Description
Claims (11)
- 標本の電磁放射線(EMR)検査を少なくとも1つの所定のEMRスペクトルにおいて可能にするための分析デバイスであって、
(a)ハウジング底面、前記ハウジング底面に対向するハウジング頂面、およびハウジング外周面を有する手持ち式ハウジングであって、
前記ハウジング外周面に前記ハウジング内への前記標本の導入を可能にするための標本導入口を有し、
前記ハウジング底面が、ハウジング底面パネルを有し、前記ハウジング頂面が、前記ハウジング底面パネルと位置合わせされたハウジング頂面パネルを有して、前記分析デバイスを通る検査線を画定し、
前記ハウジング底面パネルおよび前記ハウジング頂面パネルが、前記少なくとも1つの所定のEMRスペクトルに対して透明である、ハウジングと、
(b)少なくともいくらかの標本がその上に堆積される標本スライドパネルを有する標本スライドであって、
前記標本スライドパネルが、前記少なくとも1つの所定のEMRスペクトルに対して透明であり、かつ、前記検査線に沿って前記ハウジング頂面パネルおよび前記ハウジング底面パネルと相互に位置合わせされている、標本スライドと、を備え、
前記標本スライドは、初期最下標本導入位置において前記少なくともいくらかの標本が前記標本スライドパネル上に堆積された後で、前記ハウジング頂面から離れた前記初期最下標本導入位置から前記ハウジング頂面に隣接する最終最上標本検査位置まで前記ハウジングで摺動可能に上昇させられ、
前記標本スライドパネルが、前記最終最上標本検査位置において前記ハウジング頂面パネルに密接に並置されて、前記少なくともいくらかの標本を前記標本スライドパネルと前記ハウジング頂面パネルとの間で圧迫する、標本スライド上昇機構と、
を備える、分析デバイス。 - 前記標本スライドが、前記標本のpH値に関する可視色表示を提供するためのpH化学的検出器を含む、請求項1に記載の分析デバイス。
- 前記ハウジング底面が、前記標本スライドの前記最終最上標本検査位置への上昇に従って前記標本スライドから変位される液体残留物を吸収するために、吸湿性物質で覆われる、請求項1または2に記載の分析デバイス。
- 前記ハウジング頂面が、前記初期最下標本導入位置において液体試薬を前記標本スライド上へ案内して前記標本スライドパネル上の前記少なくともいくらかの標本と反応させるための液体試薬ポートを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の分析デバイス。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記初期最下標本導入位置における前記少なくともいくらかの標本と反応させるために液体試薬を前記標本スライド上へ圧送するための一体的な液体試薬圧送機構を含む、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の分析デバイス。 - 前記ハウジングが、前記初期最下標本導入位置では前記標本スライドの下に位置する少なくとも1つの手動操作標本スライド上昇アクチュエータを含み、前記少なくとも1つの手動操作標本スライド上昇アクチュエータが、前記初期最下標本導入位置に対応する初期セットアップ位置と、前記最終最上標本検査位置に対応する最終検査位置とを有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の分析デバイス。
- 前記ハウジングが、
前記初期最下標本導入位置では前記標本スライドの下に位置する前側手動操作標本スライド上昇アクチュエータであって、それぞれが少なくとも1つの傾斜上昇脚状部を含む前記ハウジング外周面内の前側の標本スライド上昇軌道の対向対に沿って摺動する、前側手動操作標本スライド上昇アクチュエータと、
前記初期最下標本導入位置では前記標本スライドの下に位置する後側手動操作標本スライド上昇アクチュエータであって、それぞれが少なくとも1つの傾斜上昇脚状部を含む前記ハウジング外周面内の後側の標本スライド上昇軌道の対向対に沿って摺動する、後側手動操作標本スライド上昇アクチュエータと、
を含み、
前記前側手動操作標本スライド上昇アクチュエータおよび後側手動操作標本スライド上昇アクチュエータが、初期セットアップ位置から最終検査位置までそれらの対応する標本スライド上昇軌道の対向対に沿って互いに向かって手動で変位されるように離間されており、前記初期セットアップ位置が、前記初期最下標本導入位置に対応し、前記最終検査位置が、前記最終最上標本検査位置に対応する、請求項6に記載の分析デバイス。 - 前記ハウジングが、前記ハウジング外周面内のスロットであって、標本スライド上昇部材の前記ハウジング内への摺動挿入のために、前記初期最下標本導入位置において前記標本スライドの下に位置する、スロットを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の分析デバイス。
- 請求項8に記載の分析デバイスとともに使用するための分析装置であって、前記分析デバイスに挿入するための前記標本スライド上昇部材を含む、分析装置。
- 前記分析デバイスが、前記標本から臭気情報を得るための臭気センサを含む、請求項9に記載の分析装置。
- 前記一体的な液体試薬圧送機構が、液体試薬を収容する試薬リザーバを含み、前記ハウジング頂面が、下向きに垂れ下がるプランジャを含み、前記標本スライドの上昇により前記プランジャが前記試薬リザーバ内へ進入させられて、液体試薬を前記試薬リザーバから前記標本スライドパネル上へ圧送する、
請求項5に記載の分析デバイス。
