Description
ナノゼロ価鉄は、ヒ素を吸着固定する能力を備える。好気性条件下では、ナノゼロ価鉄の腐食プロセス中に生成された二価鉄は、酸素を活性化して活性酸素を生成することができ、As(III)からAs(V)への酸化は、土壌中のヒ素の毒性と移動性を低下させ、したがって作物のヒ素の吸収と輸送を低下させる。しかし、発明者は、ナノゼロ価鉄には応用プロセスにおいて以下の欠点もあることを発見し、第一に、空気中で酸化及び凝集しやすいため、その反応活性が大幅に低下し、長期間の貯蔵や使用に不利であり、第二に、土壌に添加すると土壌粒子などの不純物によって容易に妨害され、ヒ素の固定効率が大幅に低下し、且つ、ナノゼロ価鉄は迅速に反応し、短時間で腐食するため、結果として、As(III)の酸化的固定の長期効果は不十分である。本発明は、直接バイオマス前処理と熱分解還元の方法を組み合わせることにより、ナノゼロ価鉄を多孔質グラファイトカーボンと炭化鉄でコーティングし、関連技術と比較して、水素化ホウ素ナトリウムなどの還元剤の水溶液を用いた化学還元により、ナノゼロ価鉄をバイオ炭の表面に分散させ、ナノゼロ価の鉄の酸化を防ぐことができ、炭化鉄の存在はヒ素の固定能力を効果的に改善し、ナノゼロ価鉄の効率的かつ長期的な利用を実現し、ヒ素などの重金属に対する強力な吸着能力を備え、特に、As(III)を比較的低毒性のAs(V)に効率的に酸化することができる。
バイオマスをアルカリと亜硫酸塩との混合溶液に浸漬し、1度目の水熱反応を行い、1度目の水熱反応で得られた生成物をH2O2溶液と混合し、2度目の水熱反応を行い活性化されたバイオマスを得るステップ(1)と、
前記活性化されたバイオマスを鉄塩溶液に浸漬し、鉄イオンを吸着するバイオマスを得るステップ(2)と、
前記鉄イオンを吸着するバイオマスに対し還元を行い、鉄炭素複合材料を得るステップ(3)と、を備える。
前記鉄炭素複合材料は、処理されるAs(III)汚染溶液又はAs(III)汚染土壌懸濁液に投下され、一定時間反応させる。
(1)本発明は、ナノゼロ価鉄をグラファイトカーボンと炭化鉄でコーティングし、ナノゼロ価鉄が酸化されるのを効果的に防止し、重金属を除去する材料の能力を向上させることができ、特に、As(III)への材料の吸着、酸化能力が明らかに改善される。
(2)本発明の製造方法では、特定のステップで活性化後、鉄塩を吸着することにより、廃棄バイオマスは原料として使用でき、そして嫌気性高温熱分解を行い、多孔質グラファイトカーボンと炭化鉄でコーティングされたナノゼロ価鉄の製造に成功し、ナノゼロ価鉄の効率的かつ長期的な利用を実現する。且つ、材料合成方法が簡単で、得られた鉄炭素複合材料は環境にやさしい材料であり、二次汚染がなく、廃棄木質バイオマスの含有量が豊富で、製造コストが低い。
本実施形態は、多孔質グラファイトカーボンと炭化鉄でコーティングされたナノゼロ価鉄の鉄炭素複合材料を提供し、その製造方法は、以下のステップを含む。
(1-1)1.2gの粉砕した(粒子サイズ2mm未満)乾燥木質バイオマス(バルサ/Ochroma pyramidale)を2.5MのNaOHと0.4MのNa2SO3との混合溶液50mLに浸漬し、且つ均一に攪拌し、反応釜に移し、100℃で10時間保持し、反応後は常温まで下げ、脱イオン水で洗浄する。
(1-2)上記反応後のバイオマスを50mLの2.5MH2O2溶液に入れ、反応釜に移し、100℃に加熱し、6時間保持する。
(1-3)ステップ(1-2)反応後の木質バイオマスを取り出し凍結乾燥し、活性化された木質バイオマスを得る。
(2-1)活性化された木質バイオマスを50mLの一定の濃度(0.02、0.05、0.2、又は0.3M)のFe(NO3)3・9H2O溶液に入れ、1時間超音波処理し、次に、10時間振とうし、活性化された木質バイオマスがFe(III)を充分に吸着することができる。
(2-2)Fe(III)を充分に吸着した木質バイオマスを取り出した後、真空凍結乾燥し、乾燥した固形物を回収する。
