Description
本出願は、2016年12月9日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/432392号の優先権を主張するものであり、その開示の全容が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
例示的実施形態
1. 第1の感圧接着剤を含むとともにストランドのランダムなネットワーク(いくつかの実施形態では、伸びたストランド)及び連結領域を示すポリマー層を含む、ポリマー多層フィルム(ランダムなネットワークは第1の光学濃度を有し、連結領域は第2の光学濃度を有し、第1の光学濃度は第2の光学濃度よりも高く、連結領域の少なくとも一部に開口部が存在する(すなわち、スルーホールが存在しない)。
2. 少なくとも1つの更なるポリマー層(いくつかの実施形態では、少なくとも2、3、4、5、6、又は更には少なくとも7つのポリマー層)を更に含み、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を各々が示す、例示的実施形態1に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。いくつかの実施形態では、層の全て、又は層のいくつかは、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す別の層に隣接している。いくつかの実施形態では、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す1つ以上の更なるポリマー層は、感圧接着剤を含み、その各々は、第1の感圧接着剤と同じであっても異なっていてもよく、又は互いに異なっていてもよい。

9. 第1の感圧接着剤が、第2の感圧接着剤よりも低い粘着性を有する、例示的実施形態7に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
10. 第1の連続層が、ポリオレフィン材料(例えば、ポリプロピレン及び/又はポリエチレン)、変性ポリオレフィン材料、ポリビニルクロライド、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル(コポリエステルを含む)、ポリ乳酸、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、(メタ)アクリル(例えば、ポリメチルメタクリレート)、ウレタン、アクリルウレタン、エチレンビニルアセテートコポリマー、アクリレート変性エチレンビニルアセテートポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、ナイロン、エンジニアリングポリマー(例えば、ポリケトン及び/又はポリメチルペンタン)、又はエラストマー(例えば、天然ゴム;合成ゴム;イソプレンブロック、ブタジエンブロック、若しくはエチレン(ブチレン)ブロックを含有するスチレンブロックコポリマー;メタロセン触媒によるポリオレフィン、ポリウレタン;若しくはポリジオルガノシロキサン)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、例示的実施形態5に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
11. 第1の連続層が、スキン層である、例示的実施形態5~10のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
12. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す第2の層を更に含む、例示的実施形態5、10、又は11のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
13. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す第2の層が、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を含む第1の層とは異なる、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を有する、例示的実施形態12に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
14. ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す第2の層が、第2の異なる感圧接着剤を含む、例示的実施形態13に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
15. 第1の感圧接着剤が、第2の感圧接着剤よりも高い粘着性を有する、例示的実施形態13に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
16. 第1の連続層が、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す第1の層と第2の層との間に配置されている、例示的実施形態12~15のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
17. ポリマー多層フィルムが、第2の連続層を更に含み、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す第1の層が、第1の連続層と第2の連続層との間に配置されている、例示的実施形態5~15のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
18. ポリマー多層フィルムの第1の主表面又は第2の主表面のうちの少なくとも1つ(いくつかの実施形態では、第1の主表面及び第2の主表面の各々)は、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す例示的実施形態1~17のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
19. 1μm~1000μmの範囲の厚さ(いくつかの実施形態では、25μm~500μm、50μm~250μm、又は更には2μm~10μmの範囲の厚さ)を有する、例示的実施形態1~18のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
20. 染料又は顔料のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む(例えば、白色、黄色、緑色、青色、赤色、橙色、褐色、黒色などの色を付与している)、例示的実施形態1~19のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
21. 少なくとも1つの帯電防止材料を更に含む、例示的実施形態1~20のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
22. インク又は塗料受容材料のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、例示的実施形態1~21のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。

25. 耐摩耗材料を更に含む、例示的実施形態1~24のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
26. 滑剤又はブロッキング防止剤のうちの少なくとも1つを更に含む、例示的実施形態1~25のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
27. ヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)を更に含む、例示的実施形態1~26のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
28. UV安定剤を更に含む、例示的実施形態1~27のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。

