Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態1における蓄電デバイスの一例である電解コンデンサの断面図、図2(a)は図1に示す蓄電デバイスの蓄電素子であるコンデンサ素子12の斜視図である。図2(b)は、コンデンサ素子12における陽極体21、陰極体22及びセパレータ23の積層関係を説明するための図である。図3(a)は、図2に示すコンデンサ素子12において、陽極体21と陰極体22との間に介在するセパレータ23及び電解液16を説明するための部分断面模式図である。
図6は本発明の実施の形態2における蓄電素子の一例であるコンデンサ素子12の、陽極体21と陰極体22との間に介在するセパレータ23及び電解液16を説明するための部分断面模式図である。なお、本実施の形態による蓄電デバイスである電解コンデンサおよびコンデンサ素子12の基本構造は図1、図2を参照して説明した実施の形態1と同様であるので、説明を省略する。また同様の構成をなすものには同じ符号を付して説明し、詳細な説明を省略する場合がある。
図7(a)は本発明の実施の形態3における蓄電素子の一例であるコンデンサ素子12Aの陽極体21と陰極体22との間に介在するセパレータ23及び電解液16を説明するための部分断面模式図である。図7(b)はコンデンサ素子12Aにおいて導電性高分子25の被着している領域を示す模式図である。なお、本実施の形態による蓄電デバイスである電解コンデンサおよびコンデンサ素子12Aの基本構造は図1、図2を参照して説明した実施の形態1と同様であるので、説明を省略する。また同様の構成をなすものには同じ符号を付して説明し、詳細な説明を省略する場合がある。
まず、セパレータ基材として天然繊維紙を準備した。ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェンポリスチレンスルホン酸の微粒子が分散媒に分散する分散液を、セパレータ基材の陰極体と対向する側の面となるセパレータ基材の第2面から塗着し、分散媒を揮発させることにより、第2表層の全域に導電性高分子が被着した領域を有するセパレータを形成した。第1表層には、導電性高分子が被着した第3領域が形成されないように分散液の塗布量を調整した。

実施例1、2及び比較例1、2の電解コンデンサをそれぞれ20個作製し、10個を耐電圧測定に、10個をESR測定に供した。耐電圧は、105℃の雰囲気において5mAの定電流を電解コンデンサに流して、絶縁破壊の起きる電圧を測定し、この電圧を耐電圧として評価した。ESRは、電解コンデンサにエージング処理を行った後、20℃の環境で、100kHzにおいて測定した。これらの結果を表1に示す。なお、表1に記載の耐電圧及びESRの値は、比較例1を1とした場合の相対値である。

Claims (4)
- 第1面と第2面とを有するセパレータ基材に導電性高分子を被着させて、前記第1面側に陽極対向面を有するとともに前記第2面側に陰極対向面を有するセパレータを作製するステップと、
誘電体皮膜を有する陽極箔材を切断することにより、切断端縁を有する陽極箔を作製するステップと、
前記陽極箔を前記セパレータの前記陽極対向面に対向させるとともに陰極箔を前記セパレータの前記陰極対向面に対向させ、前記陽極箔と前記陰極箔との間に前記セパレータを介在させて巻回することにより、蓄電素子を作製するステップと、
前記蓄電素子に電解液を含浸するステップと、を備え、
前記セパレータを作製するステップにおいては、
前記セパレータ基材の前記第1面および前記第2面に導電性高分子の溶液または分散液である液剤を塗着して、前記液剤を前記セパレータ基材の内部に浸み込ませた後、前記液剤に含まれる溶媒または分散媒を蒸発させることにより、前記セパレータ基材に前記導電性高分子を被着させるとともに、
前記セパレータ基材の前記第1面に、前記液剤を塗着しない非塗着部分を残し、
前記蓄電素子を作製するステップにおいては、
前記セパレータ基材の前記第1面に残された前記非塗着部分を、前記陽極箔の前記切断端縁に対向させ、
前記陽極箔の前記切断端縁に沿って、前記陽極箔、前記陰極箔および前記セパレータを巻回する、蓄電デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記セパレータ基材に前記導電性高分子を被着させる際、前記セパレータ基材の前記第1面に前記液剤を塗着する部分の面積を、前記セパレータ基材の前記第2面に前記液剤を塗着する部分の面積よりも小さくする、請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記セパレータ基材に前記導電性高分子を被着させる際、前記セパレータ基材の前記第2面の、前記陰極箔に対向させる位置の全域に前記液剤を塗着する、請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記セパレータ基材に前記導電性高分子を被着させる際、前記セパレータ基材の前記第2面の、前記陰極箔に対向させる位置の全域に前記液剤を塗着する、請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
