Claims (3)
- 画像を表示する表示領域を覆う封止膜と、
前記封止膜の上に配置された第1電極層と、該第1電極層の上に窒素を含む材料で形成された第1絶縁層と、前記第1絶縁層の上側に配置された第2電極層と、を有し、前記表示領域のタッチされた位置を検出するタッチセンサ層と、
前記タッチセンサ層を覆うオーバーコートと、
前記オーバーコートの上に配置された偏光板と、
を有し、
前記タッチセンサ層は、さらに、前記第1絶縁層と前記オーバーコートとの間に窒素を含まない材料で形成され、前記第1絶縁層に含まれる窒素と前記オーバーコートに含まれる水分との反応を阻害する第2絶縁層を有し、
前記第2絶縁層は、前記第1絶縁層と前記第2電極層の間に配置され、前記第1絶縁層を覆う、
ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第1絶縁層は、シリコンナイトライドであって、
前記第2絶縁層は、シリコンオキサイドまたはアルミナである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示装置は、さらに、表示領域にマトリクス状に配置され、それぞれ発光領域から光を発する複数の画素を有し、
前記第1電極層及び前記第2電極層は、メッシュ状であり、メッシュの孔と前記発光領域が重畳するように配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の表示装置。
