Description
(1)本発明に係る廃棄物処理炉によれば、前記活性炭スラグ層は、前記マイクロ波放射モジュールからのマイクロ波の照射により、温度を制御可能な方式で温度が上昇する。前記活性炭スラグ層による高温により、それと接触する廃棄物がクラッキングされてガスになる。前記廃棄物がクラッキングされて生成されたガスは、下方へ前記活性炭スラグ層を通過して、前記ガスがろ過されて再び熱分解される。前記ガスにおける有害物質が廃棄物処理炉を損壊することを回避可能であり、廃棄物処理炉の寿命を長く延ばすことができる。

Claims (9)
- シェルにより処理空間が形成され、内部に活性炭のスラグ層が設けられており、前記活性炭のスラグ層は前記処理空間に位置し、前記活性炭のスラグ層には、燃焼されて隙間を有する活性炭のスラグ粒が充填され、前記処理空間に連通する蒸気投入管と前記活性炭のスラグ層に連通する排気管を有する炉と、
前記活性炭のスラグ層に位置合わせしたマイクロ波放射モジュールと、
を備えることを特徴とする廃棄物処理炉。 - 前記炉は断熱層を有し、前記断熱層は前記処理空間を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃棄物処理炉。
- 前記炉はスラグ堆積区を有し、前記スラグ堆積区は、前記活性炭のスラグ層の下方に位置し、前記活性炭のスラグ層と前記スラグ堆積区との間に隔離部材が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃棄物処理炉。
- 請求項1から3の何れかに記載の廃棄物処理炉と、
前記炉の排気管と連接する第1の熱交換モジュールを有し、貯液部材が前記第1の熱交換モジュールと連接する熱交換システムと、
入口ポートと、排気口と、を有し、前記入口ポートは前記第1の熱交換モジュールと連通し、前記入口ポートと前記排気口との間にスプレー区が設けられている浄化モジュールと、
を備えることを特徴とする処理設備。 - 前記第1の熱交換モジュールは、蒸気輸送管を介して前記炉の処理空間に連通する蒸気投入管と連接していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の処理設備。
- 更に、第2の熱交換モジュールと、第3の熱交換モジュールと、を有し、第1のチューブは、前記第1の熱交換モジュール及び前記第2の熱交換モジュールと連通し、第2のチューブは、前記第2の熱交換モジュール及び前記第3の熱交換モジュールと連通し、前記第3の熱交換モジュールは前記浄化モジュールと連通することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の処理設備。
- サイクルチューブセットは、前記貯液部材、前記第2の熱交換モジュール、及び前記第3の熱交換モジュールと順番に連通することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の処理設備。
- 前記熱交換システムは、第1の気液分離部材と、第2の気液分離部材と、を有し、前記第1の気液分離部材は、前記第2の熱交換モジュールの出口ポートと前記第2のチューブとの間と連通し、前記第2の気液分離部材は、前記第3の熱交換モジュールの出口ポートと第3のチューブとの間と連通することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の処理設備。
- 前記熱交換システムは不純物分離部材を有し、前記不純物分離部材は前記第1のチューブに位置することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の処理設備。
