Description

硬性内窥镜 技术领域
本发明涉及内窥镜,尤其涉及一种硬性内窥镜。
背景技术
近年来,内窥镜及其手术器械大量的用于微创诊断与治疗领域,随着微创医疗技术的快速发展,对内窥镜提出了更高的要求。按内窥镜所到达的部位不同进行分类:分为神经镜、尿道膀胱镜、电切镜、腹腔镜、关节10镜、鼻窦镜、喉镜等。根据内窥镜头部弯曲情况,可分为软性的可弯曲内窥镜和硬性内窥镜。内窥镜结构可以是重复使用的。
医疗产品特别是与血液和黏膜组织接触的相关产品对一次性使用的要求非常强烈;国内外,有很多在重复内窥镜上套一层皮或套的设计。这种类似设计会有几个问题:1、会增加内窥镜外径;2、拆装复杂,且有有无菌交叉污染的风险;3、只在插入部套皮不能做到与手柄的无菌全隔离。4、在整体内窥镜上套皮,会严重影响使用的操作;5、外皮照明反光会干扰成像。6、外皮会影响内窥镜弯曲角度等等。
反复使用的内窥镜与患者、医疗人员等的接触,因而需对其进行灭菌消毒等处理,然而,由于内窥镜较为复杂,其中的摄像头、光源部件、医疗相关器械等等一般通过封装胶水封装起来,形成封装结构。封装胶水在湿热灭菌多次后,易于造成其结构不再稳定的情况,从而导致封装结构及内窥镜结构的结构不再稳定,会出现内漏使得灭菌效果变不理想的情况。
针对于此,可将内窥镜配置为重复使用,并将其接入一次性使用的结构,此时,内窥镜后端需利用电线传输电能与信号,并在其后端连接灭菌护套。可见,内窥镜虽然被隔离,但与之一起使用的电线并未完全被隔离,内窥镜并未完全被包裹,依旧会带来安全隐患,同时,也会带来不便于操作的问题。
此外,还需指出,新型冠状病毒等病毒有严重的传染性,且感染或待确诊病例众多,如果用一次性电子内窥镜,成本是国家不能承受之重;使 用反复使用内窥镜,面对传染性这么强的病毒安全性又得不到保证;在重复内窥镜上套一层皮或套,设备昂贵数量少、准备时间长、使用不方便,严重影响就诊且安全性也有隐患;因此,还是需要技术上有新的突破的产品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种硬性内窥镜,以解决有无菌部隔离的安全隐患,以及组装中有多余的零部件不便于操作的问题。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,包括一次性使用的镜体结构与能够重复使用的摄像组件,所述镜体结构包括手柄部、镜体插入部与线路连接部;所述镜体插入部直接或间接连接于所述手柄部,所述线路连接部包括位于所述手柄部内的母座,以及位于所述手柄部外的对外连接部,所述母座与所述对外连接部直接或间接连接;
所述手柄部设有供所述摄像组件接入的摄像组件接入口;所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后能够插接于所述母座,以利用所述母座与所述对外连接部传输电能和/或信号。
可选的,所述摄像组件包括摄像头、传导杆、把手、设于所述把手的公头,以及第一电线;
所述传导杆的一端连接所述把手,所述摄像头设于所述传导杆的另一端;所述第一电线穿设于所述传导杆与所述把手,所述第一电线的一端直接或间接连接所述摄像头,另一端直接或间接连接所述公头;
在所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后,所述公头插接于所述母座,所述传导杆穿设于所述镜体插入部。
可选的,所述把手包括把持头与设于所述把持头的弹性补偿结构;
所述弹性补偿结构的沿所述传导杆长度方向的一端直接或间接连接所述传导杆,另一端直接或间接连接所述把持头,所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后,所述把持头相对于所述手柄部位置固定;
所述弹性补偿结构用于在所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后利用弹性力直接或间接推动所述传导杆,以使得所述摄像头处于所述镜体插入部的尖端。
可选的,所述弹性补偿结构包括弹性部件、部件盖与部件套,所述把持头的靠近所述摄像头的侧壁设有弹性部件通孔,所述弹性部件、所述部件盖与所述部件套均设于所述把持头的内腔;所述弹性部件沿所述传导杆的长度方向连接于所述部件盖与所述部件套之间;
所述第一电线依次穿过所述弹性部件通孔、所述部件盖与所述部件套,所述部件套相对于所述传导杆的位置固定,所述部件盖相对于所述把手的位置固定。
可选的,所述弹性补偿结构还包括部件座,所述部件座穿设于所述弹性部件通孔,所述部件套与所述弹性部件均位于所述部件座的内侧,所述部件盖盖合于所述部件座的远离摄像头封装部的一端。
