Claims (7)
- 体内に挿入可能な挿入部と、
操作部と、
を備え、
前記挿入部は、
前記操作部の操作によって開閉する把持部を有する先端部と、
前記先端部の前記操作部側に隣設されており、前記操作部の操作によって湾曲する湾曲部と、
前記湾曲部と前記操作部とを接続している接続部と、
を含み、
前記接続部は、他の処置具が挿通可能な管路を内部に有し、
前記湾曲部は、前記管路に連通し且つ当該湾曲部の外周面に開口している管路出口を有し、
前記操作部の操作によって、前記管路出口が湾曲外側に配置される湾曲形状に前記湾曲部は湾曲し、
前記湾曲形状において、前記管路出口の開口は、前記管路の管軸と交差して配置されており、
前記湾曲部は、前記挿入部の長手方向に並び、且つ、回動可能に連結されている複数の湾曲駒を有し、
前記複数の湾曲駒は、切り欠き部を有するC字状にそれぞれ形成されており、
前記複数の湾曲駒それぞれの前記切り欠き部は、前記湾曲形状において湾曲外側に配置されており、前記管路出口を構成している処置具。 - 請求項1記載の処置具であって、
前記湾曲部が前記湾曲形状に湾曲することにより、前記把持部は、前記接続部の長手軸に沿って寝かされた状態から起こされる処置具。 - 請求項2記載の処置具であって、
前記湾曲部が前記湾曲形状に湾曲している状態において、前記接続部が当該接続部の長手軸を中心に回転された際に、前記把持部は、前記接続部の長手軸に対して起立した状態を保って回転する処置具。 - 請求項2又は3記載の処置具であって、
前記湾曲部が前記湾曲形状に湾曲している状態において、前記接続部が当該接続部の長手軸に沿って進退された際に、前記把持部は、前記接続部の長手軸に対して起立した状態を保って進退する処置具。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の処置具である第1の処置具と、
前記第1の処置具の前記管路に挿通可能な第2の処置具と、
前記第1の処置具が挿通可能な処置具チャンネルを備える内視鏡と、
を備える内視鏡装置。 - 請求項5記載の内視鏡装置であって、
前記内視鏡の操作を行う内視鏡操作部に対して、
前記第1の処置具と前記第2の処置具の少なくとも一方が着脱可能である内視鏡装置。 - 請求項5又は6記載の内視鏡装置と、
前記内視鏡装置の前記内視鏡に照明光を供給する光源装置と、
前記内視鏡から出力される画像信号を処理するプロセッサと、
を備える内視鏡システム。
