Claims (5)
- 非空気式タイヤのためのウェブ構造であって、前記ウェブ構造が、
第1の複数の山部及び第1の複数の谷部を有する第1の波形リングであって、前記第1の波形リングが、円周方向に予歪みを付与された熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂リングである、第1の波形リングと、
第2の複数の山部及び第2の複数の谷部を有する第2の波形リングであって、前記第2の波形リングが、円周方向に予歪みを付与された熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂リングであり、前記第2の複数の谷部が、溶接又は接着剤によって前記第1の複数の山部に固着されている、第2の波形リングと、を備える、ウェブ構造。 - 第3の複数の山部及び第3の複数の谷部を有する第3の波形リングを更に備え、前記第3の波形リングが、円周方向に予歪みを付与された熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂リングであり、前記第3の複数の谷部が、溶接又は接着剤によって前記第2の複数の山部に固着されている、請求項1に記載のウェブ構造。
- 溶接又は接着剤を介して前記第1の複数の谷部に固着されたインナーリングを更に備える、請求項1に記載のウェブ構造。
- 前記第2の波形リングに間接的に接続されたアウターリングを更に備える、請求項1に記載のウェブ構造。
- 前記第1の複数の山部の高さが、前記第1の複数の谷部の高さに実質的に等しく、前記第2の複数の山部の高さが、前記第2の複数の谷部の高さに実質的に等しい、請求項1に記載のウェブ構造。