(2-3)Fe(III)を充分に吸着した木質バイオマスを真空管状炉に入れ、窒素雰囲気で温度を一定の温度(400、600、800、又は1000℃)に上げ、温度を10℃/minの速度に上げ、1時間保持し、加熱を停止し、常温に下げ、取り出して使用に具える。
異なる熱分解温度で製造されたFe/C400、Fe/C600、Fe/C800、Fe/C1000のXRDを図1に示す。図1から分かるように、熱分解温度が600℃の場合、ゼロ価鉄だけがあり、そして熱分解温度が800℃、1000℃の場合、材料中に炭化鉄(Fe3C)、グラファイトカーボン、ゼロ価鉄が同時に存在する。
Fe/C800のSEMとTEM図を図2に示す。図2に示す分析から分かるように、鉄ナノ粒子(粒度サイズ分布は30~80nmの間)は、カーボン(粒度サイズは10~100μm)の表面に均一に分散し、且つ高分解能TEM図では、グラファイトカーボンと炭化鉄でコーティングされたナノゼロ価鉄の3層のコアシェル構造がある。ここで、ナノゼロ価鉄が最内層、グラファイトカーボンが最外層であり、内部のナノゼロ価鉄の酸化を防ぐことができる。したがって、分析によれば、熱分解温度が800℃に達すると、多孔質グラファイトカーボンと炭化鉄でコーティングされたナノゼロ価鉄の鉄炭素複合材料を製造することができる。
ステップ1)5、10mg/Lの濃度の三価ヒ素溶液を配合し、溶媒は脱イオン水である。
ステップ2)Fe/C400、Fe/C600、Fe/C800、Fe/C1000を使用して、三価ヒ素吸着速度実験を行い、材料の投下量は0.5g/L、反応システムは20mL、三価ヒ素の初期濃度は5mg/L、0.1M HClを使用して、三価ヒ素溶液の初期pH値を3.5に調整し実験を行い、50mlの遠心分離管で反応させる。
ステップ3)投入後、計測を開始し、指定した時点でサンプリングし、サンプリング時間はそれぞれ0、5、10、30、60、120、240、360、480minとする。
ステップ4)反応後、反応混合液を0.22μmの水膜に通し、フィルター溶液中の三価ヒ素濃度を測定し、除去率を算出し、結果を図3に示す。図3から分かるように、Fe/C800のAs(III)の除去率は100%に達することができる。
異なる鉄塩濃度で製造されたFe/C800(0.02)、Fe/C800(0.05)、Fe/C800(0.2)及びFe/C800(0.3)のXRDを図4に示す。分析から分かるように、浸漬して鉄塩濃度が0.2Mと0.3Mの時だけ、多孔質グラファイトカーボン、炭化鉄及びナノゼロ価鉄が出現する。
ステップ1)5mg/Lの濃度の三価ヒ素溶液を配合し、溶媒は脱イオン水である。
ステップ2)異なる鉄負荷量で製造されたFe/C800(0.02)、Fe/C800(0.05)、Fe/C800(0.2)及びFe/C800(0.3)を使用して、三価ヒ素吸着速度実験を行い、材料の投下量は0.5g/L、反応システムは20mL、0.1M HClを使用して、三価ヒ素溶液の初期pH値を3.5に調整し実験を行い、50mlの遠心分離管で反応させる。
ステップ3)反応480分後、反応混合液を0.22μmの水膜に通し、フィルター溶液中の三価ヒ素濃度を測定し、除去率を算出する。
この比較例は、鉄炭素複合材料[Fe/C800(FeCl3)]を提供し、その製造方法と実施形態1のFe/C800との主な違いは、次のとおりであり、実施形態1の0.2MのFe(NO3)3・9H2O溶液は、同じ濃度のFeCl3・6H2Oで置き換えられ、その他の操作とFe/C800の製造と同じである。具体的には表1を参照する。
この比較例は、鉄炭素複合材料を提供し、その製造方法と実施形態1のFe/C800の主な違いは、次のとおりであり、バイオマス前処理を行わない。
(1)1.2gの粉砕された乾燥木質バイオマス(バルサ)を50mLの0.2MのFe(NO3)3・9H2O溶液に入れ、1時間超音波処理し、次に、10時間振とうさせる。
(2)Fe(III)を充分に吸着した木質バイオマスを取り出した後、真空凍結乾燥し、乾燥した固形物を回収する。
