Description
(1)ガラス試料をアルミナ乳鉢で粉砕し、篩で300~425μmに分級する。
(2)得られた粉末試料を蒸留水およびエタノールで洗浄し、140℃のオーブンで乾燥する。
(3)乾燥後の粉末試料10gを石英フラスコに入れ、さらに50mLの蒸留水を加えて蓋をし、オートクレーブ内で処理する。処理は、100℃から121℃まで1℃/分で昇温した後、121℃で30分間保持し、100℃まで0.5℃/分で降温する、という処理条件によって行う。
(4)オートクレーブ処理後、石英フラスコ内の溶液を別のビーカーに移し、さらに石英フラスコ内を15mLの蒸留水で洗浄し、その洗浄液もビーカーに加える。
(5)ビーカーにメチルレッド指示薬を加え、0.02mol/L塩酸溶液で滴定する。
(6)中和に要した塩酸消費量をガラス1gあたりの塩酸消費量に換算する。
Claims (8)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 70~78%、Al2O3 5~7%、B2O3 8~11%、Na2O+K2O 6~10%、CaO+BaO 0~1.8%、Fe2O3 0.8~1.2%、TiO2 2~5%を含有するとともに、CaO/BaO≦0.3を満たすことを特徴とする医薬品容器用ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、CaO 0~1%、BaO 0.1~1.8%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医薬品容器用ガラス。
- ヨーロッパ薬局方7.0に準じた加水分解抵抗性試験の粉末試験法において、単位ガラス質量当たりの0.02mol/Lの塩酸の消費量が0.035mL以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医薬品容器用ガラス。
- 作業点が1200℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載の医薬品 容器用ガラス。
- 波長450nmの波長における透過率が肉厚1mmのときに15%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れかに記載の医薬品容器用ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 70~78%、Al2O3 5~7%、B2O3 8~11%、Na2O+K2O 6~10%、CaO+BaO 0~1.8%、Fe2O3 0.8~1.2%、TiO2 2~5%を含有するとともに、CaO/BaO≦0.3を満たすことを特徴とする容器用ガラス。
- 請求項1~5の何れかに記載の医薬品容器用ガラスからなることを特徴とする医薬品容器用ガラス管。
- 請求項6に記載の容器用ガラスからなることを特徴とする容器用ガラス管。
