Claims (6)
- 電動オートバイ(M)の電動モータ(E)の制御インバータ(I)に、かつ前記電動オートバイ(M)の加速の制御装置(C)に動作可能なように接続可能な、電動オートバイにおいて電動モータを操縦するためのシステム(1)であって、前記システムが、前記制御装置(C)から来る制御信号(G)に基づいて、かつ前記電動オートバイ(M)の電気バッテリ(B)による最大供給可能/吸収可能電流値(IMAX、RIMAX)に基づいて、前記インバータ(I)の操縦信号(TOUT)を動的に生成する動的生成手段(10)を備え、
前記動的生成手段(10)が、
前記電気バッテリ(B)による前記最大供給可能/吸収可能電流値(IMAX、RIMAX)、前記電気バッテリ(B)の出力電圧値(VB)、及び、前記電動モータ(E)の回転速度値(RPM)に基づいて、最大供給可能トルク値および/または最大回生トルク値(TMAX、RTMAX)を計算する第1の計算ユニット(15)、及び、
前記最大供給可能トルク値および/または最大回生トルク値(TMAX、RTMAX)、かつ、前記制御信号(G)の関数として、前記操縦信号(TOUT)を算出する第2の計算ユニット(16)を備え、
前記操縦信号(TOUT)が、前記電動モータ(E)によって供給されるトルクの供給トルク値(TOUT)に対応し、
前記供給トルク値(TOUT)が、前記最大供給可能トルク値(TMAX)と前記最大回生トルク値(RTMAX)との間で可変であり、
前記供給トルク値(TOUT)が、次の式を使用して算出され:
0<G<1で、TOUT=[G*(TMAX+RTMAX)-RTMAX]、
ここで:
TOUTが、前記操縦信号(TOUT)に対応する前記供給トルク値であり;
Gが、前記電動オートバイのスロットルノブの回転角に応じて変化する前記制御信号の値であり;
TMAXが、前記最大供給可能トルク値であり;および
RTMAXが、前記最大回生トルク値であることを特徴とするシステム(1)。 - 前記第1の計算ユニット(15)が、
前記出力電圧値(VB)、前記回転速度値(RPM)、及び、リファレンス電流値(IREF)に基づいて、リファレンス供給トルク値/リファレンス回生トルク値(TREF、RTREF)を決定する決定ユニット(24、33)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(1)。 - 前記決定ユニット(24、33)が、リファレンス供給トルク値/リファレンス回生トルク値(TREF、RTREF)、出力電圧値(VB)および回転速度値(RPM)の間の複数の所定の比率の記憶手段を備え、前記所定の比率が前記リファレンス電流値(IREF)と等しい前記電気バッテリ(B)によって供給される/吸収される電流を考慮してあらかじめ決められることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム(1)。
- 請求項1-3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)であって、第1の計算ユニット(15)が、乗数パラメータ(MLP1、MLP2)を決定するためにリファレンス電流値(IREF)上での最大供給可能/吸収可能電流値(IMAX、RIMAX)の除算ユニット(25、34)を備え、前記乗数パラメータ(MLP1、MLP2)が次の式のうち少なくとも1つを使用して決定され:
MLP1=IMAX/IREF
MLP2=RIMAX/IREF
ここで:
MLP1が、前記システム(1)のアクティブな動作位相中に決定される前記乗数パラメータであり;
MLP2が、前記システム(1)の回生動作位相中に決定される前記乗数パラメータであり;
IMAXが、前記最大供給可能電流値であり;
RIMAXが、前記最大吸収可能電流値であり;および
IREFが、前記リファレンス電流値であることを特徴とするシステム(1)。 - 請求項4に記載のシステム(1)であって、前記第1の計算ユニット(15)が、最大供給可能トルク値(TMAX)および最大回生トルク値(RTMAX)を得るために、リファレンス供給トルク値/リファレンス回生トルク値(TREF、RTREF)に、前記乗数パラメータ(MLP1、MLP2)を掛ける増倍ユニット(26、35)を備え、前記最大供給可能トルク値(TMAX)および前記最大回生トルク値(RTMAX)が次の式を使用して決定され:
TMAX=TREF*MLP1
RTMAX=RTREF*MLP2
ここで:
TMAXが、前記最大供給可能トルク値であり;
TREFが、前記アクティブな動作位相中に決定される前記リファレンス供給トルク値であり;
MLP1が、前記アクティブな動作位相中に決定される前記乗数パラメータであり;
RTMAXが、前記最大回生トルク値であり;
RTREFが、前記回生動作位相中に決定される前記リファレンス回生トルク値であり;および
MLP2が、前記回生動作位相中に決定される前記乗数パラメータであることを特徴とするシステム(1)。 - 所定の最大供給可能/吸収可能電流閾値(IMAX_THR、RIMAX_THR)、及び、前記電気バッテリ(B)の温度および/または充電レベルに基づいて算出される最大供給可能/吸収可能電流動的値(IMAX_BMS、RIMAX_BMS)のうちの小さい方を選択する選択ユニット(11、13、20、22)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1-5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
