Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのプロトンまたは水酸化物に対して伝導性の高分子膜(16)と協働するチャネル構造(48)を有する燃料電池または電気分解装置の積層構成(10)のためのバイポーラプレートであるディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)において、導電特性を有するプラスチック部品(40)として形成されていて、
前記プラスチック部品(40)は、前記高分子膜(16)の方を向いた側(54)にチャネル構造(48)を有し、
前記チャネル構造(48)は複数の円錐形の先端(56)を有することを特徴とする、ディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)。 - 浴槽状に形成される支持体である分離板(42)に挿入部品として収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)。
- 前記プラスチック部品(40)は、グラファイト・プラスチック・材料混合物から射出成形されている、または前記プラスチック部品(40)はプラスチック材料から射出成形され、前記プラスチック部品に導電性コーティング(38)が施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)。
- 前記チャネル構造(48)は、高分子膜(16)の下面(50)または高分子膜(16)の上面(52)に接触する複数の小さい接点(60)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)。
- 前記プラスチック部品(40)が載置面(44)を有し、これにより前記プラスチック部品が分離板(42)上に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)。
- 前記接点(60)は、0.1mm2~1mm2の接触面積(32)を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)。
- プラスチック部品(40)は、前記プラスチック部品を前記高分子膜(16)に対して密封する少なくとも1つの取り囲むシール(64)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)。
- 前記接点(60)は、滴形(58)または円錐形に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)。
- プロトンまたは水酸化物に対して伝導性の高分子膜(16)を有する燃料電池の前記積層構成(10)における請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)の使用。
- プロトンまたは水酸化物に対して伝導性の高分子膜(16)を有する電気分解装置の前記積層構成(10)における請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のディストリビュータ構造体(12、20)の使用。
