Claims (7)
- 回転電機の固定子であって、
固定子コアと、
前記固定子コアのスロットから突出しかつ径方向に並べられた複数のセグメントコイルと、
前記セグメントコイルの間を接続する接続導体と、
前記接続導体を保持する絶縁部材とを備え、
前記絶縁部材は、
前記セグメントコイルが貫通して収容される貫通孔とを有し、
冷却液が前記貫通孔に流入可能な開口部を前記絶縁部材の内周側に有することを特徴とする回転電機の固定子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の固定子であって、
前記絶縁部材は、前記貫通孔の外周側に、前記開口部から流入した冷却液が到達する溜まり部を有することを特徴とする回転電機の固定子。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の固定子であって、
前記接続導体は、
前記複数のセグメントコイルのうち最外周に配置されるセグメントコイルと径方向で隣接して接続され、
前記複数のセグメントコイルのうち最内周に配置されるセグメントコイルと周方向で隣接して接続されることを特徴とする回転電機の固定子。 - 回転電機の固定子に装着される端子台であって、
固定子巻線を構成し、固定子コアのスロットから突出しかつ径方向に並べられた複数のセグメントコイルの間を接続する接続導体と、
前記接続導体を保持する絶縁部材とを備え、
前記絶縁部材は、
前記セグメントコイルが貫通して収容される貫通孔とを有し、
冷却液が前記貫通孔に流入可能な開口部を前記絶縁部材の内周側に有することを特徴とする端子台。 - 請求項4に記載の端子台であって、
前記絶縁部材は、前記貫通孔の外周側に、前記開口部から流入した冷却液が到達する溜まり部を有することを特徴とする端子台。 - 請求項4に記載の端子台であって、
前記接続導体は、
前記複数のセグメントコイルのうち最外周に配置されるセグメントコイルと径方向で隣接して接続され、
前記複数のセグメントコイルのうち最内周に配置されるセグメントコイルと周方向で隣接して接続されることを特徴とする端子台。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の固定子を有する回転電機。