可选的,所述部件座包括扁平座体与圆筒座体,所述扁平座体的一端连接所述圆筒座体,所述扁平座体位于所述把持头外,所述圆筒座体穿过所述弹性部件通孔,所述圆筒座体的外壁形状与所述弹性部件通孔的内壁相匹配。

可选的,所述镜体插入部包括插入杆与头部模块,所述头部模块设于所述插入杆的一端,所述插入杆的另一端连接所述手柄部;
所述头部模块设有透光片与照明模块,接入所述镜体插入部的摄像组件能够透过所述透光片对外采集图像。
可选的,所述插入杆内设有摄像通道、器械通道与液体通道,所述头部 模块穿设有摄像通孔、器械通孔与液体管通孔,所述摄像通道连接于所述摄像通孔的一端,所述透光片设于所述摄像通孔的另一端,所述器械通道连接所述器械通孔的一端,所述液体通道连接所述液体管通孔的一端;
所述手柄部设有用于接入器械的器械接入口,以及液体口,所述液体口连通至所述液体通道,所述液体口设有水阀。
可选的,所述传导杆的材质为形状记忆合金材质。
可选的,所述线路连接部还包括母座电路板与第二电线,所述母座电路板与所述母座电连接,所述母座电路板经所述第二电线连接所述对外连接部,以利用所述第二电线传输电能和/或信号;所述母座电路板位于所述手柄部内,所述第二电线穿过设于所述手柄部的电线穿孔。

本发明提供的硬性内窥镜中,可包括一次性使用的镜体结构与重复使用的摄像组件,在摄像组件接入镜体结构的摄像组件接入口之后,可利用镜体结构的母座与对外连接部对外进行电连接,因此,摄像组件自身可无需直接对外进行电连接,进而,本发明中的摄像组件可完全被无菌隔离,有效避免或降低安全隐患,由于无需将摄像组件的电线穿过灭菌护套(同时,无菌隔离盖也可以并非是必须的),进而,可降低操作的难度,便于实现使用、拆装与一次性的抛弃。
此外,本发明通过公头与母座的插接实现电连接,可起到装配简单的积极效果,同时,母座、对外连接部等整体的一次性使用与抛弃,可起到更便于整体抛弃的积极效果。
可见,使用本发明所涉及的方案时,可满足新型冠状病毒等具有严重传染性的病毒的医疗场景,有效保障安全性,还可便于使用与抛弃。
进一步可选方案中,基于弹性补偿结构,可利用弹性力保障摄像头封装部能够处于所需位置,消除制造和装配的尺寸误差对摄像带来的影响。

所述弹性补偿结构212用于在所述摄像组件2接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口131后利用弹性力直接或间接推动所述传导杆24,以使得所述摄像头封装部23处于所述镜体插入部的尖端,其也可理解为处于所需的位置。
其中,弹性补偿结构212所产生的弹性力可以是弹性部件受力发生形变而产生的克服该形变的作用力,若弹性部件为弹簧,则该形变可例如是拉伸、压缩,若弹性部件为弹片或其他构造,该形变也可以是构造中的部分部件发生运动。
具体实施过程中,所述弹性补偿结构212包括弹性部件2121(例如弹簧)、部件盖2122与部件套2123,所述把持头211的靠近所述摄像头封装部的侧壁(即如图4所示的右侧的侧壁)设有弹性部件通孔,该弹性部件通孔可供弹性补偿结构212中的部分构造穿过,所述弹性部件2121、所述部件盖2122与所述部件套2123均设于所述把持头211的内腔;所述弹性部件2121沿所述接入方向(即摄像组件2接入摄像组件接入口131的直线方向,也可理解为沿所述传导杆24的长度方向)连接于所述部件盖2122与所述部件套2123 之间。
所述第一电线25依次穿过所述弹性部件通孔、所述部件套2123与所述部件盖2122,以图4为例,其可从右至左依次穿过弹性部件通孔、所述部件套与所述部件盖。所述部件套2123相对于所述传导杆24的位置固定,例如两者可以是焊接固定连接的,所述部件盖2122相对于所述把持头211的位置固定,例如两者可以直接或间接固定连接。
具体实施过程中,请参考图6,所述弹性补偿结构212还包括部件座2124,所述部件座穿设于所述弹性部件通孔,所述部件套2123与所述弹性部件2121均位于所述部件座2124的内侧,所述部件盖2122盖合于所述部件座2124的远离摄像头封装部23的一端,进而,部件盖2122相对于部件座2124的位置是固定的,部件座2124相对于把持头211的位置是固定的。
进一步举例中,请参考图6,所述部件座2124包括扁平座体21241与圆筒座体21242,所述扁平座体21241的一端连接所述圆筒座体21242,所述扁平座体21241位于所述把持头外,所述圆筒座体21242穿过所述弹性部件通孔,所述圆筒座体21242的外壁形状与所述弹性部件通孔的内壁相匹配。其中,圆筒座体21242与扁平座体21241可以是一体的,可以是装配在一起的。通过前端的扁平状,在插入一次性镜体时,可起到导向作用。
