Description
バッテリーをそれの最小電圧まで低速で完全に放電させるように、バッテリーの公称容量に対して強度が較正された放電電流を用いて、バッテリーに関連する放電回路において実行される、バッテリーを強制的に放電させる第1のステップと、
バッテリーをバッテリーの有用な充電レベルまで充電するように、充電器またはバッテリーによって規定された設定点充電電流を用いて、バッテリーを通常に充電するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法に関する。
バッテリーをそれの最大電圧まで低速で充電するように、設定点充電電流よりも小さい、抑制充電電流を用いた、バッテリーの抑制充電のステップと、
バッテリーを再びそれの最小電圧まで低速で完全に放電させるように、前記較正された放電電流を用いて、バッテリーに関連する放電回路において実行される、バッテリーを強制的に放電させる第2のステップと
を連続的に含む、バッテリーを充電し、放電させる少なくとも1つの中間シーケンスが、バッテリーを通常に充電する前記ステップの前に行われる。
Claims (9)
- 充電器(3)を介して配電ネットワーク(31)に接続された電気車両(1)のダウンタイムフェーズ中に、前記電気車両のトラクションバッテリー(2)の充電レベルを調整するための方法であって、前記方法は、
前記バッテリーを、それの最小電圧まで、前記バッテリーの公称容量Cに対して0.1C以下の放電電流で完全に放電させるように、前記バッテリーに関連する放電回路(5)において実行される、前記バッテリーを強制的に放電させる第1の放電ステップ(E1)と、
前記第1の放電ステップ(E1)の後において少なくとも1回行われる、前記バッテリーを充電し放電させる中間シーケンスと、
前記中間シーケンスを少なくとも1回行った後に、前記バッテリーを、前記バッテリーの有用な充電レベルまで、第1の充電電流を用いて充電する通常充電のステップ(E2)と
を含み、
前記中間シーケンスは、
前記バッテリーを、それの最大電圧まで、前記第1の充電電流よりも低い第2の充電電流で充電する、抑制充電のステップ(E11)と、
前記抑制充電のステップ(E11)の後において、前記バッテリーを、再びそれの前記最小電圧まで0.1C以下の前記放電電流で完全に放電させるように、前記放電回路において実行される、前記バッテリーを強制的に放電させる第2の放電ステップ(E12)と
を含む、方法。 - 前記バッテリーを強制的に放電させる前記第1の放電ステップ(E1)および前記第2の放電ステップ(E12)が放電抵抗器(51)において実行され、前記放電抵抗器が、前記第1の放電ステップ(E1)および前記第2の放電ステップ(E12)中は前記バッテリーの端子に接続され、前記通常充電のステップ(E2)および前記抑制充電のステップ(E11)中は前記バッテリーの前記端子から切断され、前記放電抵抗器が前記放電電流を設定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の充電電流が、前記バッテリーの前記公称容量Cに対して0.1C以下の充電電流である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の充電電流が、前記有用な充電レベルをできる限り速く得るように前記バッテリーを充電することが可能な充電電流である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バッテリーがリチウムイオンバッテリーである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 充電器(3)を介して配電ネットワーク(31)に接続された電気車両(1)のダウンタイムフェーズ中に、前記車両のトラクションバッテリー(2)の充電レベルを調整するためのデバイスであって、前記デバイスは、前記バッテリーに電気的に接続することが可能な、前記バッテリーを放電させるための放電回路(5)と、前記バッテリーを放電させ、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実装するために、前記放電回路(5)を前記バッテリーに選択的に接続するように設計された制御モジュール(4)とを備える、デバイス。
- 前記放電回路(5)が放電抵抗器(51)を備え、前記放電抵抗器(51)の各端子(51a、51b)が、前記抵抗器の前記端子を前記バッテリーの端子に接続するため及び前記抵抗器の前記端子を前記バッテリーの前記端子から切断するために2つの位置間で前記制御モジュール(4)によって駆動される可動接点(52)を備えるスイッチ(54)を介して、前記バッテリーの前記端子のそれぞれに接続されている、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記放電抵抗器(51)が前記バッテリーのハウジング(21)中に組み込まれている、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスを備える電気車両(1)。
