Claims (20)
- 発生源から生じるノイズを軽減する遮音構造の形成に用いられる遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法であって、
A)前記発生源の最も近くに位置する第1端部と第2端部とを有し、前記第1端部と第2端部との間の距離によりハニカムの厚さが定義される前記ハニカムであって、前記ハニカムは、前記第1及び第2端部の間に厚さ方向に延在する壁部によって画成される複数のセルを有し、ハニカムの長さはハニカムの長さ方向におけるセル数によって定義され、ハニカムの幅はハニカムの幅方向におけるセル数によって定義され、第1曲率を有する第1端面が前記第1端部によって画定され、第2曲率を有する第2端面が前記第2端部によって画定されるハニカムと、
前記セルに位置する遮音セプタムと、
を有する一つ又は複数の遮音ハニカムパネルを設ける工程と、
B)前記遮音ハニカムパネルの壁部を厚さ方向に沿って切断して、前記遮音ハニカムパネルの一部を含み、前記ハニカムの前記第1及び第2端部間に延在する横側面と前記ハニカムの前記第1及び第2端部間に延在する縦側面とを有し、前記第1曲率を有し、長さと幅を有する第1セグメント第1端面と、前記第2曲率を有し、長さと幅を有する第1セグメント第2端面とを備える第1セグメントを形成する工程と、
C)前記遮音ハニカムパネルの壁部を厚さ方向に沿って切断して、前記遮音ハニカムパネルの一部を含み、前記ハニカムの前記第1及び第2端部間に延在する横側面と前記ハニカムの前記第1及び第2端部間に延在する縦側面とを有し、前記第1曲率を有し、長さと幅を有する第2セグメント第1端面と、前記第2曲率を有し、長さと幅を有する第2セグメント第2端面とを備える第2セグメントを形成する工程と、
D)前記第1セグメントの縦側面又は横側面と前記第2セグメントの縦側面又は横側面との間に接着剤を形成する工程であって、前記接着剤は前記ハニカムの厚さ方向に延在する接着高さと、前記第1及び第2セグメント間で測定される接着厚さとを有し、前記接着剤はセグメント化遮音パネルを形成し、前記セグメント化遮音パネルは、第1セグメント第1端面と第2セグメント第1端面により形成され、第1セグメント化曲率を有するセグメント化第1端面と、第1セグメント第2端面と第2セグメント第2端面により形成され、第2セグメント化曲率を有するセグメント化第2端面とを有する、前記接着剤を形成する工程と、
を具備し、
前記接着剤を形成する工程は、前記第1セグメント化曲率が前記第1曲率と異なり、前記第2セグメント化曲率が前記第2曲率と異なることにより前記遮音ハニカムパネルの外形を変更するように、前記接着剤の厚さと前記第1及び第2セグメントの前記縦側面又は横側面の形状を制御する工程を含むことを特徴とする遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。 - 前記接着剤は、前記セグメント化第1端面における前記接着剤の厚さが前記セグメント化第2端面における前記接着剤の厚さより小さくなるよう形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記接着剤を形成する工程は、前記第1セグメントの縦側面と前記第2セグメントの縦側面とを接着接合する工程を含み、前記遮音ハニカムパネルの壁部は、前記第1セグメント第1端面の幅が前記第1セグメント第2端面の幅と等しくなり、前記第2セグメント第1端面の幅が前記第2セグメント第2端面の幅と等しくなるように切断されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記第1セグメントの縦側面における前記ハニカムの壁部と、前記第2セグメントの縦側面における前記ハニカムの壁部とは、前記壁部がネスト化接着係合を形成するように接着接合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記セプタムは、前記ハニカムの第2端部よりも前記ハニカムの第1端部の近くに位置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記接着剤を形成する工程は、前記第1セグメントの縦側面と前記第2セグメントの縦側面とを接着接合する工程を含み、前記遮音ハニカムパネルの壁部は、前記第1セグメント第1端面の幅が前記第1セグメント第2端面の幅より小さくなり、前記第2セグメント第1端面の幅が前記第2セグメント第2端面の幅より小さくなるように切断されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記接着剤は、前記セグメント化第1端面における前記接着剤の厚さが前記セグメント化第2端面における前記接着剤の厚さと等しくなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記第1セグメントの縦側面における前記ハニカムの壁部と、前記第2セグメントの縦側面における前記ハニカムの壁部とは、前記壁部がネスト化接着係合を形成しないように接着接合されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記セグメント化第1端面を機械加工して、前記第1セグメント化曲率とは異なる曲率を有する機械加工第1端部を形成する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記セグメント化第2端面を機械加工して、前記第2セグメント化曲率とは異なる曲率を有する機械加工第2端部を形成する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記第1曲率は、第1半径と、前記第2曲率より前記第1曲率の近くに位置する第1中心とを有し、前記第1セグメント化曲率は前記第1半径より短い変更第1半径を有し、前記第2曲率は、第2半径と、前記第2曲率より前記第1曲率の近くに位置する第2中心とを有し、前記第2セグメント化曲率は前記第2半径より短い変更第2半径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。

- 前記セプタムは、前記ハニカムの第2端部よりも前記ハニカムの第1端部の近くに位置することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記セプタムは、前記ハニカムの第2端部よりも前記ハニカムの第1端部の近くに位置することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記遮音ハニカムパネルの厚さは2〜20センチメートルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- 前記第1曲率は、25〜100センチメートルの曲率半径を有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の遮音ハニカムパネルの外形変更方法。
- A)請求項1に記載の方法により形成された遮音ハニカムパネルを提供する工程と、
B)前記セグメント化第1端面を多孔質面シートで覆う工程と、
C)前記セグメント化第2端面を中実面シートで覆う工程と、
を具備することを特徴とする遮音構造形成方法。 - 請求項19に記載の方法により形成された遮音構造を有する航空機エンジンナセル。
