Description
本発明によって組成された自然発火抑制剤水溶液の自然発火抑制性評価のために、実際に使用されている有煙炭1kgを容器に入れ、自然発火抑制剤水溶液(4ml)を噴射した後、100℃まで加熱することにより、揮発分が活性化して発生する有害性ガスを捕集して測定した。
Claims (4)
- 泡原液形態(Foam Concentrate)に組成され、水及び空気とともに噴射されて発泡状(Foaming)で有煙炭に分散及び塗布される自然発火抑制剤であって、
前記自然発火抑制剤は、酸化防止剤7~13重量%、揮発分活性化抑制剤20~40重量%、乳化剤化合物20~40重量%、及び水20~40重量%を混合して組成される泡原液形態の多機能性有煙炭用自然発火抑制剤であって、
前記自然発火抑制剤の揮発分活性化抑制剤はメチルジエタノールアミン(MDEA)からなることを特徴とする、泡原液形態の多機能性有煙炭用自然発火抑制剤。 - 前記泡原液形態(Foam Concentrate)に組成された自然発火抑制剤4重量%に、空気が混合された水96重量%が混合されて発泡状で有煙炭に分散及び塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の泡原液形態の多機能性有煙炭用自然発火抑制剤。
- 前記自然発火抑制剤の酸化防止剤はフェニレンジアミンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の泡原液形態の多機能性有煙炭用自然発火抑制剤。
- 前記自然発火抑制剤の乳化剤化合物は、ブチルジグリコール25~40重量%、グリコールエーテル2~10重量%、非イオン系界面活性剤3~10重量%、及びヒマシ油系乳化剤45~65重量%からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の泡原液形態の多機能性有煙炭用自然発火抑制剤。