30. 縦方向及び横方向を有し、ポリマー多層フィルムが、横方向において弾性を有する、例示的実施形態1~29のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
31. ポリマー多層フィルムの第1の主表面又は第2の主表面のいずれかに取り付けられた主表面を有するライナーを更に含む、例示的実施形態1~30のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。いくつかの実施形態では、ポリマー多層フィルムの各々の主表面は、それに取り付けられたライナーを有する。
32. ライナーが、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示すポリマー多層フィルムを含む、例示的実施形態31に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
33. ライナーが、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す主表面を有する、例示的実施形態31又は32のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
34. ライナーの主表面上に接着剤(例えば、感圧接着剤)層を有する、例示的実施形態31~33のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す主表面を有するライナーでは、ライナーの主表面上の接着剤の主表面は、ライナーの主表面の裏返しにした表面を有する。
35. ライナーの主表面に取り付けられたポリマー多層フィルムの第1の主表面又は第2の主表面が、接着剤(例えば、感圧接着剤)表面である、例示的実施形態31~33のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルム。ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す主表面を有するライナーでは、ライナーに取り付けられたポリマー多層フィルムの主表面は、ライナーの主表面の裏返しにした表面を有する。
36. 例示的実施形態1~35のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、グラフィック物品。
37. 例示的実施形態1~35のいずれか1つに記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、テープ(例えば、ダクトテープ)。
7層のフィルムを製造するには、7層環状積層ダイ(Labtech Engineering(Samut Prakan,Thailand)から商品名「COEX7層」(LF-400型)で入手)を使用して、7枚の積層ダイプレートのみが存在することを除き、図3及び図3Aに示される装置を使用した。ダイへの空気流を手動で制御し、約2:1のブローアップ比とした。続いて、気泡を、ダイの上で約3メートル(10フィート)に押しつぶし、巻き取った。供給材料を送り込むには、約30:1の長さ対直径比を有する、7個の独立した直径20mmの押出機によった。
ポリマー多層フィルムを調製するには、第1、第2、第3、第4、及び第5の押出機に低密度ポリエチレンのみを入れたこと、及び残りの押出機に化学的発泡剤と感圧接着剤との記載されたブレンドを入れたことを除いて、実施例1に記載のようにした。化学的発泡剤を入れている両方の層について、215℃の溶融温度を維持した。180℃のダイ温度を維持した。
Claims (13)
- 複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層を含むポリマー多層フィルムであって、前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層における少なくとも1つの層は、感圧接着剤を含むとともにストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示し、前記ストランドのランダムなネットワークは、第1の光学濃度を有し、前記連結領域は、第2の光学濃度を有し、前記第1の光学濃度は、前記第2の光学濃度よりも大きい、ポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層における少なくとも1つの層が、少なくとも20%の開放気孔率を有する、請求項1に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層における少なくとも1つの層が、残りのポリマー多層フィルムから分離可能である、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 連続層を更に含み、前記連続層は、前記連続層の第1の主表面から前記連続層の第2の主表面に延びる開口部を含まない、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記連続層が感圧接着剤を含まない、請求項4に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記連続層が第1の感圧接着剤を含み、前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層における少なくとも1つの層が、前記感圧接着剤とは異なる第2の感圧接着剤を含む、請求項4に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記連続層が、スキン層である、請求項6に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記複数のインフレーションポリマーフィルム層における少なくとも1つの層が、前記ポリマー多層フィルムの第1の主表面又は第2の主表面のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 縦方向及び横方向を有し、前記ポリマー多層フィルムは、前記横方向において弾性を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記ポリマー多層フィルムの第1の主表面又は第2の主表面のいずれかに取り付けられた主表面を有するライナーを更に含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 前記ライナーが、ストランドのランダムなネットワーク及び連結領域を示す主表面を有する、請求項10に記載のポリマー多層フィルム。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、グラフィックフィルム物品であって、前記グラフィックフィルム物品は、可視範囲波長又は近赤外範囲波長を有する少なくともいくつかの光を吸収し、前記可視範囲における少なくともいくつかの光を反射し、前記グラフィックフィルム物品から反射された光が、パターン、画像、及び、視覚的なインダイシアから選択されるグラフィックコンテンツを含む、グラフィックフィルム物品。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー多層フィルムを含む、テープ。