此外,具体举例中,所述弹性补偿结构212还包括设于部件套2123的对接侧壁的一端设有密封圈2125,其可用于在非工作状态下防止液体进入。
通过以上方案,基于弹性补偿结构,可利用弹性力保障摄像头封装部能够处于所需位置,消除制造和装配的尺寸误差对摄像带来的影响。
具体实施过程中,所述公头22与所述弹性部件通孔设于所述把持头的同一侧壁,进而,通过同一方向的接入运动,可同时实现把持头的接入,以及公头与母座的对接。
所述把持头211的内腔还设有公头电路板26,所述公头电路板26相对于所述侧壁的位置固定,所述第一电线25经所述公头电路板26连接所述公头22。以上方案中,基于电路板实现电连接,可有效保障电连接的稳定。
具体实施过程中,所述公头22可以为Type C公头,对应的,所述母座121可以为Type C母座。在其他举例中,也可以为A型的公头与母座,又或者其他基于USB的公头与母座。本实施例也不排除采用其他协议、构造的公 头与母座。
针对于此,本实施例通过公头与母座的插接实现电连接,可起到装配简单的积极效果,同时,母座、对外连接部等的一次性使用与抛弃,可起到更便于整体抛弃的积极效果。
具体实施过程中,所述传导杆24的材质可以为形状记忆合金材质,例如可以为镍钛合金。其可通过所记忆的形状使得弯曲与接入更便捷。
图7是本发明一实施例中硬性内窥镜的部分结构示意图。
具体实施过程中,请参考图7,所述镜体结构1还包括固定连接于所述手柄部13的通道管14与导向器15,所述通道管14穿设于所述手柄部13,所述镜体插入部11连接于所述通道管14的一端(其可例如图7的左端),所述导向器15连接于所述通道管14的另一端(其可例如图7的右端)。
其中,镜体插入部11与通道管14可以是一体成型的,此时,通道管14也可视作镜体插入部11的插入杆111的一部分,其他举例中,镜体插入部11与通道管14也可以是装配或通过一定的工艺连接在一起的。
所述摄像组件2接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口131后,所述把手21接入所述导向器15,且所述传导杆24依次穿过所述通道管14与所述镜体插入部11(例如其插入杆111)。同时,母座也可设于导向器15中,通过导向器15,可以对反复使用摄像部的插入起导向作用。
具体实施过程中,通道管14可通过固定座16固定连接手柄部13内,对应的,手柄部13内可设有配合固定座16的构造。进而,通过固定座可便于镜体插入部11(例如其插入杆111)与通道管14的方向和长短,限制器械管、液体管以及电线等在镜体插入部11(例如其插入杆111)内的位置。
具体实施过程中,请参考图7,所述线路连接部12还包括母座电路板124与第二电线123,所述母座电路板124与所述母座电连接,所述母座电路板经所述第二电线123连接所述对外连接部122,以利用所述第二电线123传输电能和/或信号;所述母座电路板124位于所述手柄部13内,所述第二电线123穿过设于所述手柄部的电线穿孔。
可见,摄像头封装部23、第一电线25、公头22、母座121、第二电线123与对外连接部122之间可形成电能和/或信号传输的通路。
此外,以上方案中,母座121与对外连接部122之间,对外连接部122与外部设备(例如主机)之间都是通过有线连接的,在其他可选方案中,若仅需实现信号传输,则母座与对外连接部之间、对外连接部与外部设备(例如主机)之间均也可通过无线的方式来实现。可见,所述对外连接部122可以为有线连接座,也可以为无线通信部件。
图8是本发明一实施例中手柄部的结构示意图。
请参考图8、图2与图7,所述的软性内窥镜,还包括无菌隔离盖3,所述无菌隔离盖3用于在所述摄像组件2接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口131后盖设于所述摄像组件接入口131。通过无菌隔离盖,可将镜体结构1内隔离。
以图8为例,无菌隔离盖3可以包括隔离盖本体31、连接带33与安装环32,安装环32可连接于镜体结构1(例如其手柄部13),隔离盖本体31可通过连接带33连接安装环32。
在实施过程中,可将摄像组件2插入镜体结构1内,然后,可通过线路连接部12与相适应的主机连接,完成摄像部2的供电与CMOS影像的传输。在摄像组件2插入镜体结构1后,所述无菌隔离盖3可扣合于镜体部1尾端,使得非灭菌部件完全与医生和病人隔离。
在其他可选方案中,也可不采用可拆卸的无菌隔离盖3,例如可直接将摄像组件2设置于镜体结构1中,在需要抛弃时,可直接抛弃外部的镜体结构1,无需实施相应的拆装过程。进而,可起到便于拆装与丢弃,节约装配时间等积极的技术效果。
