Description
本発明は、概して、眼内(intraocular)レンズに関する。
種々のタイプの眼内レンズが、本技術分野で知られている。
ここで、本発明の好ましい実施形態によって構成され、かつ、有効である眼内レンズの、第1、第2および第3の異なる簡略化された斜視図である図1A、図1Bおよび図1Cと、それぞれ、図1A、図1Bおよび図1Cの眼内レンズの、簡略化された側面図および簡略化された平面図である図1Dおよび図1Eとを参照する。
Claims (6)
- 眼内レンズであって、当該眼内レンズは:
レンズ部を有し;かつ、
ハプティクス部を有し、前記ハプティクス部は、強膜係合部を含み、該強膜係合部は、細長い強膜切開部横断部と強膜係合固定部とを含み、該強膜係合固定部は、前記の細長い強膜切開部横断部の長さに沿った中間位置に配置されており、強膜からの前記強膜切開部横断部の脱係合を防止し、
前記強膜係合固定部は平らなボタンの形である、
前記眼内レンズ。 - 前記強膜係合固定部が、その中心軸に沿った第1の方向には折り曲がることができるが、前記の第1の方向とは反対の、前記中心軸に沿った第2の方向には折り曲がることができないように構成されている、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記強膜係合固定部が、強膜切開部を通したその挿入中は、その中心軸に垂直である相対的に幅の狭い足跡をとり、かつ、前記強膜切開部を戻る通過に対して前記強膜係合固定部を保持するために、したがって、前記眼内レンズを目の所定の位置に保持するために、前記中心軸に垂直である相対的に幅の広い足跡をとるように構成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記の平らなボタンが平らなマルチローブのボタンである、請求項1-3のいずれか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記レンズ部と前記ハプティクス部とが、ワンピースとして一体的に形成されている、請求項1-3のいずれか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記の細長い強膜切開部横断部が前記強膜係合固定部を越えて延びる糸状部を有し、該糸状部は、前記眼内レンズの挿入後に前記強膜係合固定部から脱離し、かつ、捨てられるように適合されている、請求項1-3のいずれか一項に記載の眼内レンズ。
