Claims (11)
- 複数のパウチ型のバッテリーセルが該バッテリーセルの厚み方向に積層されて形成されたセル積層体であって、
前記バッテリーセルが、
電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体と連結されて前記バッテリーセルの長手方向に沿って互いに反対方向に延びる一対の電極リードと、を含むセル積層体と、
前記バッテリーセルの長手方向と平行な前記セル積層体の長手方向の一側及び他側を覆うバスバーフレームであって、前記電極リードに対応する位置に形成されて前記電極リードが通る複数のスリットを備えるバスバー載置部を含むバスバーフレーム及び前記バスバーフレーム上に固定されて前記バスバーフレームから引き出された前記電極リードが固定される複数のバスバーを含むバスバーフレームアセンブリと、
前記バスバーフレームの前記バスバー載置部上に固定されて前記バッテリーセルの長手方向及び厚み方向に垂直な前記セル積層体の高さ方向に沿って延在して両側の最外郭に位置する前記電極リードと連結されるリード接続部及び前記リード接続部と連結されて前記電極リード及び前記バスバー載置部の上側に位置するヘッド部を含むモジュール端子と、
前記ヘッド部の下に位置する端子ナットと、
前記端子ナットを収容するナット収容部及び前記ナット収容部の下に形成されて前記ヘッド部と前記端子ナットを貫通するボルトを収容するボルト収容部を備え、前記ヘッド部が外側に露出するように前記バスバーフレームアセンブリを覆うフレームカバーと、を含み、
前記フレームカバーが、前記ボルト収容部と前記バスバーフレームアセンブリとの間に形成されて前記ボルトと前記端子ナットとの締結時に発生する異物が前記バスバーフレームアセンブリ側へと入り込むことを防止する隔壁を備える、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記端子ナットが六角ナットである、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ナット収容部は、前記端子ナットと対応するサイズを有し、前記ナット収容部の内壁面は、前記ボルトの側面と接して前記ボルトの回転時に前記端子ナットが一緒に回転しないように前記端子ナットを固定する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ボルト収容部が、前記ナット収容部の底面に形成された溝形状を有する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、前記フレームカバーを覆うエンドプレートをさらに含む、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールが、前記エンドプレートと前記フレームカバーとの間であって前記ナット収容部に対応する位置に介在される補強フレームをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルが、
前記電極組立体を収容して前記電極リードが外部に露出するようにシーリングされるセルケースとを含む、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の電極リードが、前記セル積層体の高さ方向の中心部から下方に偏った位置に形成される、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュール端子が、前記電極リードの偏りによって前記電極リードの上部に形成される空間に配置される、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
