Claims (4)
- 流体通路が設けられた弁箱と、前記弁箱に設けられた環状の弁座に当接または離間することで前記流体通路を開閉する第1ダイヤフラムと、位置を変更することで前記第1ダイヤフラムを開または閉方向に変形させる弁棒と、前記弁棒の位置を移動させる駆動装置とを備えており、前記駆動装置の作動軸と前記弁棒との間に、前記作動軸にかかる力を増幅して前記弁棒に伝達する動力伝達装置が設けられているとともに、前記第1ダイヤフラムは、金属製で、前記流体通路が完全に閉じた状態と、前記流体通路が完全に開いた状態と、前記流体通路が一部開いた状態とに変形可能とされており、
前記駆動装置は、一端側に開口する凹所を有するシリンダと、前記シリンダの開口を閉鎖するボンネットと、前記シリンダの前記凹所内に配置されたピストンと、前記ピストンの先端側に固定されて前記作動軸を押圧するロッドと、中央部が前記ピストンに固定されるとともに、周縁部が前記シリンダと前記ボンネットの間に固定され、両固定部間に折返し部を有する第2ダイヤフラムとを備えており、前記ボンネットと前記第2ダイヤフラムとの間に供給された圧縮空気が前記第2ダイヤフラムを介して前記ピストンを押圧することで前記ロッドを移動させる空気圧シリンダ装置であり、
前記駆動装置は、前記流体通路が一部開いた状態において、前記流体通路を流れる流体の流量に基づいて、前記流量が一定となるように前記作動軸の位置を調整するものであることを特徴とする制御器。 - 前記流体通路は、前記弁座に囲まれた開口を有し前記第1ダイヤフラムの中央部に臨まされた中央通路と、前記弁座の径方向外側に開口を有し前記第1ダイヤフラムの外周縁部近傍に臨まされた外側通路とを有しており、前記外側通路が前記流体の入口通路とされ、前記中央通路が前記流体の出口通路とされていることを特徴とする請求項1の制御器。
- 前記中央通路の径が前記外側通路の径以下とされていることを特徴とする請求項2の制御器。
- 駆動装置の制御は、電気信号に比例して空気圧力を無段階に制御する電空レギュレータで行うことを特徴とする請求項1の制御器。
