Claims (20)

1. Держатель (10) зонда для лапароскопического применения гибких зондов (11, 11а), имеющий
корпус (15), который имеет рукоятку (25) для производимого вручную позиционирования и перемещения держателя (10) зонда относительно пациента,
шток (12), который является удлиненной, жесткой трубой, которая на проксимальном конце (13) соединена с предусмотренным на корпусе (15) зажимным патроном (14) и является открытой на ее дистальном конце (16),
по меньшей мере один доступным образом расположенный на корпусе (15) для производимого вручную приведения в действие элемент (32, 33) управления,
кабель (30), который простирается от корпуса (15) к штекерному разъему (31) по меньшей мере с одним штекерным соединителем (36) и содержит по меньшей мере одну сигнальную линию (34), которая соединяет элемент (32) управления со штепсельным контактом (36),
предусмотренное в корпусе (15) отверстие (51) ввода зонда, которое расположено противоположно зажимному патрону (14), и
присоединительное устройство (38), которое выполнено для присоединения зонда (11, 11а) для снабжения его рабочей средой.
2. Держатель зонда по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что шток (12) имеет длину, которая двадцатикратно, предпочтительно пятидесяти - девяностократно, превосходит диаметр штока (12) и, предпочтительно, составляет менее 300-кратного, более предпочтительно менее 150-кратного, диаметра штока (12).
3. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что на дистальном конце (16) штока (12) расположено отклоняющее устройство (24), которое соединено с расположенным на корпусе (15) приводным устройством (26).
4. Держатель зонда по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что приводное устройство (26) является расположенным на рукоятке (25) откидным рычагом (27), который посредством средства (28) передачи усилий соединен с отклоняющим устройством (24).
5. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что отклоняющее устройство (24) имеют гибкий участок (19), который наделен способностью преобразования из вытянутой формы в дугообразную.
6. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что отклоняющее устройство (24) на его дистальном конце имеет жесткий, прямой трубчатый участок (20).
7. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что шток (12) закреплен на корпусе (15) с возможностью вращения вокруг продольной оси штока.
8. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что на отверстии (51) ввода зонда расположен фиксатор (48) для фиксации в осевом направлении зонда (11, 11а), простирающегося через отверстие (51) ввода зонда.
9. Держатель зонда по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что фиксатор (48) является выполненным с возможностью приведения в действие вручную зажимным устройством (49).
10. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что сигнальная линия (34) является электрической линией, и что штекерный соединитель является электрическим штепсельным контактом (36).
11. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что кабель (30) имеет соединительные средства (44-47) для размещения зонда (11, 11а).
12. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что присоединительное устройство (38) расположено на штекерном разъеме (31).
13. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что присоединительное устройство (38) содержит по меньшей мере одно проточное присоединение (52).
14. Держатель зонда по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что присоединительное устройство (38) содержит по меньшей мере одно электрическое присоединение (42).