(3)Fe(III)を充分に吸着した木質バイオマスを真空管状炉に入れ、窒素雰囲気でそれぞれ800℃に上げ、温度を10℃/minの速度に上げ、1時間保持し、加熱を停止し、常温に下げ、取り出して使用に備え、Fe/C800-未処理-1時間としてマークする。
この比較例は、バイオ炭(C)、ナノゼロ価鉄をロードしたバイオ炭の複合材料(BC/nZVI)、及びナノゼロ価鉄をロードした活性炭(AC/nZVI)を提供する。
(1)バイオ炭(C)の製造。
粉砕及び乾燥した木質バイオマス(バルサ)1.2gを真空管状炉に入れ、N2を通し、800℃で1時間焼成し、温度上昇速度は10℃/minである。
(2)ナノゼロ価鉄をロードしたバイオ炭の複合材料(BC/nZVI)の製造。
(1)で製造したバイオ炭0.45gとFeSO4・7H2O(0.75g)を100mLの無酸素水に加え、超音波で30分間攪拌し、次に、0.2gのNaBH4を脱イオン水で作られた20mLの溶液に加え、Fe(II)をFe0に還元し、全プロセスは窒素雰囲気下で行い、30分間連続撹拌した後、無水エタノールで3回洗浄し、乾燥させて使用に具える。
製造したBC/nZVIの鉄含有量は、約25%で、FeC/800と一致する。
(3)ナノゼロ価鉄をロードした活性炭(AC/nZVI)の製造。
AC/nZVIの製造方法とBC/nZVIは同じで、異なるのはバイオ炭を同等品質の活性炭に置き換えている点で、活性炭は市販の活性炭(AC、広州化学試薬工場から購入)を購入する。
ステップ1)5mg/Lの濃度の三価ヒ素溶液を配合し、溶媒は脱イオン水である。
ステップ2)材料の安定性と長期効果を検証するために、まずFe/C800、BC/nZVI、及びnZVIをそれぞれ30mLの脱イオン水に入れ、24時間撹拌する。
ステップ3)攪拌後、材料を取り出し、三価ヒ素溶液に入れ、0.1M HClを使用して、三価ヒ素溶液の初期pH値を3.5に調整し実験を行い、材料の投下量は0.5g/Lで、反応システムは20mLで、50mlの遠心分離管で反応させる。
ステップ4)反応0、5、10、30、60、120、240、360分後、反応混合液を0.22μmの水膜に通し、フィルター溶液中の三価ヒ素濃度を測定し、除去率を算出し、結果を図8に示す。
ステップ1)5mg/Lの濃度の三価ヒ素溶液を配合し、溶媒は脱イオン水である。
ステップ2)Fe/C600、Fe/C800、Fe/C1000、BC/nZVIとAC/nZVIを使用して、三価ヒ素吸着速度実験を行い、そのうち複合材料の投下量は0.5g/L、反応システムは20mLである。0.1M HClを使用して、三価ヒ素溶液の初期pH値を3.5に調整し実験を行い、50mlの遠心分離管で反応させる。
ステップ3)反応480分後、遠心分離により上澄みを除去し、反応後の材料を取り出し凍結乾燥し、次に、凍結した材料のXPS測定をし、材料の表面のAs(III)とAs(V)の相対的な含有量を分析し、結果は図9に示す。
ステップ1)ヒ素で汚染された水田土壌を乾燥させ、その後2mmのふるいで粉砕して使用に具える。脱イオン水を使用して、0.5M NaHCO3溶液を調製する。
ステップ2)土壌中のヒ素固定実験には、Fe/C800、バイオ炭、BC/nZVIとnZVIを使用する。水と土壌との比率は10:1で、反応システムは20mLで、材料投下量は1g/Lで、50mLのバイアルで培養される。まず嫌気性条件下で7日間培養を行い、次に好気性条件下で20日間培養を行い、水田土壌の嫌気性及び好気性条件をシミュレートする。
ステップ3)培養後、遠心分離により上澄みを取り除き、次に1gの土壌を取り出して50mLの遠心分離管に入れ、30mLの0.5M NaHCO3溶液を加える。25℃の条件下で16時間振とうさせる。
ステップ4)振とう後遠心分離し、上澄みを0.22μmの水膜に通し、フィルター溶液中のヒ素濃度を測定し、異なる処理後の土壌中の有効なヒ素濃度を計算し、結果は図10に示す。
(付記1)
