7個の独立した直径20mmの押出機によった。
Claims (12)
- 第1及び第2の対向する主表面を有するポリマー多層フィルムであって、第1の剥離剤を含むとともにストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す少なくとも1つの層を含む、ポリマー多層フィルム。
- ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す少なくとも1つの層が、少なくとも20%の開放気孔率を有する、請求項1に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記剥離剤が、アルキルジメチコン、ポリビニルオクタデシルカルバメート、又はエチレンビス−ステアラミドのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 第1の連続層を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記第1の連続層が、スキン層である、請求項4に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記ポリマー多層フィルムの前記第2の主表面が、感圧接着剤を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記ポリマー多層フィルムの前記第1の主表面又は前記第2の主表面のうちの少なくとも1つは、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 縦方向及び横方向を有し、前記ポリマー多層フィルムは、前記横方向において弾性を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記ポリマー多層フィルムの前記第1の主表面又は前記第2の主表面のいずれかに取り付けられた主表面を有するライナーを更に含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記ライナーが、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す主表面を有する、請求項9に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、グラフィック物品。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、テープ。
