本発明は、定められた目的を達成する。リーダの共振周波数から離れたブースターアンテナの共振周波数を導くように構成要素を選択することにより、カードがそのままの状態では動作できないことまたしたがって商取引を行うことができないことを保証することが可能となる。また、追加の調整容量Cdを作り出すためにカード上に指を置くことによって、共振周波数は、通常必要な通信の距離および質の性能によるリーダとの間でのカードの動作を可能にする範囲内に寄せられる。

Claims (6)
- 共振周波数F0’で動作するチップカードリーダと通信することを目的とした非接触操作型チップカードであって、前記チップカードが、コンデンサと直列接続または並列接続された少なくとも一つのアンテナを組み入れるカード本体を備えており、アンテナのインダクタンスの値およびコンデンサの値が、リーダとの高周波通信を制限するために、リーダが発する信号の周波数から十分に離れた共振周波数F0を得るように選択されしたがってチップカードは既定でリーダに対して離調しており、
また前記インダクタンスの値および前記コンデンサの値がそのうえ、予め決められる追加の容量Cdの並列接続がカードの共振周波数を前記リーダが発する信号の周波数F0’の近傍に寄せしたがってチップカードがリーダと同調し直された状態になるように選択され、
チップカードが、コンデンサCと直列接続または並列接続されたインダクタンスL1の主要アンテナとインダクタンスL2のハブアンテナとを備えたブースターアンテナ(20)を有し、L1、L2およびCの値が一方では前記共振周波数F0を得るように選択されまた他方では予め決められる前記容量Cdの並列接続がカードの共振周波数を前記リーダが発する信号の前記周波数F0’の近傍に寄せるように選択され、
カードの共振周波数を前記リーダが発する信号の周波数F 0 ’の近傍に寄せるように予め決められる前記容量C d が、カードの二つの金属接点(23、25)の間に置かれる一本の指の静電容量に相当することを特徴とする、非接触操作型チップカード。 - 予め決められる容量Cdが、およそ7ピコファラドの値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチップカード。
- L1、L2およびCの値が、L1+L2が4μH以上であるように、またCがおよそ20ピコファラドであるように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のチップカード。
- コンデンサCdが、金属線(21)の形で実現され、該金属線が、アンテナ支持物にはめ込まれて蛇管の形に並べられ、チップカードの一面上の目印によって位置を確定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のチップカード。
- コンデンサCdが、少なくとも二つの、互いに向き合って並べられる金属製の半小円板(23、25)の形で実現され、したがって半小円板にまたがって置かれる一本の指が、アンテナのコンデンサCと並列に接続されるおよそ7pFの調整容量Cdを作り出すことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のチップカード。
- コンデンサCdが、複数組の、互いに向き合って並べられる金属製の半小円板(23、25;28、29)の形で実現され、したがって複数組の半小円板にまたがって置かれる複数の指の一組合わせが、アンテナのコンデンサCと並列に接続されるおよそ7pFの調整容量Cdを作り出すことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のチップカード。
