Description
Claims (10)
- 湾曲可能部を備えるフレキシブルパネルと、
前記湾曲可能部の表面と合着する回転軸メカニズムと、
少なくとも部分的に前記湾曲可能部に設けられるひずみゲージ装置と、を備え、
前記回転軸メカニズムは、前記湾曲可能部の表面と合着する接触面を備え、
前記湾曲可能部に曲げ変形が発生するとき、前記ひずみゲージ装置は前記湾曲可能部の変形量を取得して前記回転軸メカニズムにフィードバックし、
前記回転軸メカニズムは前記変形量に応じて、前記回転軸メカニズムの中立面と前記接触面との間の距離を縮小し、
前記回転軸メカニズムは互いに連結される駆動部と弾性部とを備え、前記駆動部は前記変形量に基づいて、曲げ変形により発生した引張応力と逆の方向を有する弾性力を発生させるように前記弾性部を調節し、前記弾性力が前記引張応力の一部又はすべてと相殺することによって、前記中立面は前記接触面に向けて移動する
ことを特徴とするフレキシブルモジュール構造。 - 前記ひずみゲージ装置はひずみユニットと、前記ひずみユニットと電気的に接続される電圧収集ユニットと、を備え、
前記湾曲可能部に曲げ変形が発生するとき、前記電圧収集ユニットは電圧変化値を取得し、前記電圧変化値に基づいて前記ひずみユニットの抵抗変化値を取得し、前記抵抗変化値に基づいて前記変形量を取得する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルモジュール構造。 - 前記ひずみユニットは少なくとも4つの抵抗素子を備え、
前記4つの抵抗素子は少なくとも1つのひずみ抵抗素子を含み、
前記4つの抵抗素子は接続されてホイートストンブリッジ回路を構成し、
ホイートストンブリッジ回路は、互いに直列する第1のアームと第2のアーム、及び、互いに直列する第3のアームと第4のアーム、を備え、
前記電圧収集ユニットの両端はそれぞれ、前記第1のアームと前記第2のアームとの接続点、及び、前記第3のアームと前記第4のアームとの接続点に電気的に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフレキシブルモジュール構造。 - 前記ひずみ抵抗素子の数は1つであり、1つの前記ひずみ抵抗素子は1ゲージ法によって配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフレキシブルモジュール構造。 - 前記ひずみ抵抗素子の数は2つであり、2つの前記ひずみ抵抗素子は2ゲージ法によって配置され、
2つの前記ひずみ抵抗素子は、ホイートストンブリッジの互いに直列する2つのアームに設けられる、又は、
2つの前記ひずみ抵抗素子は対応するように、前記湾曲可能部の対向する2つの表面に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフレキシブルモジュール構造。 - 前記ひずみ抵抗素子の数は4つであり、4つの前記ひずみ抵抗素子は4ゲージ法によって配置され、
4つの前記ひずみ抵抗素子は2つずつ対応するように、前記湾曲可能部の対向する2つの表面に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフレキシブルモジュール構造。 - 前記フレキシブルパネルはフレキシブル表示パネルであり、前記フレキシブル表示パネルは画素ユニットを備え、
前記ひずみゲージ装置は前記画素ユニットの駆動回路と電気的に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルモジュール構造。 - 前記弾性部はねじりコイルばねである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルモジュール構造。 - 前記回転軸メカニズムは前記接触面と対応するように設けられるひずみ面を備え、
前記回転軸メカニズムは、前記ひずみ面から前記接触面へ延びる凹み部を備え、
前記凹み部は、前記湾曲可能部の曲げ軸方向に平行な溝である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルモジュール構造。 - 請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブルモジュール構造と、
前記フレキシブルモジュール構造の上方に配置される透光層と、を備える
ことを特徴とする表示装置。
