Description
・1~99質量%の、20%未満の(900℃における)強熱減量を有する少なくとも1種のリン酸化合物;
・1~99質量%の、長石を含む少なくとも1種の鉱物
を含む、前記焼結助剤に関する。
・少なくとも70質量%の耐火骨材;
・少なくとも0.5質量%の、本発明の焼結助剤
を含む、前記乾燥粒子耐火組成物にも関する。
本発明は、少なくとも70質量%の耐火骨材を含む乾燥粒子耐火組成物用の焼結助剤であって、
・1~99質量%の、20%未満の(900℃における)強熱減量を有する少なくとも1種のリン酸化合物;
・1~99質量%の、長石を含む少なくとも1種の鉱物
を含む、前記焼結助剤に関する。
強熱減量(%)=100×(m0-m1)/m0
・10~50質量%、例えば12~40質量%又は15~30質量%の、20%未満の(900℃における)強熱減量を有する少なくとも1種のリン酸化合物、
・50~90質量%、例えば60~88質量%又は70~85質量%の、長石を含む少なくとも1種の鉱物を含む。
・1~98質量%、例えば10~48質量%の、20%未満の(900℃における)強熱減量を有する少なくとも1種のリン酸化合物、
・1~98質量%、例えば50~88質量%の、長石を含む少なくとも1種の鉱物、及び
・1~50質量%、例えば2~40質量%の、少なくとも1種のアルカリケイ酸塩
を含むか、または主にそれらからなる。
本発明は、乾燥粒子耐火組成物に関する。この組成物は、特に乾燥混合物又は乾燥振動混合物の組成物である。そのような組成物は、様々な産業用途、例えば鋳造用及び/又は受湯金属用の取鍋等における耐火ライニングとして使用される。そのような組成物は、一般には冶金ポケットの内部に配置され、次いで例えば機械振動ツールを用いて機械的に圧縮される。圧縮された組成物は、その結果、時にグリーンライニング(green lining)又は圧縮後ライニング(lining after compacting)と呼ばれる中間ライニング(intermediate lining)を形成するのに十分安定であり、次いで、鋳造用取鍋の使用の間に、例えば1500℃以上のオーダーの高温で鉄鋼又は溶融鉄を導入することによって焼結される。したがって、耐火ライニングの焼結は、鋳造用取鍋を使用する作業の間に行われてもよい。
・少なくとも70質量%、例えば少なくとも80質量%又は少なくとも95質量%の耐火骨材、
・少なくとも0.5質量%、例えば少なくとも1質量%又は少なくとも1.5質量%の本発明の焼結助剤
からなる乾燥粒子耐火組成物に関し、質量百分率は、乾燥耐火組成物の合計質量と比較して計算される。
約10mmまでの粒子、
約6mmまでの粒子、
約4mmまでの粒子、
約2mmまで、約1mmまでの大きさの粒子を含み、それから主になり、又はそれからなる。
100%の、約10mmまでの粒子、
80%の、約6mmまでの粒子、
75%の、約4mmまでの粒子、
60%の、約1mmまでの大きさの粒子を含み、それから主になり、又はそれからなる。
100%の、約10mmまでの粒子、
80%の、約6mmまでの粒子、
60%の、約4mmまでの粒子、
40%の、約1mmまでの大きさの粒子を含み、それから主になり、又はそれからなる。
100%の、約6mmまでの粒子、
95%の、約4mmまでの粒子、
65%の、約1mmまでの大きさの粒子を含み、それから主になり、又はそれからなる。
・0.1~1.5質量%の防塵剤、及び/又は
・0.1~1.5質量%の潤滑剤、及び/又は
・0.1~5質量%、例えば0.1~3質量%又は0.1~1.5質量%の防湿剤、及び/又は
・0.1~5質量%の仮バインダー。
本発明は、本発明の乾燥粒子耐火組成物を使用して、容器内に取り付けることによって耐火ライニング(耐火コーティング)を形成することにも関する。単語「容器」は、誘導炉を意味し、例えば坩堝形の炉、セメント窯、アルミニウム又はそのアロイを作り出し精錬するための炉、鉄鋼及び鋳鉄、鉄並びに非鉄アロイを変換又は精錬するための炉、誘導炉又は溝形炉を意味する。
a)本発明の乾燥粒子耐火組成物を調製する段階;
