Claims (10)
- 複数の蓄電セルが積層方向に沿って積層された蓄電モジュールと、
前記蓄電モジュールを収納するケースとを備え、
前記蓄電モジュールにおける前記蓄電セルは、前記積層方向に略直交する方向に延びる主面を各々有し、
前記ケースは、前記ケースに収納された前記蓄電モジュールを前記積層方向に沿って支持する支持部と、前記支持部とは異なる位置に設けられ、前記主面に向けて開口する凹部とを含み、
前記支持部は、前記積層方向に沿って前記蓄電モジュールを付勢可能であり、
前記ケースは、前記支持部に対して前記蓄電モジュールの反対側に空洞を有する、蓄電装置。 - 前記支持部は、前記蓄電セルの前記主面に直接当接する、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記支持部は、前記蓄電セルの幅方向の中央領域に対向する位置に形成され、前記凹部は、前記蓄電セルの幅方向の端部に対向する位置に形成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記凹部は、前記ケースの高さ方向の全体にわたって形成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電セルは電極端子および収容ケースを有し、
前記支持部は、収容ケースの前記電極端子側の端部から離間した位置に形成される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 複数の蓄電セルが積層方向に沿って積層された蓄電モジュールと、
前記蓄電モジュールを収納するケースとを備え、
前記蓄電モジュールにおける前記蓄電セルは、前記積層方向に略直交する方向に延びる主面を各々有し、
前記ケースは、前記ケースに収納された前記蓄電モジュールを前記積層方向に沿って支持する支持部と、前記支持部とは異なる位置に設けられ、前記主面に向けて開口する凹部とを含み、
前記支持部は、前記積層方向に沿って前記蓄電モジュールを付勢可能であり、
前記ケースは、前記支持部に対して前記蓄電モジュールの反対側に溝部を有し、前記溝部は前記凹部と連通するように形成される、蓄電装置。 - 前記ケースからの放熱を促進する放熱促進機構をさらに備えた、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記ケースは、金属材またはカーボン含有素材により構成される、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 複数の蓄電セルを積層方向に沿って積層して蓄電モジュールを形成する工程と、
前記蓄電モジュールを治具を用いて前記積層方向に挟持する工程と、
前記蓄電モジュールを前記治具により挟持した状態で前記治具および前記蓄電モジュールをケース内に挿入する工程と、
前記積層方向に沿って前記蓄電モジュールを前記ケースに支持させる工程とを備え、
前記治具および前記蓄電モジュールを前記ケース内に挿入する工程は、前記ケースに設けられた凹部に前記治具を挿入することを含み、
前記蓄電モジュールを前記ケースに支持させる工程は、前記ケースにおける前記凹部とは異なる位置に設けられた支持部によって前記蓄電モジュールを拘束することを含む、蓄電装置の製造方法。 - 前記蓄電モジュールを前記ケースに支持させる工程は、前記支持部を前記蓄電セルに直接当接させることを含む、請求項9に記載の蓄電装置の製造方法。
