Claims (2)
- クランクプーリを有するエンジン本体と、
前記エンジン本体の側方に配置され、第1プーリを有する電動発電機と、
前記電動発電機の下方に配置され、第2プーリを有する補機と、
前記クランクプーリと前記第1プーリと前記第2プーリとに巻き掛けられるベルトと、
前記ベルトの張力を調整するオートテンショナと、を備え、
前記オートテンショナが、前記電動発電機に固定される基部と、前記基部に揺動自在に支持されるアーム部と、前記アーム部の揺動先端に設けられ、前記第1プーリの近傍で前記ベルトに接触するテンショナプーリと、を有する車両用内燃機関のオートテンショナの取付構造であって、
前記電動発電機は、前記第1プーリの回転軸の軸線方向に延びる筒状のハウジング部と、前記ハウジング部から前記ベルトの内周側かつ前記クランクプーリに近づく方向に延びる下側アーム部とを有し、
前記オートテンショナは、前記基部から側方へ延びる第1取付片と、前記基部から上方へ延びる第2取付片と、を有し、前記第1取付片により前記下側アーム部に固定される一方、前記第2取付片により前記ハウジング部に固定され、
前記テンショナプーリは、前記基部より上側に配置され、
前記第1取付片の長さは、前記第2取付片の長さよりも短く形成されていることを特徴とする車両用内燃機関のオートテンショナの取付構造。 - 前記第2取付片は、前記テンショナプーリの回転軸の軸心よりも上方で前記ハウジング部に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用内燃機関のオートテンショナの取付構造。
