Claims (5)
- 積層されて電気的に直列に接続された複数の蓄電モジュールと、前記複数の蓄電モジュールを拘束して一体化する拘束部材と、を含む蓄電装置の電圧計測方法であって、
前記蓄電装置の正極端子及び負極端子に接続された充放電装置によって、一括して前記複数の蓄電モジュールの初期充電を行っているときに、前記蓄電装置の全体の電圧である総電圧を計測する総計測工程と、
前記初期充電を行っているときに、前記複数の蓄電モジュールのそれぞれの蓄電モジュールの電圧である個別電圧を計測する個別計測工程と、
前記初期充電の段階において、前記個別電圧に基づいて前記蓄電モジュールの異常を検知する検知工程と、
を備え、
前記初期充電は、前記蓄電装置のエージングの前に実施され、
前記初期充電では、前記複数の蓄電モジュールの一括した充放電を行う、
電圧計測方法。 - 前記初期充電、前記総計測工程、及び、前記個別計測工程は、前記蓄電装置を被搭載装置に搭載する際に前記蓄電装置に実装される別部材を、前記蓄電装置に電気的に接続した状態において行われる、
請求項1に記載の電圧計測方法。 - 前記検知工程では、前記初期充電中の前記個別電圧の変化を、電圧変化の基準と比較することにより、前記蓄電モジュールの異常を検知する、
請求項1又は2に記載の電圧計測方法。 - 前記初期充電では、前記複数の蓄電モジュールの一括した充放電を複数のサイクルにわたって行い、
前記検知工程では、前記初期充電中の前記個別電圧の変化を、前記サイクル毎に異なる電圧変化の基準と比較することにより、前記蓄電モジュールの異常を検知する、
請求項3に記載の電圧計測方法。 - 前記検知工程では、前記個別電圧の変化として前記蓄電モジュールの放電電圧の変化を前記基準と比較することにより、前記蓄電モジュールの異常を検知する、
請求項3又は4に記載の電圧計測方法。