图9是本发明一实施例中手柄部的结构示意图;图10是本发明一实施例中头部模块的结构示意图;图11是本发明一实施例中器械管、液体管与头部模块的结构示意图。
请参考图9至图11,所述镜体插入部11包括插入杆111与头部模块112,所述头部模块112设于所述插入杆111的一端,所述插入杆111的另一端连接所述手柄部13,例如:通过通道管14实现连接;
所述头部模块112设有透光片1121与照明模块1122,接入所述镜体插入部的摄像组件能够透过所述透光片1121对外采集图像。
其中的透光片1121可例如玻璃片。
请参考图11,所述插入杆111内可设有摄像通道(未图示)、器械通道(例如器械管1111内所形成的通道)与液体通道(例如液体管1112内所形成的通道),所述头部模块112穿设有摄像通孔(其可例如透光片后的通孔)、器械通孔1124与液体管通孔1125,所述摄像通道连接于所述摄像通孔的一端,所述透光片设于所述摄像通孔的另一端,所述器械通道连接所述器械通孔的一端,所述液体通道连接所述液体管通孔的一端;
所述手柄部设有用于接入器械的器械接入口132,以及液体口133,所述液体口133连通至所述液体通道,例如液体管1113可自插入杆111导出,并连通至液体口133,所述液体口133设有水阀5,器械接入口132可设有器械嘴4,其可连通器械通道,进而,器械可经器械嘴4与器械通道进入。
其中的照明模块1122可例如是LED模块,其可设置于电路板1123,该电路板1123可设于头部模块112。
具体实施过程中,为了给照明模块1122供电,插入杆111内还可设有照明电线1113,该照明电线可直接或间接连接至线路连接部12(例如母座121),从而实现对照明模块1122的供电和/或控制。
有关于以上所涉及的插入杆与头部模块,可以采用本领域任意已有或改进的构造,均不脱离本实施例的描述。
综上所述,本实施例提供的硬性内窥镜中,可包括一次性使用的镜体结构与重复使用的摄像组件,在摄像组件接入镜体结构的摄像组件接入口之后,可利用镜体结构的母座与对外连接部对外进行电连接,因此,摄像组件自身可无需直接对外进行电连接,进而,本实施例中的摄像组件可完全被无菌隔离,有效避免或降低安全隐患,由于无需将摄像组件的电线穿过灭菌护套(同时,无菌隔离盖也可以并非是必须的),进而,可降低操作的难度,便于实现使用、拆装与一次性的抛弃。
此外,本实施例通过公头与母座的插接实现电连接,可起到装配简单的积极效果,同时,母座、对外连接部等整体的一次性使用与抛弃,可起到更便于整体抛弃的积极效果。
可见,使用本实施例所涉及的方案时,可满足新型冠状病毒等具有严重传染性的病毒的医疗场景,有效保障安全性,还可便于使用与抛弃。
进一步可选方案中,基于弹性补偿结构,可利用弹性力保障摄像头封装 部能够处于所需位置,消除制造和装配的尺寸误差对摄像带来的影响。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,包括一次性使用的镜体结构与能够重复使用的摄像组件,所述镜体结构包括手柄部、镜体插入部与线路连接部;所述镜体插入部直接或间接连接于所述手柄部,所述线路连接部包括位于所述手柄部内的母座,以及位于所述手柄部外的对外连接部,所述母座与所述对外连接部直接或间接连接;
    所述手柄部设有供所述摄像组件接入的摄像组件接入口;所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后能够插接于所述母座,以利用所述母座与所述对外连接部传输电能和/或信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述摄像组件包括摄像头、传导杆、把手、设于所述把手的公头,以及第一电线;
    所述传导杆的一端连接所述把手,所述摄像头设于所述传导杆的另一端;所述第一电线穿设于所述传导杆与所述把手,所述第一电线的一端直接或间接连接所述摄像头,另一端直接或间接连接所述公头;
    在所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后,所述公头插接于所述母座,所述传导杆穿设于所述镜体插入部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述把手包括把持头与设于所述把持头的弹性补偿结构;
    所述弹性补偿结构的沿所述传导杆长度方向的一端直接或间接连接所述传导杆,另一端直接或间接连接所述把持头,所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后,所述把持头相对于所述手柄部位置固定;
