Claims (2)
- 複数の太陽電池から電力を取り出す電力制御装置であって、
前記複数の太陽電池毎に設けられ、前記太陽電池の出力電力を変換する複数のコンバータと、
前記複数のコンバータの出力がバスを介して入力に接続され、充電時は前記バスからの入力電圧を基準電圧に保ちながら当該入力電力を変換する充電器と、
前記複数のコンバータを各々独立して制御する複数の制御部と、
前記充電器を制御する第2の制御部と、を備え、
前記複数のコンバータの各々の出力は、当該コンバータの出力電圧が前記バスの電圧より高いときに当該コンバータから前記バスに電流が流れるように、前記バスに接続されており、
前記複数の制御部は各々、前記コンバータの出力電圧を前記基準電圧から徐々に上げ、上げる毎に前記太陽電池の出力電力を測定して、測定した出力電力が最大となる前記コンバータの出力電圧を探して維持するように前記制御を行い、
前記第2の制御部は、前記充電器により充電されるバッテリの電圧が満充電近くになったときに、前記充電器の出力電圧が一定になるように前記充電器を制御することを特徴とする電力制御装置。 - 前記複数の制御部は各々、前記コンバータの出力電流が上限電流以上になると定電流で動作するように制御し、
前記基準電圧は、前記太陽電池の定格光量において前記コンバータの出力電圧を下げて前記コンバータの出力電流を上げた結果、当該コンバータの出力電流が前記上限電流に達したときの前記コンバータの出力電圧以上に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力制御装置。
