Description
実施例及び比較例1~5の歯付ベルトを作製した。それぞれの構成は図5に示す。
上記実施形態と同様の構成のSTS歯形の歯付ベルトを実施例とした。
図4は、ベルトずれ量計測試験機40のプーリレイアウトを示す。このベルトずれ量計測試験機40は、歯数が24の駆動プーリ41と、その右側方に設けられた歯数が24の従動プーリ42とを有する。従動プーリ42は、左右に可動に設けられて軸荷重を負荷できるように構成されているとともに、負荷トルクも負荷できるように構成されている。
負荷トルクは、なしで、従動プーリ42に441N(45kgf)の荷重DWを加え、ベルトサイズは、図4と同様で、ベルト長さが800mm、ベルト幅が10mm、及び配設ピッチが8mm、室温でベルト静止時に測定した。図5に、駆動プーリ41及び駆動プーリ42の一部拡大図を示す。
図6は、歯付ベルトBの動摩擦係数測定装置60の構成を示す。
図5に試験結果を示す。実施例の歯付ベルトのベルト張力T0.2は100N/mmであった。歯付プーリとのバックラッシュ量は、0.16mmである。表面動摩擦係数は、0.65であり、ずれ量は、0.72mmであった。
ベルト張力T0.2が50N/mmと低く、バックラッシュ量が0.1mmであることを除いて実施例と同一構成の歯付ベルトを比較例1とした。
バックラッシュ量が、0.08mmと小さいことを除いて実施例と同一構成の歯付ベルトを比較例2とした。
バックラッシュ量が、0.65mmと大きいことを除いて実施例と同一構成の歯付ベルトを比較例3とした。
ゴム硬度が87と低いことを除いて実施例と同一構成の歯付ベルトを比較例4とした。
表面動摩擦係数が1.65と高いことを除いて実施例と同一構成の歯付ベルトを比較例5とした。

Claims (5)
- エラストマー製のベルト本体と、前記ベルト本体に埋設されるとともにベルト幅方向にピッチを有する螺旋を形成するように設けられたカーボン繊維製の心線と、を備えた歯付ベルト及び該歯付ベルトに噛み合う歯付プーリを用いた伝動システムであって、
前記ベルト本体は、断面横長矩形の平帯部と、該平帯部の内周側に一体に設けられた複数の歯部とを有し、
前記心線が前記心線を構成するカーボン繊維のフィラメント束を一方向に撚った片撚り糸であり、前記片撚り糸の心線の長さ10cm当たりの撚り数が4回/10cm以上12回/10cm以下であり、
ベルト伸張率0.2%時のベルト幅1mm当たりのベルト張力T0.2が70N/mm以上であるとともに、前記歯付プーリとのバックラッシュ量は、0.10mm以上0.65mmよりも小さく、上記ベルト本体の硬度は、JIS K 6253 デュロメータ タイプAで、89°以上であり、表面動摩擦係数は、1.5以下である歯付ベルトを用いた伝動システム。 - 請求項1に記載された歯付ベルトを用いた伝動システムにおいて、
前記ベルト本体が熱硬化性エラストマーで形成されている歯付ベルトを用いた伝動システム。 - 請求項2に記載された歯付ベルトを用いた伝動システムにおいて、
前記ベルト本体が熱硬化性ポリウレタン樹脂で形成されている歯付ベルトを用いた伝動システム。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載された歯付ベルトを用いた伝動システムにおいて、
前記心線を構成するカーボン繊維の総フィラメント本数が6000本以上48000本以下である歯付ベルトを用いた伝動システム。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載された歯付ベルトを用いた伝動システムにおいて、
上記ピッチは、8mm以上14mm以下である歯付ベルトを用いた伝動システム。