b)前記乾燥粒子耐火組成物を、特に加圧、充填又は振動により成形する段階;
c)焼結によって強化熱処理する段階。
乾燥耐火混合物の組成
本発明及び本発明以外の乾燥粒子耐火組成物は、以下に記載されるように調製した。
・灰長石(Sibelcoにより製造)
・FFB393(登録商標)(Budenheimにより製造):オルトリン酸二水素カリウム(主にリン酸カリウム)
・Budit8(登録商標)(Budenheimにより製造):ポリリン酸、クエン酸ナトリウム(主にリン酸ナトリウム)
・FFB252(登録商標)(Budenheimにより製造):リン酸、クエン酸三ナトリウム、10水和物
・FFB493(登録商標)(Budenheimにより製造):オルトリン酸二水素ナトリウム
・Portil A(登録商標)(Care Chemicalsにより製造):ケイ酸ナトリウム(Na2SiO3)
・表2に従う組成及び強熱減量のFERRO Frit TF 9015 SE及びFrit TF 90 5158 M
浸入及び摩耗に対する抵抗性と、耐火コーティングの背表面上の脆い安全層の厚みとを、以下に記載の方法に従って誘導坩堝炉における耐食試験を行うことで評価する。
・3時間で1550℃まで温度上昇
・1550℃で3時間の温度レベル
・温度の排熱及び低下。
前述の切断された迫石を用いて、耐食(摩耗及び浸入)に対する抵抗性と、炉の冷温面上の脆い安全層の厚みとを、処方の比較画像を分析することにより評価する。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも70質量%の耐火骨材を含む乾燥粒子耐火組成物用の焼結助剤であって、
・1~40質量%の、20%未満の900℃における強熱減量を有する少なくとも1種のリン酸化合物;
・60~99質量%の、長石を含む少なくとも1種の鉱物
を含み、
前記リン酸化合物が、アルカリリン酸塩であり、前記焼結助剤がホウ素原子を含む化合物を含まない、前記焼結助剤。 - 少なくとも1種のリン酸化合物が、18%未満の、900℃における強熱減量を有する、請求項1に記載の焼結助剤。
- 焼結助剤が、1~50質量%の、少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属ケイ酸塩を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の焼結助剤。
- 少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属ケイ酸塩が、ケイ酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項3に記載の焼結助剤。
- ・少なくとも70質量%の耐火骨材;
・少なくとも0.5質量%の、請求項1~4いずれか1項に記載の焼結助剤
を含む、乾燥粒子耐火組成物。 - 耐火骨材が、酸化アルミニウム、シリカ、シリカ-アルミナ又はこれらの混合物である、請求項5に記載の乾燥粒子耐火組成物。
- 耐火骨材が、ジルコニア、ジルコン、マグネサイト、橄欖石、酸化クロム又はクロム鉱、スピネル、炭化ケイ素、珪岩、石英、石英ガラス、褐色コランダム、白色コランダム、板状アルミナ、焼成アルミナ、活性若しくは半活性アルミナ、ボーキサイト、ムライト、及び30質量%と75質量%の間のアルミナ率を有する焼成したシャモット、紅柱石、藍晶石、珪線石又はこれらの骨材の混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載の乾燥粒子耐火組成物。
- 請求項5~7のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥粒子耐火組成物の、耐火ライニングを製造するための使用。
- 請求項5~7のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥粒子耐火組成物を含む、炉の耐火ライニング。
- 請求項5~7のいずれか1項に記載の乾燥粒子耐火組成物を成形する工程、及び焼結により強化熱処理する工程を含む、炉の耐火ライニングの製造方法。