    所述弹性补偿结构用于在所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后利用弹性力直接或间接推动所述传导杆,以使得所述摄像头处于所述镜体插入部的尖端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述弹性补偿结构包括弹性部件、部件盖与部件套,所述把持头的靠近所述摄像头的侧壁设有弹性部件通孔,所述弹性部件、所述部件盖与所述部件套均设于所述把持头的内腔;所述弹性部件沿所述传导杆的长度方向连接于所述部件盖与所述部件套之间;
    所述第一电线依次穿过所述弹性部件通孔、所述部件盖与所述部件套, 所述部件套相对于所述传导杆的位置固定,所述部件盖相对于所述把手的位置固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述弹性补偿结构还包括部件座,所述部件座穿设于所述弹性部件通孔,所述部件套与所述弹性部件均位于所述部件座的内侧,所述部件盖盖合于所述部件座的远离摄像头封装部的一端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述部件座包括扁平座体与圆筒座体,所述扁平座体的一端连接所述圆筒座体,所述扁平座体位于所述把持头外,所述圆筒座体穿过所述弹性部件通孔,所述圆筒座体的外壁形状与所述弹性部件通孔的内壁相匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述公头与所述弹性部件通孔设于所述把持头的同一侧壁,所述把持头的内腔还设有公头电路板,所述公头电路板相对于所述侧壁的位置固定,所述第一电线经所述公头电路板连接所述公头。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述公头为Type C公头,所述母座为Type C母座。
  9. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述镜体结构还包括固定连接于所述手柄部的通道管与导向器,所述通道管穿设于所述手柄部,所述镜体插入部连接于所述通道管的一端,所述导向器连接于所述通道管的另一端;
    所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后,所述把手接入所述导向器,且所述传导杆依次穿过所述通道管与所述镜体插入部。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,还包括无菌隔离盖,所述无菌隔离盖用于在所述摄像组件接入并装配于所述摄像组件接入口后盖设于所述摄像组件接入口。
  11. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述镜体插入部包括插入杆与头部模块,所述头部模块设于所述插入杆的尖端,所述插入杆的另一端连接所述手柄部;
    所述头部模块设有透光片与照明模块,接入所述镜体插入部的摄像组件能够透过所述透光片对外采集图像。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述插入杆内设有摄像通道、器械通道与液体通道,所述头部模块穿设有摄像通孔、器械通孔与液体管通孔,所述摄像通道连接于所述摄像通孔的一端,所述透光片设于所述摄像通孔的尖端,所述器械通道连接所述器械通孔的一端,所述液体管通道连接所述液体管通孔的一端;
    所述手柄部设有用于接入器械的器械接入口,以及液体口,所述液体口连通至所述液体通道,所述液体口设有水阀。
  13. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述传导杆的材质为形状记忆合金材质。
  14. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述线路连接部还包括母座电路板与第二电线,所述母座电路板与所述母座电连接,所述母座电路板经所述第二电线连接所述对外连接部,以利用所述第二电线传输电能和/或信号;所述母座电路板位于所述手柄部内,所述第二电线穿过设于所述手柄部的电线穿孔。
  15. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的硬性内窥镜,其特征在于,所述对外连接部为有线连接座或无线通信部件。
