Claims (8)
- 固定部分および可動部分を備える鋳型であって、成形キャビティが前記固定部分と前記可動部分との間に形成され、前記可動部分の幅は、前記成形キャビティの幅と等しく、前記可動部分が前記固定部分に対して移動して前記成形キャビティの容積を変化させるように構成され、それにより、前記成形キャビティ内部の圧力が非加圧状態と加圧状態との間で調整される、鋳型と、
前記成形キャビティ内に材料を射出するように構成された射出装置であって、前記材料が被発泡材料を含み、前記被発泡材料が前記加圧状態で気化することが防止され、前記被発泡材料が前記非加圧状態で気化する、射出装置と、
前記成形キャビティ内にガスを供給して前記成形キャビティ内部の前記圧力を増加させるように構成されている、ガス供給装置と、
を備える射出成形装置。 - 前記鋳型がガス噴射通路を有し、前記ガス噴射通路が前記成形キャビティの内部と前記成形キャビティの外部とを接続し、前記ガス供給装置が前記ガス噴射通路を介して前記成形キャビティ内に前記ガスを供給するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。
- 圧力センサをさらに備え、前記圧力センサが前記ガス噴射通路に配置されている、請求項2に記載の射出成形装置。
- 鋳型を用意する工程であって、前記鋳型が固定部分および可動部分を備え、成形キャビティが前記固定部分と前記可動部分との間に形成され、前記可動部分の幅は、前記成形キャビティの幅と等しい工程と、
前記可動部分を前記固定部分に対して移動させて前記成形キャビティの容積を低減させ、それにより、前記成形キャビティ内部の圧力が非加圧状態から加圧状態に調整される工程と、
射出装置によって前記成形キャビティ内に材料を射出する工程であって、前記材料が被発泡媒体を含む材料を含み、被発泡媒体を含む前記材料が前記加圧状態で気化することが防止される工程と、
前記可動部分を前記固定部分に対して移動させて前記成形キャビティの前記容積を増加させ、前記成形キャビティ内部の前記圧力を前記非加圧状態に戻す工程であって、被発泡媒体を含む前記材料が前記非加圧状態で気化する工程と、
ガス供給装置によって前記成形キャビティ内にガスを供給して前記成形キャビティ内部の前記圧力を増加させる工程と、
を含む、射出成形方法。 - 前記ガスが前記鋳型の前記成形キャビティ内に供給された後、前記材料が前記射出装置によって前記成形キャビティ内に射出される、請求項4に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記射出装置によって前記成形キャビティ内に前記材料を射出した後の所定の時間の後に、前記ガス供給装置が前記ガスの供給を停止する、請求項4または5に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記可動部分を前記固定部分に対して移動させて前記成形キャビティの前記容積を低減させた後、前記材料が前記射出装置によって前記成形キャビティ内に射出される、請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
- 前記射出装置によって前記成形キャビティ内に前記材料を射出した後の所定の時間の後に、前記可動部分を前記固定部分に対して移動させて前記成形キャビティの前記容積を増加させる、請求項4から7のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形方法。
