Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの紡糸ノズル装置(1)と、少なくとも1つの冷却装置(2)と、少なくとも1つの処理装置(3)と、少なくとも1つの巻取り装置(4)と、少なくとも1つのオペレータ作業を実施するための少なくとも1つの自動操作装置(5)とを備えた、合成糸を製造する溶融紡糸装置であって、
前記自動操作装置(5)が、少なくとも1つの可動のロボットアーム(5.1)を有していて、該ロボットアーム(5.1)が、運転開始時に、かつ/またはメンテナンス期間中に、かつ/または糸製造中に、複数のオペレータ作業を選択的に実施するために、選択可能な複数の工具(7.1~7.3)のうちの1つの工具と選択的に連結可能であることを特徴とする、溶融紡糸装置。 - 前記工具(7.1~7.3)が、工具マガジン(7)内に保管され、前記ロボットアーム(5.1)が、前記工具(7.1~7.3)を取り出し、かつ格納するために前記工具マガジン(7)と協働する、請求項1記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 前記工具マガジン(7)が、前記自動操作装置(5)に配置されている、請求項2記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 前記工具マガジン(7)が、前記自動操作装置(5)が待機している保持ステーション(16)に配置されている、請求項2記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 前記工具のうちの1つの工具が、サクションインジェクタ装置(7.1)であり、該サクションインジェクタ装置(7.1)により、1本または複数本の糸が糸屑容器(13)へと導入可能である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 前記工具のうちの1つの工具が、グリッパ装置(7.3)であり、該グリッパ装置(7.3)により、1つまたは複数のパッケージ(9)および/または1つまたは複数の巻管を移送可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 前記工具のうちの1つの工具が、測定装置(7.5)であり、該測定装置(7.5)により1つまた複数の製品パラメータを測定することができる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 前記工具のうちの1つの工具が、カメラ装置(7.6)であり、該カメラ装置(7.6)により、前記装置(3,4)内の1つまたは複数の糸走路を検査することができる、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 前記自動操作装置(5)が、懸架軌道(12)において自走式に構成されていて、該懸架軌道(12)が、複数の処理装置(3)および巻取り装置(4)に沿って延びている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 前記自動操作装置(5)が、オペレータ作業を実施するために、ロボット制御装置(5.4)を有していて、前記ロボット制御装置(5.4)が、機械制御装置(11)に接続されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 前記ロボット制御装置(5.4)および前記機械制御装置(11)が、ワイヤレス接続部(15)により互いに接続されている、請求項10記載の溶融紡糸装置。
- 1本または複数本の合成糸を製造するための溶融紡糸装置を運転する方法であって、前記合成糸を紡糸ノズル装置により押し出し、冷却装置により冷却し、処理装置により処理し、かつ巻取り装置によりパッケージに巻成し、少なくとも1つのオペレータ作業を自動操作装置により実施する、溶融紡糸装置を運転する方法において、
前記自動操作装置が、交換可能な工具により、運転開始時かつ/またはメンテナンス期間中かつ/または糸製造中に、複数のオペレータ作業を選択的に実施することを特徴とする、1本または複数本の合成糸を製造するための溶融紡糸装置を運転する方法。
