Description
(a)引抜き可能な原子を有するポリマー基材を得る工程と、
(b)ポリマー基材をII型光開始剤でコーティングして、乾燥したコーティングされた基材を形成する工程と、
(c)水性組成物を塗布して、水性コーティングされた基材を形成する工程であって、水性組成物が、(i)(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリレート、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む親水性モノマー、(ii)2重量%~20重量%の水膨潤性粘土、並びに(iii)水溶性I型光開始剤、並びに(iv)塩又は酸、を含む工程と、
(d)水性コーティングされた基材を硬化する工程と、をこの順序で含む。
(i)引抜き可能な原子を含むポリマー基材と、
(ii)その上のヒドロゲルコーティングであって、少なくとも10重量%の含水量を有し、かつポリマー基材に共有結合している、ヒドロゲルコーティングと、
を含む多層物品であって、このヒドロゲルコーティングが、
(a)(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリレート、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む親水性モノマー、
(b)少なくとも2重量%の水膨潤性粘土、
(c)水溶性I型光開始剤、並びに
(d)酸又は塩、
を含む水性組成物に由来し、

「a」、「an」、及び「the」という用語は、互換的に使用され、1以上を意味し、

(c)水性組成物を塗布して、水性コーティングされた基材を形成する工程であって、水性組成物が、(i)(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリレート、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む親水性モノマー、(ii)2重量%~20重量%の水膨潤性粘土、並びに(iii)水溶性I型光開始剤、並びに(iv)塩又は酸、を含む工程と、
(d)水性コーティングされた基材を硬化する工程と、をこの順序で含む、方法。
(i)引抜き可能な原子を含むポリマー基材と、
(ii)その上のヒドロゲルコーティングであって、少なくとも10重量%の含水量を有し、かつポリマー基材に共有結合している、ヒドロゲルコーティングと、
を含むヒドロゲル物品であって、ヒドロゲルコーティングが、
(a)(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリレート、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む親水性モノマー、

Claims (9)
- グラフト化ヒドロゲルを製造する方法であって、
(a)引抜き可能な原子を有するポリマー基材を得る工程と、
(b)前記ポリマー基材をII型光開始剤でコーティングして、乾燥したコーティングされた基材を形成する工程と、
(c)水性組成物を塗布して、水性コーティングされた基材を形成する工程であって、前記水性組成物が、(i)(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリレート、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む親水性モノマー、(ii)前記水性組成物の全重量に対して2重量%~20重量%の水膨潤性粘土、並びに(iii)水溶性I型光開始剤、並びに(iv)塩又は酸、を含む工程と、
(d)前記水性コーティングされた基材を硬化する工程と、をこの順序で含む、方法。 - 前記ポリマー基材が、ポリオレフィン、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、及びポリエステルのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー基材が、水不溶性II型光開始剤でコーティングされる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)が、前記II型光開始剤及び溶媒を含む液体を前記ポリマー基材上にコーティングし、続いて前記溶媒を除去して、前記乾燥したコーティングされた基材を形成することによって実施される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水性組成物が、前記乾燥したコーティングされた基材に密接に接触する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水性組成物が、5超かつ9.5未満のpHを有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記水性組成物のヒドロゲルコーティングが、少なくとも2mmの厚さを有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- (i)引抜き可能な原子を含むポリマー基材と、
(ii)その上のヒドロゲルコーティングであって、少なくとも10重量%の含水量を有し、かつ前記ポリマー基材に共有結合している、ヒドロゲルコーティングと、
を含むヒドロゲル物品であって、前記ヒドロゲルコーティングが、水性組成物であって、
(a)(メタ)アクリルアミド、(メタ)アクリレート、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む親水性モノマー、
(b)前記水性組成物の全重量に対して少なくとも2重量%の水膨潤性粘土、
(c)水溶性I型光開始剤、並びに
(d)酸又は塩、
を含む水性組成物に由来し、
水不溶性II型光開始剤が、前記ヒドロゲルコーティングと前記ポリマー基材との間の界面に局在化している、ヒドロゲル物品。 - 前記水不溶性II型光開始剤が、前記ポリマー基材の第1の主表面から50ナノメートル以内にある、請求項8に記載のヒドロゲル物品。
