Description
本明細書に開示される発明は以下の態様を含む:
[1]自動車のための接続された要素のシステムであって、
1つの表面上に少なくとも1つの凹部(3)を有する第1の要素(1);
第2の要素(4)であって、前記第2の要素(4)の表面と前記第1の要素(1)の前記凹部(3)とが空洞(5)を形成するように前記第1の要素(1)上に配置される第2の要素(4);
前記空洞(5)へのアクセスを形成する充填口(2);及び
前記空洞(5)を少なくとも部分的に充填し、且つそれにより前記第1の要素(1)を前記第2の要素(4)に結合する接着剤;
を含むシステム。
[2]前記第1の要素(1)及び/又は前記第2の要素(4)は、パネル状要素、形材又は鋳物である、上記[1]に記載のシステム。
[3]前記第1の要素(1)及び/又は前記第2の要素(4)は、少なくとも部分的に金属、プラスチック又は繊維強化プラスチックからなる、上記[1]又は[2]に記載のシステム。
[4]前記第1の要素(1)の肩部(6)と前記第2の要素(4)との間の距離(9)は、最大で1mmである、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
[5]凹部幅(17)は、3~50mmであり、且つ/又は凹部深さ(18)は、0.5~5mmであり、且つ/又は凹部長さ(16)は、15~500mmである、上記[1]~[4]のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
[6]前記接着剤は、以下の群:一成分型エポキシ接着剤、二成分型又は多成分型エポキシ接着剤、二成分型アクリル接着剤、二成分型ポリウレタン接着剤から選択される、上記[1]~[5]のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
[7]前記充填口(2)は、0.5~10mmの直径(22)を有する、上記[1]~[6]のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
[8]前記凹部(3)は、長方形の、V字形の、U字形の又は不規則に成形された断面を有する、上記[1]~[7]のいずれか一つに記載のシステム。
[9]以下の工程を含む、自動車の要素を接続するための方法:
第1の要素(1)を提供すること、ここで、前記第1の要素(1)は、1つの表面上に凹部(3)を有する;
第2の要素(4)を提供すること;
前記第2の要素(4)の表面と前記第1の要素(1)の前記凹部(3)とが空洞(5)を形成するように前記第1の要素(1)及び前記第2の要素(4)を配置すること;
前記空洞(5)に接着剤を導入すること、ここで、前記接着剤を、充填口(2)を通じて前記空洞(5)に導入する。
[10]以下の追加の工程を含む、上記[9]に記載の方法:
前記第1の要素(1)の前記表面上に前記凹部(3)を成形すること。
[11]前記凹部(3)は、成形中、エンボス加工、又は型押、又はスタンピングによって形成される、上記[10]に記載の方法。
[12]以下の追加の工程を含む、上記[9]~[11]のいずれか一つに記載の方法:
前記第1の要素(1)又は前記第2の要素(4)に前記充填口(2)を形成すること、ここで、前記充填口(2)は、前記空洞(5)へのアクセスを形成する。
[13]以下の追加の工程を含む、上記[9]~[12]のいずれか一つに記載の方法:
前記接着剤を硬化させること。
[14]前記空洞(5)への導入時の前記接着剤は、10~100℃の温度を有し、且つ/又は前記接着剤を、0.1~5cm 3 /sの体積流量で前記空洞(5)に導入する、上記[9]~[13]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[15]上記[1]~[8]のいずれか一つに記載のシステムの要素(1、4)を用いて実行する、上記[9]~[14]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

Claims (12)
- 以下の工程を含む、自動車の要素を接続するための方法:
第1の要素(1)を提供すること、ここで、前記第1の要素(1)は、パネル状の形態を有し、かつ1つの表面上にエンボス加工、又は型押、又はスタンピングによって形成された凹部(3)を有する;
第2の要素(4)を提供すること;
前記第2の要素(4)の表面と前記第1の要素(1)の前記凹部(3)とが空洞(5)を形成するように前記第1の要素(1)及び前記第2の要素(4)を配置すること;
前記空洞(5)に接着剤を導入すること、ここで、前記接着剤を、充填口(2)を通じて前記空洞(5)に導入し、
前記空洞(5)への導入時の前記接着剤は、10~100℃の温度を有し、かつ/又は前記接着剤を、0.1~5cm 3 /sの体積流量で前記空洞(5)に導入する。 - 以下の追加の工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法:
前記第1の要素(1)の前記表面上に前記凹部(3)を成形すること。 - 以下の追加の工程を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法:
前記第1の要素(1)又は前記第2の要素(4)に前記充填口(2)を形成すること、ここで、前記充填口(2)は、前記空洞(5)へのアクセスを形成する。 - 以下の追加の工程を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法:
前記接着剤を硬化させること。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、下記を含む自動車のための接続された要素のシステムの要素(1、4)を用いて実行する方法:
1つの表面上に少なくとも1つの凹部(3)を有する前記第1の要素(1);
前記第2の要素(4)であって、前記第2の要素(4)の表面と前記第1の要素(1)の前記凹部(3)とが前記空洞(5)を形成するように前記第1の要素(1)上に配置される前記第2の要素(4);
前記空洞(5)へのアクセスを形成する前記充填口(2);及び
前記空洞(5)を少なくとも部分的に充填し、かつそれにより前記第1の要素(1)を前記第2の要素(4)に結合する接着剤。 - 前記第2の要素(4)は、パネル状の形態を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の要素(1)及び/又は前記第2の要素(4)は、少なくとも部分的に金属、プラスチック又は繊維強化プラスチックからなる、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の要素(1)の肩部(6)と前記第2の要素(4)との間の距離(9)は、最大で1mmである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
