を備える、請求項9に記載の方法(200)。 - 前記第1セル層を前記第2セル層に固定する前記ステップ(202)は、前記第1セル層(110)を前記第2セル層(111)に対してオフセットさせるステップを備え、オフセットする前記ステップは、前記第1セル層を前記第2セル層に対して回転的にオフセットするステップ、前記第1セル層を前記第2セル層に対して直線的にオフセットするステップ、または前記複数の第1セル(108)と前記複数の第2セル(108)との間の形状またはサイズの一方または両方の違いを通じて前記第1セル層を前記第2セル層に対してオフセットするステップ、のうちの1つ以上を備える、請求項9または10に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記複数の平行な第2交差部材に対して前記複数の平行な第1交差部材を直線的に変位させるステップ、