外側から内側に順番に、多孔質グラファイトカーボン外層、炭化鉄中間層及びナノゼロ価鉄コアを含む、3層のコアシェル構造を備える、
ことを特徴とする、鉄炭素複合材料。
前記多孔質グラファイトカーボンの粒子サイズは10~100μmである、
ことを特徴とする、付記1に記載の鉄炭素複合材料。
前記ナノゼロ価鉄の粒子サイズは30~80nmである、
ことを特徴とする、付記1に記載の鉄炭素複合材料。
鉄炭素複合材料中の前記炭化鉄とナノゼロ価鉄との総含有量は、5%~55%、好ましくは20%~51%、より好ましくは24%~25%である、
ことを特徴とする、付記1から3のいずれか1つに記載の鉄炭素複合材料。
付記1から4のいずれか1つに記載の鉄炭素複合材料の製造方法であって、
バイオマスをアルカリと亜硫酸塩との混合溶液に浸漬し、1度目の水熱反応を行い、1度目の水熱反応で得られた生成物をH2O2溶液と混合し、2度目の水熱反応を実行して活性化されたバイオマスを得るステップ(1)と、
前記活性化されたバイオマスを鉄塩溶液に浸漬し、鉄イオンを吸着するバイオマスを得るステップ(2)と、
前記鉄イオンを吸着するバイオマスに対し復元を行い、鉄炭素複合材料を得るステップ(3)と、を備える、
ことを特徴とする、鉄炭素複合材料の製造方法。
前記アルカリと亜硫酸塩との混合溶液中、アルカリの濃度は、1~3M、好ましくは、亜硫酸塩の濃度は0.05~1Mである、
ことを特徴とする、付記5に記載の製造方法。
ステップ(2)において、前記鉄塩溶液の濃度は、0.02~0.5M、好ましくは0.1~0.5Mである、
ことを特徴とする、付記5に記載の製造方法。
ステップ(3)において、前記還元方法は熱分解還元であり、好ましくは、前記熱分解還元は具体的には、保護雰囲気では、前記鉄イオンを吸着するバイオマスを加熱し、好ましくは、前記加熱温度は、≧800℃、好ましくは800~1000℃である、
ことを特徴とする、付記5に記載の製造方法。
重金属の酸化及び/又は不動態化における付記1から4のいずれか1つに記載の鉄炭素複合材料の使用であって、
好ましくは、土壌及び水域の酸化及び/又は不動態化における重金属の使用で、好ましくは、前記重金属は、ヒ素、カドミウム、及び鉛の任意の1つ又は複数を含み、好ましくは、前記重金属はヒ素である、
ことを特徴とする、鉄炭素複合材料の使用。
付記1から4のいずれか1つに記載の鉄炭素複合材料を、処理するAs(III)汚染溶液又はAs(III)汚染土壌懸濁液に添加し、一定時間反応させるステップを備える、
ことを特徴とする、As(III)を固定及び酸化するための方法。
Claims (2)
- 外側から内側に順番に、多孔質グラファイトカーボン外層、炭化鉄中間層及びナノゼロ価鉄コアを含む、3層のコアシェル構造を備える鉄炭素複合材料の製造方法であって、
バイオマスをアルカリと亜硫酸塩との混合溶液に浸漬し、1度目の水熱反応を行い、1度目の水熱反応で得られた生成物をH2O2溶液と混合し、2度目の水熱反応を実行して活性化されたバイオマスを得るステップ(1)と、
前記活性化されたバイオマスを鉄塩溶液に浸漬し、鉄イオンを吸着したバイオマスを得、前記鉄塩溶液の濃度は、化合物の濃度で0.1~0.5Mであり、前記鉄塩は硝酸鉄またはその水和物であり、前記バイオマスと前記鉄塩溶液との比率は、1g:30~50mLである、ステップ(2)と、
不活性ガス雰囲気で前記鉄イオンを吸着したバイオマスを800℃以上1000℃以下の加熱温度で加熱し、鉄炭素複合材料を得るステップ(3)と、を備え、
前記鉄炭素複合材料中の前記炭化鉄とナノゼロ価鉄との総含有量は、20%~51%である、
ことを特徴とする、鉄炭素複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記アルカリと亜硫酸塩との混合溶液中、アルカリの濃度は化合物の濃度で1~3Mであり、亜硫酸塩の濃度は化合物の濃度で0.05~1Mである、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
