Claims (13)
- 可撓性のプローブ(11、11a)の腹腔鏡に使用するためのプローブアプリケータ(10)であって、
前記プローブアプリケータ(10)を患者に対して手動で位置決めをして動作させるためのハンドル(25)を有する筐体(15)と、
前記筐体(15)上に配置されたシャフト受け(14)にその近位端(13)上で接続され、その遠位端(16)で開口しており細長く、剛性の管であるシャフト(12)と、
手動で使用可能であるように前記筐体(15)上に配置された制御素子であって、前記筐体(15)から少なくとも1つのプラグコンタクト(36)を有するプラグ(31)まで延び、かつ、制御素子(32)をプラグコンタクト(36)に接続する少なくとも1つの信号線(34)を含むケーブルを有する少なくとも1つの制御素子(32、33)と、
前記筐体(15)に設けられ、前記シャフト受け(14)に対向して配置されたプローブ挿入開口(51)と、前記プローブ(11、11a)の接続のために配置され、前記プローブ(11、11a)に作動媒体を供給する接続装置(38)と、
を備え、
前記接続装置(38)は、前記プラグ(31)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、
プローブアプリケータ。 - 前記シャフト(12)は、前記シャフト(12)の直径の20倍より大きく、好ましくは、50倍から90倍の長さを有し、好ましくは前記シャフト(12)の直径の300倍未満、さらに好ましくは150倍未満の長さを有することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載のプローブアプリケータ。 - 前記シャフト(12)の遠位端(16)には、前記筐体(15)上に配置された作動装置(26)に接続された曲げ装置(24)が配置されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1又は2に記載のプローブアプリケータ。 - 前記作動装置(26)は、前記ハンドル(25)に配置された旋回レバー(27)であり、前記旋回レバー(27)は、力伝達手段(28)を介して前記曲げ装置(24)に接続されていることを特徴とする、
請求項3に記載のプローブアプリケータ。 - 前記曲げ装置(24)は、細長い形状から円弧形状に変形され得る可撓部(19)を有することを特徴とする、
請求項3又は4に記載のプローブアプリケータ。 - 前記曲げ装置(24)は、その遠位端に剛性の直線状管部(20)を有することを特徴とする、
請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載のプローブアプリケータ。 - 前記シャフト(12)は、前記シャフト(12)の長手方向軸の周りに回転可能に前記筐体(15)上に保持されていることを特徴とする、

請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のプローブアプリケータ。 - 前記ロック装置(48)は、手動で作動可能なクランプ装置(49)であることを特徴とする、
