Claims (13)
- 電池セルが配置されるようにその間に空間を形成し、前記電池セルを加圧する第1加圧プレートと第2加圧プレートを含み、
前記第1加圧プレートおよび前記第2加圧プレートのうちの少なくとも一つの加圧部材は、形状記憶素材(shape memory material)から形成され、
前記加圧部材は、前記電池セルが駆動する温度で前記電池セルに合う形状を記憶させた後、前記電池セル駆動以後に体積膨張による前記加圧部材の変形が元の形状に戻ろうとする力として作用するようになって前記電池セルを加圧し、
前記形状記憶素材は形状記憶高分子を含む、電池セル加圧装置。 - 前記電池セルの体積膨張によって前記第1加圧プレートと前記第2加圧プレートの間の間隔が増加する、請求項1に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記電池セルの厚さ方向膨張によって前記第1加圧プレートの上部面と前記第2加圧プレートの下部面が押されるようになって前記第1加圧プレートと前記第2加圧プレートの形状が変わる、請求項2に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記電池セルの体積が減少する時、前記第1加圧プレートと前記第2加圧プレートの間の間隔が減少する、請求項2に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記電池セルは、正極、負極および前記正極と前記負極の間に介された分離膜を有する構造の電極組立体が電解液と共に電池ケースの内部に密封されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記第1加圧プレートは前記電池ケースの下部面と接触し、前記第2加圧プレートは前記電池ケースの上部面と接触し、前記第1加圧プレートと前記第2加圧プレートの間に位置する前記電池ケースの側面は外部に露出される、請求項5に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記第1加圧プレートと前記第2加圧プレートは結合ピンによって結合される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記結合ピンは複数個形成され、スプリングから形成される、請求項7に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記結合ピンは複数個形成され、形状記憶素材から形成される、請求項7に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記結合ピンは形状記憶高分子から形成される、請求項9に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記第1加圧プレートおよび前記第2加圧プレートの間の間隔は、前記電池セルの厚さと同一であるか大きい、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウム金属セルである、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
- 前記第1加圧プレートおよび前記第2加圧プレートは、前記電池セルより広い面積を有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル加圧装置。
