Description
発泡装置と、
前記発泡装置で作製した泡を前記ミキサーへ搬送するポンプと、を備え、
前記ポンプが容積形ポンプである石膏系板材製造装置を提供する。
なお、分取口24a、24bで石膏スラリーに泡を添加する場合には、例えば発泡装置12から分取口24a、24bに泡を直接供給、添加することもできる。
[実施例1]
図1に示した石膏系板材製造装置10を用いてJIS A 6901(2014)で規定される、板厚が12.5mm、幅909mm、長さ1820mmの石膏ボードを100枚製造し、該石膏ボードの、厚さ、及び重さのばらつきについて評価を行った。

Claims (7)
- 石膏スラリーを調製するミキサーと、
発泡装置と、
前記発泡装置で作製した泡を前記ミキサーへ搬送するポンプと、
前記ポンプと、前記ミキサーとを接続する第1配管と、
前記発泡装置と、前記ポンプとを接続する第2配管と、を備え、
前記ポンプが容積形ポンプであり、
前記第1配管の長さが、前記第2配管の長さよりも短い石膏系板材製造装置。 - 前記ポンプが、前記泡の搬送経路において、前記発泡装置と、前記ミキサーとの間に設置されている請求項1に記載の石膏系板材製造装置。
- 前記ミキサーは、原料供給部と、混練領域と、スラリー送出部とを有し、
前記スラリー送出部には、前記ポンプにより搬送された前記泡を前記石膏スラリーに供給する泡供給口が設置されている請求項1または2に記載の石膏系板材製造装置。 - 前記ポンプが回転ポンプである請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の石膏系板材製造装置。
- 前記ポンプが、ねじポンプである請求項4に記載の石膏系板材製造装置。
- 前記ねじポンプが、一軸ねじポンプである請求項5に記載の石膏系板材製造装置。
- 前記ミキサーで調製した前記石膏スラリーを成形する成形機と、
前記成形機前に滞留する前記石膏スラリーの体積の変化を検出するセンサーと、
前記センサーでの検出結果に基づいて、前記発泡装置から前記ミキサーへの前記泡の供給量を制御する制御手段と、をさらに有する請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の石膏系板材製造装置。
