Description
図1に、本実施形態に係る車両の駆動システム10を示す。駆動システム10は、電気自動車(EV車)である車両11に搭載され、車両11の車輪12を駆動することができる。駆動システム10は、高圧バッテリ20と、低圧バッテリ21と、発電電動機22と、温調23と、低圧補機類24と、コンプレッサ25と、インバータ26と、コンバータ27と、ECU40とを備えている。車両11には、情報端末31と、センサ類30とが搭載されている。駆動システム10は、補機として、温調23と、低圧補機類24と、コンプレッサ25と、インバータ26と、コンバータ27と、冷却器28とを備えている。
第2実施形態に係る、ECU40が実行する蓄電池および補機の電力制御処理のフローチャートを図6に示す。第2実施形態では、高圧バッテリ20の温度(バッテリ温度TB)の維持を優先して、バッテリ温度TBが所定の加熱閾値T1以下である場合に、他の補機に優先させて温調23の消費電力を増加させる電力制御処理を例示して説明する。
第3実施形態に係る、ECU40が実行する蓄電池および補機の電力制御処理のフローチャートを図8に示す。第3実施形態は、第2実施形態の変形例に相当し、高圧バッテリ20の温度TBの維持を優先して電力制御を実行する点においては第2実施形態と同様である。その一方で、第3実施形態は、高圧バッテリ20が満充電でない場合には、高圧バッテリ20の充電電力と温調23の消費電力とを最適化する点において第2実施形態と相違している。なお、ステップS401~S404,S407~S409の処理は、図6に示すステップS301~S304,S307~S309の処理と同様であるため、S300番台の番号をS400番台に読み替えることによって説明を省略する。
第4実施形態に係る、ECU40が実行する蓄電池および補機の電力制御処理のフローチャートを図10に示す。第4実施形態では、高圧バッテリ20の冷却を優先して、発電電動機22の発電電力を他の補機に優先して冷却器28に供給する電力制御処理を例示して説明する。
・上記においては、図1に示す駆動システム10を制御するECU40を駆動制御装置として例示して説明したが、これに限定されない。上記において説明した駆動制御装置に係る技術は、発電機と、蓄電池と、蓄電池と発電機の少なくともいずれか一方から供給された電力によって作動する補機とを備える車両の駆動システムを制御する駆動制御装置に適用することができる。例えば、図13,14に示すハイブリッド車(HV車)111,211や、図15に示す従来のガソリン車(コンベ車)に搭載される駆動システム110,210、310であってもよい。

前記電力制御部は、前記蓄電池の温度が所定の冷却閾値以上であることを条件として、前記冷却器以外の前記補機に優先させて前記冷却器の消費電力を増加させる請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の駆動制御装置。 - 前記補機は、前記車両の車室の空調に使用されるコンプレッサ(25,125,225)を含み、
前記電力制御部は、前記車室内の温度が所定の限界温度範囲外であることを条件として、前記コンプレッサ以外の前記補機に優先させて前記コンプレッサの消費電力を増加させる請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の駆動制御装置。 - 前記コンプレッサは、所定の目標温度範囲内となるようにフィードバック制御され、
前記電力制御部は、前記車室内の温度が前記限界温度範囲外であることを条件として、前記コンプレッサの消費電力を増加させる方向に前記目標温度範囲を変更する請求項6に記載の駆動制御装置。 - 前記車両は内燃機関を備えていない請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の駆動制御装置。
