Description
本出願は、伸縮性粘着フィルムおよびこれを含むディスプレイ装置に関する。

0.95≦a2/a1≦1
上記式1中、
a1は、25±2℃、50±5%RH(相対湿度)下、前記伸縮性粘着フィルムのX1での応力(Stress)値であり、
a2は、25±2℃、50±5%RH(相対湿度)下、前記伸縮性粘着フィルムを20%歪み(strain)で10,000回伸長/回復評価した後のX1での応力値であり、
前記X1は、前記伸縮性粘着フィルムに加える歪み値(%)で、
前記歪みは、伸長歪み(elongational strain)を意味し、
X1は、20である。
0.95≦a2/a1≦1
上記式1中、
a1は、25±2℃、50±5%RH(相対湿度)下、前記伸縮性粘着フィルムのX1での応力値であり、
a2は、25±2℃、50±5%RH(相対湿度)下、前記伸縮性粘着フィルムを20%歪みで10,000回伸長/回復評価した後のX1での応力値であり、
前記X1は、前記伸縮性粘着フィルムに加える歪み値(%)で、
前記歪みは、伸長歪み(elongational strain)を意味し、
X1は、20である。

前記基材層の厚さとは、基材層および第1粘着層が積層された方向への厚さを意味する。
本出願の一実施態様において、前記第1粘着層および前記第2粘着層は、同一であってもよい。
本出願の一実施態様において、前記第1粘着層および前記第2粘着層は、異なっていてもよい。
以下、第1粘着層に関する説明を記載し、第2粘着層は、下記の第1粘着層の内容と同一である。
また、前記熱硬化剤は、当業界で知られたものを用いることができる。
本出願の一実施態様において、前記蒸着層は、有機蒸着層または無機蒸着層であってもよい。
本願の実施例および比較例に使用された伸縮性粘着フィルムの基材層および第1粘着層の成分、重量比および厚さを下記表1に記載した。
基材層として、前記表1の実施例1に記載の成分および重量比率で混合して撹拌および脱泡を進行させた。以後、混合液をTACS社のTS502(フッ素系離型フィルム)のフッ素離型面にコーティングした後、150℃のオーブンで5分間乾燥させて、最終厚さが前記表1の実施例1に記載の厚さとなるように作製した。
前記実施例1の伸縮性粘着フィルムの製造において、基材層として、前記表1の実施例2~6に記載の成分、重量比率および最終厚さを用い、第1粘着層として、前記表1の実施例2~6に記載の成分、重量比率および最終厚さを用いたことを除き、前記実施例1の伸縮性粘着フィルムの製造と同様に進行させて、伸縮性粘着フィルムを作製した。
基材層として、前記表1の実施例7~9に記載の成分および重量比率で混合して撹拌および脱泡を進行させた。以後、混合液をTACS社のTS502(フッ素系離型フィルム)のフッ素離型面にコーティングした後、150℃のオーブンで5分間乾燥させて、最終厚さが前記表1の実施例7~9に記載の厚さとなるように作製した。
前記実施例1の伸縮性粘着フィルムの製造において、基材層として、前記表1の比較例1および2に記載の成分、重量比率および最終厚さを用い、第1粘着層として、前記表1の比較例1および2に記載の成分、重量比率および最終厚さを用いたことを除き、前記実施例1の伸縮性粘着フィルムの製造と同様に進行させて、伸縮性粘着フィルムを作製した。
基材層として、前記表1の比較例3に記載のXiameter 9050 30P製品のPart AとPart Bとを10:1の重量比率で混合して撹拌および脱泡を進行させた。以後、混合液をPETフィルムにコーティングした後、150℃のオーブンで5分間乾燥させて、最終厚さが前記表1の比較例3に記載の厚さとなるように2層の構造で作製した。
前記a1およびa2の測定装置としては、Texture analyzerを用いた。

Claims (14)
- エラストマーを含む基材層と、
前記基材層の一面に備えられた第1粘着層と
を含む伸縮性粘着フィルムであって、
前記エラストマーは、メチルシリコーン(MQ、Methyl silicone)、ビニルメチルシリコーン(VMQ、Vinyl-methyl-silicone)、フェニルビニルメチルシリコーン(PVMQ、Phenyl-vinyl-methyl-silicone)、およびフルオロビニルメチルシリコーン(FVMQ、Fluoro-vinyl-methyl-silicone)からなる群より選択される1以上を含み、
前記伸縮性粘着フィルムは、下記式1を満たす伸縮性粘着フィルム:

a1は、25±2℃、50±5%RH(相対湿度)下、前記伸縮性粘着フィルムのX1での応力(Stress)値であり、

前記伸縮性粘着フィルムの一面に備えられた蒸着層と、
前記蒸着層の前記伸縮性粘着フィルムと接する面の反対面に備えられた基材フィルムと

前記伸縮性粘着フィルムの第1粘着層と前記蒸着層とが互いに接するディスプレイ装置であって、
前記伸縮性粘着フィルムは、

前記基材層の一面に備えられた第1粘着層と

X1は、20である。 - 前記基材層の前記第1粘着層が接する面の反対面に第2粘着層を含むものである、請求項1に記載の伸縮性粘着フィルム。
- 前記基材層の厚さは、60μm以上150μm以下である、請求項1または4に記載の伸縮性粘着フィルム。
- 前記第1粘着層の厚さは、10μm以上100μm以下である、請求項1、4および5の何れか1項に記載の伸縮性粘着フィルム。
- 前記伸縮性粘着フィルムの厚さは、70μm以上250μm以下である、請求項1、4、5および6の何れか1項に記載の伸縮性粘着フィルム。
- 前記第1粘着層は、アクリル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤、ウレタン系粘着剤、およびゴム系粘着剤からなる群より選択される1以上の粘着剤を含むものである、請求項1、および4から7の何れか1項に記載の伸縮性粘着フィルム。
- 前記第1粘着層は、架橋性化合物、分散剤、シランカップリング剤、光硬化剤、熱硬化剤、金属塩、および粘着付与剤からなる群より選択された1つ以上を追加的に含むものである、請求項1、および4から8の何れか1項に記載の伸縮性粘着フィルム。
- 前記基材層の前記第1粘着層が接する面の反対面および前記第1粘着層の前記基材層が接する反対面の少なくとも一面に離型フィルムをさらに含むものである、請求項1に記載の伸縮性粘着フィルム。
- 請求項1、および4から10のいずれか1項に記載の伸縮性粘着フィルムと、
前記伸縮性粘着フィルムの一面に備えられた蒸着層と、
前記蒸着層の前記伸縮性粘着フィルムと接する面の反対面に備えられた基材フィルムと
を含むディスプレイ装置であって、
前記伸縮性粘着フィルムの第1粘着層と前記蒸着層とが互いに接するディスプレイ装置。 - 伸縮性粘着フィルムと、
前記伸縮性粘着フィルムの一面に備えられた蒸着層と、
前記蒸着層の前記伸縮性粘着フィルムと接する面の反対面に備えられた基材フィルムと
を含むディスプレイ装置であって、
前記伸縮性粘着フィルムは、
エラストマーを含む基材層と、
前記基材層の一面に備えられた第1粘着層と
前記基材層の前記第1粘着層が接する面の反対面に第2粘着層と
を含み、
前記伸縮性粘着フィルムは、下記式1を満たし、
前記伸縮性粘着フィルムの第1粘着層と前記蒸着層とが互いに接するディスプレイ装置:
