技术领域
本公开涉及吻合夹领域,尤其是一种可脱式吻合夹。
背景技术
吻合夹可用于固定或标记,例如用于固定食管支架、肠道支架或标记组织位置等,还可用于胃肠道中组织(肛瘘中也有应用)的吻合实现创口闭合或止血,例如胃镜或腹腔镜或开放手术用中的闭合止血。当吻合夹用于固定支架时,大部分支架均需要二次取出,当吻合夹用于组织的吻合时,因担心体内存留,也需要在手术后将吻合夹拆卸取出,而现有吻合夹均是单体式设计,拆卸难度大,易发生二次创伤。针对该问题,中国专利201820924609.1(CN209059324U)公开了一种可拆卸的吻合夹,但其捆绑式的结构复杂、零件琐碎,且其捆绑方式易松弛,导致激发力不稳、咬合力不足,且拆卸过程复杂化等问题。此外,现有的吻合夹闭合力度有限,导致闭合不全。
发明内容
本公开的目的是提供一种可脱式吻合夹,以便解决现有吻合夹不易拆卸、结构复杂、和/或闭合力度小等问题。
本公开的方案如下:一种可脱式吻合夹,至少包括夹子框架和连接于所述夹子框架的第一咬合件和第二咬合件,其中,第一咬合件和/或第二咬合件与所述夹子框架是可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述夹子框架是封闭式外框架。
进一步地,第一咬合件和/或第二咬合件是连接于所述封闭式外框架内部的齿片,所述齿片上具有至少一个齿。
进一步地,所述封闭式外框架包括上臂、左侧臂、下臂和右侧臂,所述上臂、左侧臂、下臂和右侧臂依次连接形成所述封闭式外框架。
进一步地,所述第一咬合件和第二咬合件分别连接于所述上臂和下臂,其中所述第一咬合件与所述上臂可拆卸连接和/或所述第二咬合件与所述下臂可拆卸连接。

本公开包括但不限于以下有益效果:
1)将至少一个咬合件与夹子框架设计成可拆卸式,在取出吻合夹时,可先将可拆卸的咬合件与夹子框架分离后再移除,能够安全、简便地将吻合夹取出;
2)通过卡槽式拆卸连接,拆卸简便;
3)将卡槽式连接设置于咬合件的不同侧面能够保证在吻合夹被激发后夹紧组织的瞬间,咬合件不发生位移,连接稳固;
4)通过卡槽式和突出部、孔吻合式的复合固定设计,使吻合夹在使用的过程中,既能保证在激发前和激发过程中咬合件不发生位移,又能保证患者创口在愈合后能够较为方便拆卸取下;
5)通过系线形式将咬合件与夹子框架设计成可拆卸式,再取出吻合夹时,只需将系线拆除即可将咬合件与夹子框架分离,也能够方便拆除;
6)通过径旋式连接结构,能够保证咬合件与夹子框架连接稳固,在系线状态下连接稳固;
7)将储能弧部分加强,使吻合夹激发时的瞬时力增加了约190%,能够更好地实现吻合胃肠创口、漏口、出血点或固定作用,又不影响下一步的拆卸。

如图1-12所示,一种可脱式吻合夹,包括夹子框架1和连接于所述夹子框架1的第一咬合件2和第二咬合件3,其中,第一咬合件2和/或第二咬合件3与所述夹子框架1是可拆卸连接。将至少一个咬合件与夹子框架设计成可拆卸式,在取出吻合夹时,可先将可拆卸的咬合件与夹子框架分离后再移除,能够安全、简便地将吻合夹取出。在实际应用过程中,本领域技术人员可选择将所有的咬合件都设置成与夹子框架可拆卸连接,也可选择其中一个或多个设置成与夹子框架可拆卸连接;此外,虽然本实施例是弧形吻合夹,本领域人员应当理解,可拆卸的咬合件也可用于其他形状的吻合夹,例如3个及以上的咬合件异形吻合夹。
本实施例中,所述夹子框架1是封闭式外框架。该方案中,采用封闭式外框架,能够在现有的单体式吻合夹基础上,不改变原有单体式吻合夹的外形结构,只需将其内部的咬合件设计成可拆卸式即可,能够保证本方案的可脱式吻合夹与现有的单体式吻合夹具有相同的外框结构,从而不需要单独设计施夹帽,无论从生产、设计等角度均具有一定的优势;此外,本方案的设计,还能够利用现有的单体式吻合夹,在现有单体式吻合夹的基础上进行加工/改型,只需将现有单体式吻合夹内部的咬合件设置成分离、拆卸式即可。
本实施例中,第一咬合件2和第二咬合件3是连接于所述封闭式外框架内部的齿片,所述齿片上具有至少一个齿4。
本实施例中,所述封闭式外框架包括上臂5、左侧臂6、下臂7和右侧臂8,所述上臂5、左侧臂6、下臂7和右侧臂8依次连接形成所述封闭式外框架。
本实施例中,第一咬合件2和第二咬合件3分别连接于所述上臂5和下臂7,其中所述第一咬合件2与所述上臂5可拆卸连接和/或所述第二咬合件3与所述下臂7可拆卸连接。

本实施例中,所述固定槽采用冲压槽的形式,冲压切舌工艺在咬合件2(3)上成型,冲压深度与咬合件2(3)厚度相同。
本实施例中,所述第一固定槽9上设置有突出部15,所述第一凸起11上设置有与所述突出部15配合的固定孔16。通过突出部15和固定孔16的卡和,能够使得咬合件2(3)在于夹子框架1装配后,保持咬合件2(3)在轴向(上下方向)位置不发生位移。优选地,突出部15垂直于第一固定槽9的底面。当然,本领域技术人员应当理解,所述突出部15也可以设置于第一凸起11上,相应地固定孔16设置于所述第一固定槽9上。此外,也可以将突出部或固定孔设置于第二固定槽10上,相应地在第二凸起12上设置固定孔或突出部,或者将突出部或固定孔设置于第三固定槽13上,相应地在第三凸起14上设置固定孔或突出部。作为优选地,也可以在所有固定槽上设置突出部或固定孔,相应地在所有凸起上设置固定孔或突出部。本方案中,通过卡槽式和突出部、孔吻合式的复合固定设计,使吻合夹在使用的过程中,既能保证在激发前和激发过程中咬合件不发生位移,又能保证患者创口在愈合后能够较为方便拆卸取下。
本实施例中,所述突出部15为半球型凸起,具体地,可通过拉深工艺向下冲压成型。
如图23-26所示,本公开提供的又一种可脱式吻合夹,与图1-12所示的吻合夹不同的是,本实施例中的第二咬合件3是通过(医用)线与夹子框架1可拆卸连接的。当然,第一咬合件2也可以采用与第二咬合件3相同的方式与夹子框架1可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,所述第二咬合件3包括咬合本体18、与所述咬合本体18固定连接的系线体,所述系线体包括至少一个系线孔;所述夹子框架1包括与所述系线体配合的系线体配合部,所述系线体配合部包括至少一个与所述系线体上的系线孔配合的孔。当然,系线孔也可以位于咬合本体的任意位置,相应的夹子框架上的系线孔也可以位于夹子框架的任意位置,所述只要能够实现将咬合件与夹子框架系紧即可。
在本实施例中,所述系线体包括对称固定于所述咬合本体18两侧的第一系线体19和第二系线体20,所述第一系线体19和第二系线体20上分别包括至少一个系线孔21;相应的,系线体配合部包括与所述第一系线体19和第二系线体20配合的第一配合部24和第二配合部25,所述第一配合部24和第二配合部25包括与所述第一系线体19和第二系线体20上的系线孔配合的孔。
在本实施例中,还包括与所述第一系线体19和第二系线体20、以及所述咬合本体18固定连接 的、位于它们下方的第三系线体22,所述第三系线体22上包括至少一个系线孔,并且,其中一个系线孔23为位于所述第三系线体22中部的腰型孔;相应的,所述系线体配合部包括与所述第三系线体22配合的第三配合部26,所述第三配合部26包括至少一个与所述第三系线体22上的系线孔配合的孔,并且,其还包括与所述第三系线体22配合的腰型孔。
在本实施例中,所述第一系线体19、第二系线体20、咬合本体18、第三系线体22为一体成型。
如图27-30所示,本公开提供的又一种可脱式吻合夹,其与图23-26所示的吻合夹原理相似,第二咬合件3也是通过(医用)线与夹子框架1可拆卸连接的。不同的是,其不包括第三系线体22。具体地,所述第二咬合件3包括咬合本体27、与所述咬合本体27固定连接的系线体,所述系线体包括至少一个系线孔;所述夹子框架1包括与所述系线体配合的系线体配合部,所述系线体配合部包括至少一个与所述系线体上的系线孔配合的孔。当然,系线孔也可以位于咬合本体的任意位置,相应的夹子框架上的系线孔也可以位于夹子框架的任意位置,所述只要能够实现将咬合件与夹子框架系紧即可。当然,第一咬合件2也可以采用与第二咬合件3相同的方式与夹子框架1可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,所述系线体包括对称固定于所述咬合本体27两侧的第一系线体28和第二系线体29,所述第一系线体28和第二系线体29上分别包括至少一个系线孔;相应的,系线体配合部包括与所述第一系线体28和第二系线体29配合的第一配合部30和第二配合部31,所述第一配合部30和第二配合部31包括与所述第一系线体28和第二系线体29上的系线孔配合的孔。
如图31-37所示,本公开提供的再一种可脱式吻合夹,其与图23-30所示的吻合夹原理相似,第二咬合件3也是通过(医用)线与夹子框架1可拆卸连接的。区别在于,第二咬合件3与夹子框架1配合结构是径旋结构。
在本实施例中,所述第二咬合件3包括咬合本体,所述咬合本体包括第一径向梁32和第二径向梁34,所述第一径向梁32背面凹于所述第二径向梁34而形成第一凹陷部37,所述第二径向梁34上包括至少一个系线孔35;相应的,所述夹子框架1包括与第一径向梁32和第二径向梁34配合的第三径向梁39和第四径向梁41,所述第四径向梁41背面凹于所述第三径向梁39而形成第二凹陷部(如图35所示),所述第四径向梁41上包括至少一个与所述第二径向梁34上的系线孔配合的孔;所述第三径向梁39插接于所述第一凹陷部37中,所述第二径向梁34插接于所述第二凹陷部中。当然,系线孔也可以位于第一径向梁上或者咬合本体的任意位置,相应的夹子框架上的系线孔也可以位于第三径向梁或夹子框架的任意位置,所述只要能够实现将咬合件与夹子框架系紧即可。
在本实施例中,所述第四径向梁41的正面凸出于所述第三径向梁39,所述第一径向梁32的正面凸出于所述第二径向梁34。
在本实施例中,所述第二径向梁34上还包括位于其中部的腰型孔36,相应的,所述第四径向梁上包括与所述第二径向梁34配合的腰型孔。
在本实施例中,还包括第五径向梁33,所述第五径向梁33与所述第一径向梁32对称设置于所述第二径向梁34的两侧;相应的,所述夹子框架1包括与第五径向梁33配合的第六径向梁40。
在本实施例中,所述第五径向梁33背面凹于所述第二径向梁34而形成第三凹陷部38;所述第六径向梁40插接于所述第三凹陷部38中。
本实施例中,通过径旋配合、结合横梁的凹凸配合,能够稳定地将咬合件固定于夹子框架上,从而形成稳定地吻合夹。
在本实施例中,所述第三径向梁39、第六径向梁40、第四径向梁41通过竖直部42一体连接。
在本实施例中,所述第二咬合件3(或第二咬合件2)和夹子框架1分别为一体成型的结构。
如图38-45所示,本公开提供的再一种可脱式吻合夹,其与图31-37所示的吻合夹原理相似,第二咬合件3与夹子框架1配合结构也是径旋方式,但径旋结构有所不同。
在本实施例中,所述第二咬合件3包括咬合本体,所述咬合本体包括第一径向梁43,第二径向梁44,以及位于所述第一径向梁43和第二径向梁44之间、与所述第一径向梁43和第二径向梁44在同一处向相同的径向方向延伸的第一延伸部46,所述第一径向梁43和第二径向梁44之间还具有第一连接部45,所述第一连接部45连接有与所述第一延伸部46相同延伸方向的第二延伸部47,其中,所述 第一延伸部46和第二延伸部47在径向方向间隔布置(即具有间隔空间,如图39-40所示),所述第一径向梁43和第二径向梁44突出于所述第一延伸部46和第二延伸部47而分别在所述第一径向梁43和第二径向梁44背面形成第一凹陷部48和第二凹陷部49;相应的,所述夹子框架1包括与所述第一径向梁43和第二径向梁44配合的第三径向梁50和第四径向梁51,以及位于所述第三径向梁50和第四径向梁51之间、与所述第三径向梁50和第四径向梁51在同一处向相同的向径向方向延伸的第三延伸部52,所述第三径向梁50和第四径向梁51之间还具有第二连接部54,所述第二连接部54连接有与所述第三延伸部52相同延伸方向的第四延伸部53,其中,所述第三延伸部52和第四延伸部53在径向方向间隔布置(即具有间隔空间,如图41-42所示),所述第四延伸部53和第三延伸部52突出于所述第三径向梁50和第四径向梁51从而在所述第四延伸部53和第三延伸部52的背面分别形成有第三凹陷部57和第四凹陷部58(如图42);装配时,所述第三径向梁50和第四径向梁51沿径向方向分别插接于所述第一凹陷部48和第二凹陷部49中,所述第一延伸部46和第二延伸部47分别插接于所述第三凹陷部57和第四凹陷部58中并分别与所述第四延伸部53和第三延伸部52至少部分地重叠卡接,并且所述第四延伸部53、第三延伸部52位于咬合本体的一侧,而所述第三径向梁50和第四径向梁51位于咬合本体的另一侧,所述第一延伸部46的自由端55朝向所述第二连接部54,所述第三延伸部52的自由端56朝向所述第一连接部45。
本实施例中,通过径旋配合、结合横梁的凹凸交错配合以及第一延伸部、第二延伸部和第四延伸部、第三延伸部的交错卡接,将咬合件固定于夹子框架上,从而形成稳定地吻合夹,而无需系绳。
在本实施例中,所述夹子框架和第二咬合件均是一体成型结构。
优选地,左侧臂6、右侧臂8为内弧形结构或外弧形结构,分别构成内弧夹(如图1、12-16、23-36所示)或外弧夹(如图17-22所示),其中外弧夹相对于内弧夹,可夹闭的创面更大且由于弧度外弧,对组织的摩擦小,损伤风险更小。
优选地,左侧臂6和/或右侧臂8上的储能弧部分17的宽度为1.2mm。将现有的1mm宽度增加至1.2mm宽度,使得储能弧部分进行了加强,使吻合夹激发时的瞬时力增加了约190%,能够更好地实现吻合胃肠创口、漏口、出血点或固定作用,又不影响下一步的拆卸。
优选地,所述第一咬合件2和第二咬合件3均是相对于所述夹子框架1可拆卸的连接,如前面内容所述,第一咬合件2和第二咬合件3与夹子框架1的可拆卸连接方式优选地是相同的。
优选地,第一咬合件2包括2个、5个或7个齿,相应地第二咬合件3包括1个、4个或6个齿,形成3齿式、9齿式或13齿式吻合夹。当然,本领域技术人员应当理解,也可以是,第二咬合件3上包括2个、5个或7个齿,相应地第一咬合件2包括1个、4个或6个齿。如图1-36所示。
优选地,所述可脱式吻合夹由钛合金记忆金属制成,或者,所述咬合件由医用不锈钢材料制成,所述夹子框架由钛合金记忆金属制成。

工业实用性
本公开提供的吻合夹将至少一个咬合件与夹子框架设计成可拆卸式,在取出吻合夹时,可先将可拆卸的咬合件与夹子框架分离后再移除,能够安全、简便地将吻合夹取出,即具有工业实用性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种可脱式吻合夹,其特征在于,至少包括夹子框架和连接于所述夹子框架的第一咬合件和第二咬合件,其中,第一咬合件和/或第二咬合件与所述夹子框架是可拆卸连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述夹子框架是封闭式外框架;优选地,第一咬合件和/或第二咬合件是连接于所述封闭式外框架内部的齿片,所述齿片上具有至少一个齿。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述封闭式外框架包括上臂、左侧臂、下臂和右侧臂,所述上臂、左侧臂、下臂和右侧臂依次连接形成所述封闭式外框架;优选地,所述第一咬合件和第二咬合件分别连接于所述上臂和下臂,其中所述第一咬合件与所述上臂可拆卸连接和/或所述第二咬合件与所述下臂可拆卸连接。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任意所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述第一咬合件和/或第二咬合件包括至少一个固定槽,所述夹子框架至少包括与所述固定槽插接配合的凸起,优选地,所述固定槽包括第一固定槽和第二固定槽,所述第一固定槽和第二固定槽设置于咬合件的相反侧面,所述夹子框架包括与第一固定槽和第二固定槽插接配合的第一凸起和第二凸起。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述固定槽还包括第三固定槽,所述夹子框架还包括与所述第三固定槽插接配合的第三凸起,所述第三固定槽与所述第一固定槽分别位于咬合件的相反侧面或第三固定槽与所述第二固定槽分别位于咬合件的相反侧面,优选地,所述第二固定槽和第三固定槽分别位于所述第一固定槽的两侧,其中所述第二固定槽和第三固定槽位于咬合件的相同侧面。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述第一固定槽上设置有突出部或固定孔,所述第一凸起上设置有与所述突出部配合的固定孔或突出部,和/或所述第二固定槽上设置有突出部或固定孔,所述第二凸起上设置有与所述突出部配合的固定孔或突出部,和/或所述第三固定槽上设置有突出部或固定孔,所述第三凸起上设置有与所述突出部配合的固定孔或突出部;优选地,所述突出部为半球型凸起。
  7. 如权利要求1-4任意所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述第一咬合件和/或第二咬合件通过系线与所述夹子框架可拆卸连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,第一咬合件和/或第二咬合件包括咬合本体、与所述咬合本体固定连接的系线体,所述系线体包括至少一个系线孔;所述夹子框架包括与所述系线体配合的系线体配合部,所述系线体配合部包括至少一个与所述系线体上的系线孔配合的孔;优选地,所述系线体包括对称固定于所述咬合本体两侧的第一系线体和第二系线体,所述第一系线体和第二系线体上分别包括至少一个系线孔;相应的,系线体配合部包括与所述第一系线体和第二系线体配合的第一配合部和第二配合部,所述第一配合部和第二配合部包括与所述第一系线体和第二系线体上的系线孔配合的孔。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,还包括与所述第一系线体和第二系线体、以及所述咬合本体固定连接的、位于它们下方的第三系线体,所述第三系线体上包括至少一个系线孔;相应的,所述系线体配合部包括与所述第三系线体配合的第三配合部,所述第三配合部包括至少一个与所述第三系线体上的系线孔配合的孔;优选地,所述第三系线体中部包括腰型 孔,所述第三配合部也包括与该腰型孔配合的腰型孔。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述第一咬合件和/或第二咬合件包括咬合本体,所述咬合本体包括第一径向梁和第二径向梁,所述第一径向梁背面凹于所述第二径向梁而形成第一凹陷部;相应的,所述夹子框架包括与第一径向梁和第二径向梁配合的第三径向梁和第四径向梁,所述第四径向梁背面凹于所述第三径向梁而形成第二凹陷部;所述第三径向梁插接于所述第一凹陷部中,所述第二径向梁插接于所述第二凹陷部中;所述第二径向梁和/或第一径向梁上包括至少一个系线孔,所述第四径向梁和/或所述第三径向梁上包括至少一个与所述系线孔配合的孔;优选地,所述第四径向梁的正面凸出于所述第三径向梁,所述第一径向梁的正面凸出于所述第二径向梁。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,还包括第五径向梁,所述第五径向梁与所述第一径向梁对称设置于所述第二径向梁的两侧;相应的,所述夹子框架包括与第五径向梁配合的第六径向梁;优选地,所述第五径向梁背面凹于所述第二径向梁而形成第三凹陷部;所述第六径向梁插接于所述第三凹陷部中。
  12. 如权利要求1-3任意所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述第一咬合件和/或第二咬合件包括咬合本体,所述咬合本体包括第一径向梁,第二径向梁,以及位于所述第一径向梁和第二径向梁之间、与所述第一径向梁和第二径向梁在同一处向相同的径向方向延伸的第一延伸部,所述第一径向梁和第二径向梁之间还具有第一连接部,所述第一连接部连接有与所述第一延伸部相同延伸方向的第二延伸部,其中,所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部在径向方向间隔布置,所述第一径向梁和第二径向梁突出于所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部而分别在所述第一径向梁和第二径向梁背面形成第一凹陷部和第二凹陷部;相应的,所述夹子框架包括与所述第一径向梁和第二径向梁配合的第三径向梁和第四径向梁,以及位于所述第三径向梁和第四径向梁之间、与所述第三径向梁和第四径向梁在同一处向相同的向径向方向延伸的第三延伸部,所述第三径向梁和第四径向梁之间还具有第二连接部,所述第二连接部连接有与所述第三延伸部相同延伸方向的第四延伸部,其中,所述第三延伸部和第四延伸部在径向方向间隔布置,所述第四延伸部和第三延伸部突出于所述第三径向梁和第四径向梁从而在所述第四延伸部和第三延伸部的背面分别形成有第三凹陷部和第四凹陷部;装配时,所述第三径向梁和第四径向梁沿径向方向分别插接于所述第一凹陷部和第二凹陷部中,所述第一延伸部和第二延伸部分别插接于所述第三凹陷部和第四凹陷部中并分别与所述第四延伸部和第三延伸部至少部分地重叠卡接,并且所述第四延伸部、第三延伸部位于咬合本体的一侧,而所述第三径向梁和第四径向梁位于咬合本体的另一侧,所述第一延伸部的自由端朝向所述第二连接部,所述第三延伸部的自由端朝向所述第一连接部。
  13. 如权利要求4所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述左侧臂、右侧臂为内弧形结构或外弧形结构,优选地,所述左侧臂和/或右侧臂上的储能弧部分的宽度为1.2mm。
  14. 如权利要求1-13任意所述的吻合夹,其特征在于,所述第一咬合件包括2个、5个或7个齿,相应地所述第二咬合件包括1个、4个或6个齿,或者所述第二咬合件包括2个、5个或7个齿,相应地所述第一咬合件包括1个、4个或6个齿。
