Claims (11)
- 本体(2)の収納部(9)内に摺動する形で組付けられた少なくとも1つのスライダ(7)を収容する本体(2)を含む挟持用チャックにおいて、この収納部がチャックの軸(xx’)に対して傾斜しこのチャックの正面(3)内に通じており、前記スライダ(7)の移動がチャックの軸(xx’)に沿ったピストン(19)の移動により制御されており、このスライダ(7)にはその一方の端部に、前記ピストン(19)の駆動ゾーン(25)が内部に摺動係合する溝(15)が具備されており、この駆動ゾーン及び前記溝(15)が前記スライダ(7)の軸(uu’)に直交しているチャックであって;
前記スライダ(7)の第2の端部が、前記溝(15)内に通じる凹部(17)を含み、この凹部は、前記チャックの正面(3)からの前記スライダ(7)の設置の際に前記駆動ゾーン(25)のレベルでのこのスライダ(7)の通過を可能にしこの駆動ゾーンに正接し、前記駆動ゾーン(25)に対面した前記溝(15)の位置付けを可能にし、こうして軸(uu’)を中心としたスライダの回転後、前記溝(15)を前記駆動ゾーン(25)と嵌合させるものであり、
前記ピストン(19)がプラテン(23)を含み、このプラテンの周囲に前記駆動ゾーン(25)が実現され、前記凹部(17)の底部が、前記駆動ゾーン(25)の周囲の形状と相補的な形状の断面を有し、
前記プラテン(23)がその軸(xx’)を中心として旋回するプラテンであり、前記凹部(17)の底部が円形形状を有し、前記プラテン(23)の半径(R)に近い半径を有することを特徴とする、挟持用チャック。 - 前記凹部(17)が、前記溝(15)内に通じるまで前記スライダ(7)の第2の端部から延在する窪みで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の挟持用チャック。
- 前記プラテン(23)の前記駆動ゾーン(25)の周囲が、前記スライダ(7)に対面して、平面部(26)を含んでおり、前記凹部(17)の底部が直線であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の挟持用チャック。
- 前記溝(15)の底部が3つのゾーン、すなわち前記プラテン(23)の前記駆動ゾーン(25)の周囲の断面形状と相補的な断面形状を有するゾーン(AB)、前記プラテン(23)の前記駆動ゾーン(25)の周囲と軸(uu’)を離隔する距離に等しい半径(r)を有する円弧状のゾーン(BC)、及び第3のゾーン(CD)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の挟持用チャック。
- 前記第3のゾーン(CD)は、前記スライダ(7)の前記回転の後に前記プラテン(23)の前記駆動ゾーン(25)の周囲に隣接するような形で直線であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の挟持用チャック。
- 前記第3のゾーン(CD)は、前記スライダ(7)の前記回転の後に前記プラテン(23)の前記駆動ゾーン(25)の周囲の形状と相補的な形状を有するようなものであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の挟持用チャック。
- 前記スライダ(7)と一体化したあご部(13)のパロナージュ振幅の制御手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の挟持用チャック。
- パロナージュ振幅制御手段が、前記スライダ(7)上に実現された長手方向ののど部(45)を含み、こののど部内に、この長手方向のど部(45)の幅よりも小さい直径をもつ前記チャックの本体(2)に結合された突起(44)が位置を占めることになることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の挟持用チャック。
- スライダを平衡位置に向かって戻すための長手方向軸(uu’)を中心にした前記スライダ(7)の回転応力付加手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の挟持用チャック。
- 前記スライダ(7)の回転応力付加手段が、弾性手段(52)により収納部(46)の底部に向かって応力付加されるベッドプレート(50)を含む前記チャック本体(2)のこの収納部内に配置された戻し要素(49)を含み、前記ベッドプレート(50)は前記のど部(45)内に収納されるヘッド(51a)により延長されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の挟持用チャック。
- 前記ピストン(19)には、前記駆動ゾーン(25)が前記スライダ(7)の前記収納部(9)に対面して配置されるような形でこの収納部との関係においてピストンを位置付けすることができる割出し用手段(60)が具備されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の挟持用チャック。
